Let me start by saying I have been a Swig fan since I first heard it was coming to St. Peters. I was one of the crazy ones who showed up on opening day, and I've been a fan ever since!
The drinks are amazing, and I love the variety and how customizable everything is. I absolutely hate coconut, but I can always substitute vanilla instead, which means I can still enjoy so many of the different drinks. My favorite is the Beach Babe. I love anything with Mountain Dew because it has that perfect citrusy flavor without being too heavy. If I'm going later at night, though, I'll swap the Mountain Dew for Sprite because otherwise I'll be up all night!
My daughter is all about the Boba. She may have a little bit of an addiction to it, and Swig definitely feeds that addiction.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and one of my favorite things is that they actually remember you. If I order something I'm not completely sure about, they'll often tell me to taste it before I leave to make sure I like it. That kind of customer service makes such a difference and makes you feel like they actually want you to enjoy what you ordered.
The line can sometimes look long, but the wait is rarely long. They are incredibly efficient and can handle everything from one drink to a huge order. Tonight, I actually had to pick up drinks for six cheerleaders! Thankfully, I made it all the way back without spilling a single one.
And I have to talk about the chocolate chip cookies because they are to die for. My personal favorite way to eat them is to microwave one for about 15 seconds. It gets so warm and soft that it practically falls apart, and it is absolutely delicious. My daughter, however, prefers hers cold, so apparently we have different cookie philosophies in this house.
Whether I'm grabbing one drink for myself, picking up drinks for the family, or showing up with an order for six cheerleaders, Swig is always a refreshing treat. The drinks are customizable, the staff is fantastic, and the cookies are incredible. I've been a fan since day one, and I don't see that changing anytime soon! read more
