I love that 7 brew keeps you wanting to come back by their many promotional deals. I was heading west and needed to find a 7 Brew on the way to where we were traveling. Our course they had one within route which is awesome. Stopped and the staff was friendly and helpful. Service is always top notch and our drinks were delicious. I've tried many drinks from lemonade, tea, iced coffee and energy and haven't tasted one I didn't like. They always have great music playing while you wait for your drinks too. read more

My daughter had cheer practice at 6 AM this morning, so I definitely needed something to wake me up! I decided to stop at Seven Brew on First Capitol/94 and figured a sweet, caffeinated drink would do the trick. The girl taking my order told me she was new, and she was very nice, but she wasn't really able to give me any recommendations. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, so I was looking for something sweet that didn't really taste like coffee but would still give me the caffeine I needed. I ended up going with the default Blondie, which seems to be what they usually recommend when you say you don't like coffee but want something sweet. I know there's also a chocolate option, but for the life of me, I couldn't remember the name! When I pulled up, I immediately noticed that it just didn't have the usual Seven Brew vibe. Normally, there's fun writing and surveys on the windows with chalk markers, but this morning the windows were completely blank. There was also no music. Now, it was 6 AM, so I completely understand not blasting music that early, but it still made the experience feel a little different. Usually, the employees also chat with you and make the interaction fun. This time, the person who handed me my drink was mostly talking with the other employees in the stand and basically just handed me my drink and sent me on my way. It wasn't rude, but it definitely felt more like a transaction than the experience I'm used to having at Seven Brew. The drink itself was okay. It still tasted much more like coffee than I would have preferred, but it was drinkable and gave me the caffeine I needed to survive that early-morning cheer practice. Overall, this was definitely an underwhelming Seven Brew experience compared to my usual visits. It could absolutely have been because it was so early in the morning, although I have had some issues with this particular stand in the past, too. That said, I still like Seven Brew and will be back. Hopefully my next visit has a little more of that fun Seven Brew energy I've come to expect! read more

Updating my review to 5 stars! This 7 Brew is a total well-oiled machine. They take your order on iPads before you even get to the drive-thru serving window, which keeps everything moving fast and smooth. The process is fantastic...quick, efficient, and surprisingly organized even when it's busy. Drinks come out fast and orders are accurate, which makes the whole experience painless. On top of that, they give out free merchandise from time to time, which is such a fun bonus, and the rewards system really racks up free drinks faster than you'd expect. It actually feels worth using. Overall, this location has their system completely dialed in. Super impressed and absolutely deserving of 5 stars. I'll definitely be back! read more

I was visiting family and needed a caffeine fix. This chain spot recently opened and was nearby. There were long lines, but employees were walking to cars and taking orders so that kept things moving. The employees were nice. They have tablets, so of course, when they flip them for pay, you will get hit with the dreaded tip screen. LOL! I did tip since they were nice and the line was moving Family and I got a Santa's cookie mocha chiller, a German chocolate chiller, and a hot oat milk latte with an extra shot. The drinks were good. They also offer "fruity" (sugary) energy drinks, but I'm mainly a coffee drinker. The menu is large, so there is a drink for everyone. The drive- thru lanes are long enough to accommodate a lot of cars. If you're in the neighborhood and need an extra caffeine jolt, this is a good spot to get it. read more

It was my first time here so I just wanted to get a feel for their coffees. Much like most drive-thru spots, they really love their syrups so coffee lovers beware! Its basically sugar and caffeine on ice. But for the drive-thru, its not bad. It's pretty on par for Dutch Bros (or Black Rock for my West Coasters). I got recommended a Blonde Breve with s'mores flavoring ... but it lacked the s'mores flavor. I'll come back again so I can try something else. Customer service was really nice though! read more

Given the 80/20 ratings on what makes best coffee..80% is quality of beans, and 20% is based on how you process and brew the coffee, this place nails it! I was so happy another seven brew opened in the area! I have been a long time customer of the cottleville location so I definitely love it. I have been here a few times now and I've definitely noticed the line moves pretty slow during more busy times (Saturdays especially) but staff has always been nice and during the week it's usually pretty fast. The ocean breeze energy has been my go to lately and it's so delicious, and i love the brunette and blondie as well. read more

I got a medium drink and finished it in under 5 minutes! I'm usually a sipper not a chugger so this being gone was very surprising for me! 3/4 ice,1/4 drink. 7 Brew is one of my favorite places to grab a fun drink. They have so many non coffee options and just as many non-caffeinated ones! My personal favorites are the fruit roll up, pixie stick or black mamba energy. If you don't want caffeine you can order it as a fizz! Even though they always seem to have a line I promise it moves quicker than you would expect! There are many flavor combos, I highly reccomend looking up the "secret menu" online as their menu given at the store isn't very comprehensive of everything they have! read more

7 brew is the best iced or hot coffee in the area. You can create your own drinks, add or take away flavors, everything is customizable. And they don't just have coffee, they have their own energy blend, shakes and smoothies, fizzes, lemonades, iced tea and hot chocolate. All drinks here are customizable with dozens of flavors and combinations to try. The Brewistas (what they are called here) are well trained, friendly and always available to answer questions. So if it's your first time, it can feel a little overwhelming. I recommend one of three things. Research drink combinations before you go (check out the 7 brew socials for "recipe" ideas.) or when you're there, simply ask a brewista for a suggestion. You can either tell them what you normally like or give them a drink idea and ask them how they might change it or add to it. So their standard size is medium. That's where the flavors shine the most. When ordering large ask for extra sweet. It gives you more flavor in the larger size. In the smaller size if you love the flavor of coffee I would ask for an extra shot of espresso ... this will cut back on the sweet flavor that outshines the coffee in the small. If you've never had 7 Brew I strongly suggest it! We're been WAY too many times this week since they opened. Disappointed is an understatement, I'm in town from MI and have been recommended this place, a few times, I was very excited to go. My experience, customer service and the coffee were all horrible. First the lady taking our order got it wrong (which is no worries people make mistakes) but then trying to get the coffee fixed we where treated like an inconvenience and like we were an annoyance, then to get the coffee and it taste HORRIBLE, mind you this is a drink my friend gets and recommended and even they said it tasted nothing like it should. Im not sure if they were annoyed so they made it bad but either way the first time experience was horrible. I expected a lot more from this place. read more

I just went through and ordered the drink I order every day, a sugar free blondie with almond milk. I tasted it and it was not correct, after I had to correct her while I was ordering multiple times. I asked if I could get it remade and she scoffed at me and pumped a bunch of full sugar syrup into it, gave it back, and told me I needed to order it extra sweet next time. I said okay thank you and she turned around to her coworkers and put her hands in her hair and yelled "I can not!" Very rude employees and horrible service. read more

I was trying to order and the guy kept cutting me off and if he could just hold on a second I could tell him what I wanted. But he just kept interrupting me acting like I needed to hurry up. This is the worst 7 brew when it comes to speed and customer service. Multiple times I have sat there while cars that just pull up get waited on. Then I have to wait longer for my drink to get done while already waiting longer to get my drink. I go to the one in cottleville and they don't have any issue with speed and making sure customers are taking care of.. also, the workers are not attentive and are constantly worried about their conversations during business times. read more
