That's without any crazy additions, and we just can't continue doing that. There are cheaper places with more variety in the smoothie bowl area. We ended up grabbing a blender and started making ours at home which, even with a ton of interesting additions, we are averaging about a dollar for HUGE bowls, so I'm totally cool with it! After a few minutes, one of the owners walked from behind the counter and handed me my food. I was floored. I don't take gestures like that for granted, especially since he didn't have to do that. I chatted with him for a bit while the other owner continued processing the orders. He said they've been open since January and business has been going really well. The egg and pesto were spot on; I don't recall tasting the peppers but it may have been because I was so hungry! The smoothie was delicious and had the right amount of sweetness and nutrition minus the guilt. Due to the promo, I only paid for the sandwich, so getting a 2-1 is always a win in my book!
