Unfortunately, they never arrived, never called, and never texted. We received no advance notice at all, which left us and our guests in a really tough spot and gave us no chance to line up a replacement. Things happen, but the lack of communication and accountability is what really stings. When you're planning an event, you need vendors you can rely on. Based on our experience, we would be very hesitant to ever use or recommend them in the future.

I hired someone to avoid having to worry, but then I spent my evening very upset. He did not offer my money back so I asked him to either provide me with what I paid or give me my money back. We compromised and he sent someone else with a a couple of wines and a couple bottles of each liquor. It worked out but was way, way to expensive for how little I had at my party. I was expecting so much more for the price I paid. The bartender was very nice and did a great job. I realize things happen out of the owner's control, but upsetting me and asking me what I am going to do was very unprofessional.
