I recall there were something like 150 flavors... literally that many, or close to it... in the 1990s. There are fewer flavors now, but 150 was probably overkill. I think I had black cherry, pink lemonade, and... I don't remember my third flavor. (I like to flavor max.) It's still not as finely shaved as Hawaiian shave ice, but it's as good as you can get in this part of the country.
