Love the shaved ice. We were going to go to a boba place, but decided to come here since it was near our hotel. The prices were good. The shaved ice was amazing. It is much finer and airy than what our shaved ice machine at home can do. All the flavors we got were amazing. We also got the dulce de leche, strawberry shortcake, cloud candy. They were out of the coffee flavor so couldn't try the vampuccino. Apparently it takes 48 hours for the shaved ice to cool and be ready. The staff was very friendly. Will come back next time we are in St Louis. FYI. The place is small. So only two tables inside, but there was also some outdoor seating. read more

And the toppings included a generous amount of strawberry slices and cheesecake bites that paired really well. The syrup was slightly too sweet but could be balanced out by the shaved ice. My son really likes their ice because you can pick whatever you want and they have a lot of options. We aren't big on ice cream because it's too heavy but shaved snow ice is light and fluffy. Location is great, you'll just need to find parking. It's a cute meme spot with a couple chairs inside. They typically have chairs outside during warmer months too. As we walked in, 2 of the staff was sitting using their computer which was fine however I did not hear them greet us. It felt as if we were disturbing them for a moment. However, as we left, they were pleasant and thanked us for stopping in. We ordered our food to go but the boys couldn't wait to devour their frozen ice. I had a few bites of everyone's and it was so good. Very light and delicious flavors. This will be our go to when we want to treat ourselves. This is a shaved ice concept, but don't let that fool you it's like a thick cotton candy on steroids type ice. The charming owners were both hilarious and so welcoming. Not quite ice cream, not quite a snow cone, but it's fluffy, rich, and topped with the most beautiful details that make it as picturesque as it is delicious. I had one that was covered in all sorts of chocolate toppings, and I've also tried their popular strawberry cheesecake. Wow....I have never had anything like this. Sweet, airy, light, and delicious. I opted for the Strawberry Cheesecake....probably the #1 seller. It was GREAT! You think of shaved ice, and a slushy comes to mind. This is nothing like that. They had another couple inside when I ordered. They really put together a nice presentation when serving. Also, fun plushies for merch and their own book series. The owners, Emily, Dax, and Ty, are pleasant individuals and my sister and I enjoyed talking with them. We got the mocha toffee and ice cream for breakfast (fruity pebbles). It's a delightful dessert that's lighter than ice cream or froyo and not as crunchy as shaved ice. Kind of similar to bingsu (Korean shaved ice) but still somehow fluffier! Emily was kind of enough to bring out the desserts to us as we waited outside, which only took a couple minutes after our order. They have a build your option as well so you can always mix up what you want.
