My son really likes their ice because you can pick whatever you want and they have a lot of options. We aren't big on ice cream because it's too heavy but shaved snow ice is light and fluffy. Location is great, you'll just need to find parking. It's a cute meme spot with a couple chairs inside. They typically have chairs outside during warmer months too. As we walked in, 2 of the staff was sitting using their computer which was fine however I did not hear them greet us. It felt as if we were disturbing them for a moment. However, as we left, they were pleasant and thanked us for stopping in. We ordered our food to go but the boys couldn't wait to devour their frozen ice. I had a few bites of everyone's and it was so good. Very light and delicious flavors. This will be our go to when we want to treat ourselves. Went on a Thursday evening for birthday! Earlier in the week I received a $15 coupon from being signed up for their rewards. This bought me a WHOLE flight. Yup you read that right; three plates of full sized shaved snow. You think of shaved ice, and a slushy comes to mind. This is nothing like that. They had another couple inside when I ordered. They really put together a nice presentation when serving. We got the mocha toffee and ice cream for breakfast (fruity pebbles). It's a delightful dessert that's lighter than ice cream or froyo and not as crunchy as shaved ice. Kind of similar to bingsu (Korean shaved ice) but still somehow fluffier! Emily was kind of enough to bring out the desserts to us as we waited outside, which only took a couple minutes after our order. Ty and Dax are super nice and they explained the whole process of the vampire penguin franchise to us. Now let's talk about what we got. I ordered the Twix and it was amazing. They said I could add something to it so I added toffee bites, which made it even better. It was so light weight and was the perfect dessert after finishing a meal next-door. We came back here two nights in a row we loved it so much! This is such a fun concept. Coming from New Orleans, we are used to Sno-Balls. The shaved ice is such a delicious treat- much smoother than Sno Balls but lighter than ice cream. The Mexican Candy special is AMAZING! Quite literally bursting with flavor (and boba!), and the Tajin adds a nice heat at the back of the throat. I think even people who dont like spice in their food would be able to enjoy this. The owners are absolute gems, so kind & personable. And they were honestly so willing to create things based on what they have. After messaging back and forth with the owner about the rollout of the highly anticipated vegan option snow it's finally here!! We went down and gave it a try and we were not disappointed.
