The coffee often tastes burnt, and it seems like there's little to no vanilla syrup in it. The last three times I've ordered one, all I've tasted was burnt coffee with almost no vanilla flavor. I've also had issues with other drinks. For example, I ordered a Honey Bun Chiller and received it without whipped cream, and on another visit it wasn't blended properly. Sometimes it's missing the caramel drizzle as well. This drink hasn't been made correctly for at least the past couple of months. Another time, I ordered an Orange Sherbet drink and was given what tasted like some kind of Monster soda or energy drink instead. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. At this point, it feels like there is a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. The same mistakes keep happening over and over, whether it's missing ingredients, incorrect preparation, or even receiving the wrong drink altogether. I used to enjoy coming here, but the consistency and overall quality have noticeably declined. Some additional training on order accuracy and following drink recipes would go a long way.

The young man who took my order was pleasant and upbeat especially before 8am! I ordered a creme brulee latte (cane sugar, toasted marshmallow, salted caramel latte. Then i pulled up the lane and no joke, after a minute, a happy, friendly staff brought my order to the car. And the latte? So good and refreshing especially after sweating the night away without electricity. It wasn't overly sweet but delivered all the flavors the name promised. It did taste like a creme brulee with coffee. Delicious! I did hear from others who frequent this place that sometimes it's difficult to figure out the menu but I looked online before coming here so it was a very smooth process. Very cool coffee place vibe without having to deal with looking around for an open space to sit and wait for your order because numerous spaces are occupied by numerous people working. Don't get me wrong, I still have deep appreciation for proper coffee places but the convenience this place offers, can't be beat. They also offer smoothies and other drink options. So check it out!

I was planning to get my regular chai, but when I pulled up, I was shocked to find out they were completely out of chai. Apparently, I'm not the only person who loves it! The employee looked back at what I had ordered previously and helped me come up with a coffee option that wouldn't be too coffee-heavy since I'm not a huge coffee drinker. We decided on a Blondie with all the same syrups I normally get in my chai and made it extra sweet. It actually turned out pretty delicious! I could still taste a little of the coffee, but considering my beloved chai was unavailable, it was a really good replacement. Since I was there around lunchtime, I also needed something to eat, so of course I got one of my absolute favorites--the chocolate chip muffin top! I can never pass those up. I know people constantly complain about the lines at 7 Brew and how long they take, so today I decided to actually time it because I've always felt like the line moves pretty quickly. From the time I got in line until they handed me my drink, it was exactly 10 minutes. Honestly, I don't think that's bad at all! You can easily wait that long for a fast-food meal, and at least I know I'm getting a freshly made drink. I've always thought working at 7 Brew seems like such a fun job for a teenager. The location didn't have any music playing today, which I noticed because the atmosphere is usually pretty energetic, but it still had all the bright, colorful signs that make 7 Brew feel so fun and different from other drive-thru coffee places. One of the things I love about Seven Brew is that there's truly something for everyone. Coffee, chai, energy drinks, smoothies, milkshakes--you name it, and someone in your family can probably find something they'll enjoy. And the drinks are always tasty! The staff is another reason I keep coming back. They're always super friendly, and they usually remember you if you're a regular. They also love when I bring my dogs through the drive-thru, which always makes the experience even more fun. I really like this particular location because there's plenty of space for the drive-thru line to get long without completely taking over the parking lot. Some other Seven Brew locations can feel really small and compact, but that's not an issue here. There's usually music playing, fun polls on the board, and just an overall upbeat atmosphere. Honestly, if I were a teenager, this is exactly the kind of place I would have wanted to work. It seems like there's a fun, positive working environment while still providing great customer service. Our course they had one within route which is awesome. Stopped and the staff was friendly and helpful. Service is always top notch and our drinks were delicious. I've tried many drinks from lemonade, tea, iced coffee and energy and haven't tasted one I didn't like. They always have great music playing while you wait for your drinks too.

The girl taking my order told me she was new, and she was very nice, but she wasn't really able to give me any recommendations. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, so I was looking for something sweet that didn't really taste like coffee but would still give me the caffeine I needed. I ended up going with the default Blondie, which seems to be what they usually recommend when you say you don't like coffee but want something sweet. I know there's also a chocolate option, but for the life of me, I couldn't remember the name! When I pulled up, I immediately noticed that it just didn't have the usual Seven Brew vibe. Normally, there's fun writing and surveys on the windows with chalk markers, but this morning the windows were completely blank. There was also no music. Now, it was 6 AM, so I completely understand not blasting music that early, but it still made the experience feel a little different. Usually, the employees also chat with you and make the interaction fun. This time, the person who handed me my drink was mostly talking with the other employees in the stand and basically just handed me my drink and sent me on my way. It wasn't rude, but it definitely felt more like a transaction than the experience I'm used to having at Seven Brew. The drink itself was okay. It still tasted much more like coffee than I would have preferred, but it was drinkable and gave me the caffeine I needed to survive that early-morning cheer practice. Overall, this was definitely an underwhelming Seven Brew experience compared to my usual visits. It could absolutely have been because it was so early in the morning, although I have had some issues with this particular stand in the past, too. That said, I still like Seven Brew and will be back. There have been a few times where I've been given the wrong drink, but it's a rare occasion. I also wish there was an easier way to see the menu, I'd definitely look at it before coming here.
