Cute coffee shop with plants and prints for sale . The coffee was great . They allow dogs on leash but don't have WiFi . They have a corner with books and board games . The lady behind the counter was very nice and efficient.

I love Pothos Coffee! It is a much needed coffee shop in the area. The coffee is made with love and always made right. The owner is THE sweetest and her service is top notch. The vibe is chill and it feels so good to be surrounded by all the beautiful plants! I love the no lap top policy so you can actually talk to one another!

    Superb coffee!

Such a great spot for a rainy day or any time! Beautiful cup of flat white and quaint ambience that fits with the Kimmswick vibe.

The most charming coffee shop experience you will have! Vintage and cozy vibes, delicious baked goods, quality coffee, natural sunlight, beautiful plants for sale - the perfect place to gather with family, play the game of chess with a friend, or read a book :) Oh and the owners are just the cutest! My new favorite spot! Go check it out!

    Lots of seating!

This is the best coffee shop in Jefferson County, hands down! If you want single origin, high quality coffee, this is your place. Delicious latte and tea flavors plus muffin and cookies. It's a great place to meet friends or even sit and read a book. You won't regret making this a stop on your way to work, as it's only a few minutes off the Imperial Exit on Highway 55. Easy to get to and will be your new favorite spot.

Cozy and approachable environment. Excellent coffee. Go get a cup of latte, a house plant and artwork for your wall. Highly recommend!

We had the best time holding a bridal shower at the shop! The coffees were delicious. We opted to pre-pay for a set amount of drinks, which guests loved because they were able to select from a variety of drinks on the menu. Ericka and Andrew were so helpful in the planning process and communicated frequently as the event approached. The space itself is lovely and well decorated! We had plenty of room to put out charcuterie boards and desserts on the counters provided. I highly recommend you host your next event here!

This is the perfect small town coffee shop! The flavors are amazing and so is the quality. The people that own this are just the sweetest! My coffee came out faster than it would at a chain coffee place and the quality was far better! Would absolutely recommend.

The most adorable coffee shop. The cappuccino was delightful.

My husband was able to drop me at the door and then pull the truck and camper around the block and parked on the street across the road to wait for me. The store itself was bright, welcoming, and a good amount of seating. I didn't go into the back area but there were 2 cozy chairs up front by a big open window to sit and wait for my order. Fresh pastries and kolaches, scones, cookies displayed nicely in the front case. They didn't have sausage, egg, and cheese kolaches ready at the moment I was there, so we ended up ordering 3 bacon, egg, and cheese and 1 jalapeno sausage and cheese kolaches and everyone in my family thoroughly enjoyed them. We have an American kolache near us and everyone in the family said these were bigger and they enjoyed the taste of the dough much better. My son really enjoyed the jalapeno and cheese one. It was perfect for him B/c he doesn't like eggs and loves the jalapeno kick. I am super picky with my cinnamon rolls. My favorite cinnamon roll ever was from Bumbleberry Inn outside Zion National Park. I am always on the search for a similar roll. I almost didn't get one as I prefer traditional and the ones left were a little small in size. For same pricing (much larger), I opted to get one of their strawberry ones and try it out. It was very satisfactory. Nice and soft, good gooey center, and they use a fresh strawberry compote. It also tasted like it had maybe lemon zest or juice in it to add a pop of citrus. Flavor was spot on and I'll gladly get a cinnamon roll here again. I ordered a large Berry Sweet Smoothie to split between my 3 kids and they all loved the flavor. I loved that it was fresh and simple, clean ingredients-strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt and milk. We try to avoid dyes and preservatives so I had reached out on fb messenger, maybe 20 minutes prior when I found the location on the map, and asked about things we may be able to order. I'm assuming it was the owner who replied, but she was quick to reply and assure me everything except the jello items were without. The girls on front staff confirmed they used a strawberry compote on the cinnamon roll and went over ingredients in the smoothie. This is much appreciative! I know it takes extra time and questions they usually don't get, but I'm very much an ingredient mom so I don't visit restaurants/bakeries often. I'm very appreciative of the ones that help me review ingredients! I also noticed they use Monin syrups and many of these are dye free so I know on our next visit if my kids would like a coffee drink, I'd be able to order them one! Okay and then lastly, the coffee...and truly main reason I stopped. They are working on a coffee menu, so I couldn't prepare what to order ahead of time. I'm very basic and don't do syrups, but my favorite drink is a flat white. I was a little nervous they wouldn't know how to make it but when I asked, she said she could definitely do that. The drink was a little low on the amount in cup but I assume that is because of how it is made. Certain drinks just have less ratio. My other worry is that the milk will always overwhelm the espresso flavor. This was balanced perfectly. I didn't feel like I was just drinking steamed milk foam. I could taste the espresso and it was a good, smooth flavor. I would for sure order this again. The only thing I might ask for next time is maybe just fill the rest of the cup space with some brewed coffee. Highly, highly would recommend making this a regular place if you are local or making it a designated stop, like we will, if you are a couple hours away. This will now be a forever stop when we are traveling to campsites in the area! Thank you to the Baked and Brewed team!

My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday morning and Mandy provided amazing customer service from the moment we walked in. She told us all about the shop, including how the pastries are baked fresh in-house and the sourdough bread is homemade and sold by the loaf. The owner started at the Arnold Farmers Market and opened this café just 7 months ago, which makes supporting this local business even better. I ordered the honey lavender iced latte and it was one of the best lattes I've had in a long time. Great coffee, homemade pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere -- we'll definitely be back!

The ambiance of this place is absolutely adorable with a rich emerald colored green chair and couch with nice cognac colored armchairs, and a nice fireplace at the head of the cafe gives a cozy and warm ambiance as well as the beautiful Christmas decorations that they had while I was there made it a place that a lot of people wanted to hang out. There were at least six other tables with friends and family just chatting which honestly led to a really nice sense of community which a lot of places in America don't have. And I found this place to be absolutely lovely and worth every penny. A true gem to Oakville!

I arrived early at around 8:15. This is a relatively small establishment with a small parking lot. It looks like they have a trailer available for mobile coffee service too. They were fairly busy and it seemed like only one person was working. This made the wait a bit longer than I expected, but the employee was working very hard and making good time considering she was alone. I enjoyed listening to the alternative music and hanging out in the store. It was clean and comfortable. I ordered one of their March specials, the Peanut Butter Guts, as I love coffee and peanut butter together. I also ordered a cookie from Cookie Hustle (which I think is like a sister business housed under the same roof) -- a pumpkin snickerdoodle. Sounded so good! I enjoyed my coffee drink. It definitely had a detectable and enjoyable peanut butter flavor, as well as the mocha. I think it was a tiny bit heavy on milk for my preference, but overall it was tasty. I ate the cookie later and it was absolutely delicious. Perfect chewy snickerdoodle texture and lots of yummy spices. I wish I'd gotten several different cookies to try more! When I showed up at breakfast with my coffee, my family remarked on how much they like this little shop and keep coffee from here at their house for special occasions. High praise!
