Kiraboos Shaved Ice was just okay. It's no where near Hawaiian Shave Ice and the prices were even more than on Oahu and smaller portions. First time visit. I will say that service was really cheery and good although the leak at the bottom of my cup was not observed by the server. Situational awareness or teenage obliviousness. Wow! One of the best shaved ice we ever had! We had Sunset Splash which was one of their specials. It was a strawberry and mango flavor which was a good combo. The coconut ice cream was creamy and could taste the coconut flavor. It definitely could have been shared with someone. We brought our dogs on their patio so it is dog friendly. Pretty good shave ice here in Ellisville - Friendly service as well. Ice is soft and snow powder like (as shave ice should be) and the syrup was flavorful. I had a run in with one of their umbrellas at the Ellisville location, during a storm, a few years back, before I had tried their sno/ice cream wonderfulness! Kira and her father handled the situation with class and a heart. I was excited to see a new location pop up near my home a few years after the umbrella incident...I was really glad my company had not come after them for the umbrella incident, and that they were doing well enough to expand! I have started going pretty regularly, with my family, to support a quality local business, with a great product, and good people running it. Me and my boyfriend were looking for a snow cone place and found this stand! I liked the taste of everything and my boyfriend really enjoyed it too. The people were very nice when helping us and the service was very quick. we did go on a night it wasn't super busy though. I think it was very good but a little over priced for two snow cones. This is one of our favorite spots for a summer treat! We look forward to its opening every year. The owners and workers are all fantastic and always so friendly. We have been going to this delicious shaved ice place since it opened several years ago. We love the way their ice is shaved, so fine and yummy! My favorite is root beer with cream, it tastes like a root beer float! My son tris lots of flavors and always gets nerds on top, he loves the crunch. Their new "stand" is beautiful and spacious. I just wish there was a large grassy area near to let the kiddos run. We will most definitely be back!! read more

I really wanted a snow cone, slush, something sweet, fruity, icy, and remembered seeing this place. Arrived shortly before three and was warmly greeted by way of a wave and a smile by (I assume) the owner as she was putting out traffic cones. I checked the signs and, sure enough, cash only so I had to go raid my husband's console stash. I ordered a small bahama mama and was told it will be ready at the back window in a moment. It was a good size and was just what I was craving.....except for the banana flavor. I'm typically anti banana anything and I've never known of bahama mama to include banana flavor....but, I didn't ask what flavors they use and maybe that's just how they make theirs. However, even with the banana flavor, it was still pretty tasty and didn't stop me from finishing it. I'll be back to try out a non banana flavored snow cone another time. read more

Stopped by here while we caught Bluebird's fireworks along Manchester Road. We didn't have cash on us; however, there's an ATM a parking lot over. I briefly talked to the owner's dad, who was sweet and outgoing. He said it has always been a dream of her's to have a snow cone business. I'm glad she picked the location that she did!
