I am here almost daily. This is the place I come to get all my school work done. The baristas know me by name and my order. They take very good care of me. I am sad that some of my favorites have been transferring to other stores. I hope things change and the current staff will stay!! I love the grilled cheese and my caramel macchiato. Went on a Saturday through the drive-through. It was completely out to the edge of the road. I timed how long it took me to get my four drinks. I love coming to my speedway Starbucks. It's a great feeling when you walk in and they know who you are and are so friendly (could also mean I go there to much ) anyways they always look out, yesterday my drink wasn't correct and they remade it also had me keep the 1st drink (which I gifted to a co worker) and tried giving me a refund which I refused to take because they remade the drink so fast I was like no refund needed . In the past, I have really appreciated this Starbucks location, but in recent months the drive thru has been SO SLOW. Unfortunately, this has meant that I typically have to take my business elsewhere. I would advise the same if you're in a hurry. This a great Starbucks location! I have been through the drive thru several times, and the service is always friendly and efficient. Don't place a mobile order here! It's happened to me multiple times that it's never ready when it says it will be. I placed the order at 6:53 am. It said it would be ready at 7:01. I stood inside the store until 7:15 and it was never ready. I asked where it was and one of the workers was like "hmm I don't know, I'll make it" and then I waited 5 more minutes and it never came out. I just had to leave. So frustrated. There were so many random mobile orders sitting on the counter that no one ever picked up and about 10 more people just standing there waiting. read more

the night lady in the drive thru was rude as can be. I hand her my $$ and she proceeded to toss my change in my hand.... and i said thank you, no response. I get handed my drink and i say thank you... no response to that either. Drink is alright. I asked for extra java chips and received none. During the day though, the staff is amazing. This isnt my usual Starbucks, but stopped here because of convenience. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato with Soy milk, since i am lactose intolerant. When i received my drink I automatically new something was off due to the color of my drink. It looked very light, like almost just pure milk. And it tasted pretty much only milk, so i think they didn't add the right amount of expresso shots. However i needed to be on mu way so I didn't ask about it. Also later i started feeling off... kind of how i feel when i drink cows milk. Sure enough when i looked on the cup, it was not made with soy milk like i asked. So now im at work, sick, and tired. First time at this Starbucks location and it was an amazing experience - way better than the location closer to my house. 1) it's fairly new! If you're going to try the drive-thru, there is a screen that shows your order. It's great to make sure that your order is accurate. 2) they are fast! There were about 5 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru but I was still out of there in 5-10 minutes. I purposely don't go to the Starbucks near my house (Of 56th and Lafayette) because 5 cars in line there is an automatic 15 min wait. 3) the staff seems so friendly! Wow spacious! The new place looks cool, serves quickly, and has plenty of room for activities! While other coffee shops aren't able to accommodate more than a couple people but I'll be inviting a whole crew here. They've still got the new-opening kinks to work out, like training their staff to be friendly and acknowledge people, but I'm sure they'll get the hang of it. I'll be back for sure. read more

Maybe they were low staff. I know Starbucks can get crazy inside but I feel like people should try their best when they can. I wanted to try the new mocha cookie drink and I asked for no whipped cream. Almost made me late for work waiting on my coffee! I did a mobile order and it said 5-7 minutes and I thought perfect I'll just grab it and go. Well 25 minutes later I had my drink. I would just like to say that i am no longer supporting this specific STARBUCKS. I received rude service when i called to ask if my debt card was left there. I was being very polite to the lady on the phone and there was no reason for her to have an attitude. I simply just wanted to know if my debt card had been left there. The first time this happened was when i went through the drive thru and i was not aware that my debt card was not handed back to me. I went back a few minutes later and was able to retreat my debt card. The second time i was not aware of it it was because i was in a rush, the lady did not even charge me for my 15$ Order! When i called to ask if they had my debt card , she had an attitude and said "Well do you WANT me to charge you the 15$?!" I always come to this starbucks to study and drink my coffee, but i will no longer be coming to this place again. I will just drive an extra 15minutes to the next Starbucks in town. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the world! I would stop in every morning before work to get my coffee or hot chocolate and an ice water. For some reason they have the best ice water and I was unable to order it on the mobile app. I went in one morning and talked to the kind baristas and we developed a special code so that I could order my ice water through the mobile app. For my new year resolution I decided I would only get Starbucks in Friday's and increase my water intake. When I went in today (it has been awhile) the guy who is always there in the morning (I need to learn his name) said good morning to me by name and asked if they got my ice water for me. I told them they had not this time and he made sure one was made for me immediately. Small gestures like remembering my name mean a lot to me and always put a smile on my face. I go out of my way on the weekends or over breaks when I am not working just to go to this Starbucks and you should too. The staff is amazing!!! read more

This is a relatively new store located by a get go and chiacagos pizza...we have been there a couple times and they have always gotten something wrong but its been minor ..yesterday after a stressful last week my sister and I decided to treat ourselves I ordered a peach green tea lemonade sweetened Something I had gotten before many times...the cashier hands me a strawberry lemonade I told her that's not what I asked for she then apologized took the drink and was gone 3 sec. I watched her take the container add peach to the leftover strawberry as well as what looked like tea pour out what was in my cup in the sink and shake it pour it in the rinsed cup...I was so pissed I told her it was still wrong and she acted as id she didn't have a clue. ..I just went home .its a shame for the amount of money I was charged and after a crap of a week she couldn't get 1 tea right..we will never go back to this location... read more

Till today, my experience at this new location had been good. Today however it really sucked. My friend treated me to a coffee and our orders were on a ticket with her name Heather. She received hers immediately as it was regular coffee which the cashier fixed. Instead of working on my drink, the barrista prepared orders for two girls who came after us. When I reminded him of my order, a tall latte macchiato, and that the ticket was under Heather's name, he rudely told me I'd have to wait a few minutes! He then proceeded making other orders for drive-thru as well as another drink for the same girls! Then he called an order for Heather and it happened to be for two people who had come after the girls! So I had to wait some more for my drink....I can understand the confusion about the names, but this did not excuse the fact he served other people before me and also that he never expressed any apology. This is the first Starbucks where the know only know my name but all me how I am and keep up with the things that are going on in my life. I appreciate how enjoyable they make my life at 530am. Rhachel, JB, Jared, Kassidy, Joey, Nicole, Taylor and Page are on their game (especially at 530am), always friendly, and genuinely care about what they do.
