I guess my experience with other places made me biased: the businesses I frequented in Oklahoma could move 20+ snow cones in less than 5 minutes easily. This place? It took 25 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me, and I do know they were small orders. Finally, it was time for mine to be done, and it was partially melted. Ugh. Flavor was good though. An oreo cookie cream smoothie was the perfect treat for a hot summers day. Pulling up to the drive thru at Bahama Bucks I was undecided on what to order everything on the menu board looks and sounds delicious, after asking the cashier at the window to give me a moment she did just that and was very nice about and told me to take my time. I decided on the oreo cookie smoothie and it did not disappoint, I'm so glad that I chose it. I didn't go inside to order i opted for the drive thru and that was just as good as going inside, the menu outside was not overwhelming it was easy to read and the pictures of the items made it so much easier to make a decision, I'll definitely be back to try other items from the menu. read more

I always drive past this place and finally stopped by after dinner with friends. When we walked in, the first thing we noticed was the smell. It wasn't pleasant, but with all the different types of flavor syrups in there, we don't expect it to smell amazing either. We were the only ones in line at the time and we ordered 3 snow cones. It took 15-20 minutes just to get our snow cones. 2 of us ordered flats (to prevent spills), but one wanted it domed for the gram. They gave all of ours flat, but our friend didn't want to ask to get it domed because they took forever. I feel they need to prioritize the people that comes first. I understand there were continuous drive thru orders, but we were sure that we ordered before some of those drive thru orders because we heard the girl speaking to them. Decided to try this place as I was out running some errands. I got a strawberry Freezecake. It was ok. I was hoping to get a cheesecake flavour, but it tasted like a frozen strawberry slush. We came at 12:45 on a Wednesday. There were four cars in the parking lot. We were the only car in the drive thru. The person originally said it will be just one minute. Ten minutes later my husband said 'hello' and was told they were very busy inside. When he finally got to order we pulled up to the window and were told after about five more minutes that it would be five minutes because they were so busy inside. After another five minutes we were given one snow cone and told we were still waiting on the other, but saw another cone was made for someone inside. We've been twice now and complete opposite experience the second time. The first time we went service was okay. It wasn't busy and only waited about 10 mins for our sno, and it was tasty. Second visit not so great. We ordered inside and it took 30 mins to get our sno and when we got it we had to ask for the extras that we ordered. We received a sno that wasn't ours, I returned it and they made the correct one. I had to ask for the bomb pop for my daughters that they forgot, and my mango straw, which I never got. She moved on with the other customers in line. Tables were sticky everywhere which I get it. It was busy and they were attending to customers but meh. I'm not totally sure we will be back it was a real let down and $40 for baby sized sno cones for my family of 5 was upsetting. Not worth the money. read more

We've been passing by Bahama Buck's every Monday and at first I thought they are like a diner serving full dinner or lunch menu. But it's good thing we tried it per our friend's recommendation because we all loved it! It is a serious alternative to the very high-calorie offerings of ice cream and frozen yogurt. At first I was struggling if I'll have the naturally flavored watermelon or the strawberry cheesecake. The sweet tooth in me pushed me to get the latter. It didn't disappoint and now I have something to look forward to the next time we visit the place. The ice is so soft because it's freshly crushed. The people there don't add flavors to your shaved ice, they smother it with it! So you are rest assured of the same taste from start to finish. Came here after a kids soccer game. Today was the first really hot day so far. We ordered and went outside to wait. After about 30 mins of waiting we went inside bc we were sweating to death. There were over 30 people crammed inside waiting on their orders. They have the dinning room blocked off so everyone has to cram into the front part of the store. So stupid- why not give us space to wait so we can spread out? Especially if it is going to take close to and hour for a sno cone. I ordered the smallest size strawberry banana with vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. There was one young woman working the entire store by herself including the drive thru. There were 11 people inside the store and I have no idea how many people came through the drive thru. She took the orders, rang them up, and made them all by herself.
