When I walked in several staff walked past us without greeting us. When the hostess arrived after me waiting several minutes to either place my order or be seated. I asked for a menu as the wait was longer than I had time for. She was uneducated about the menu and struggled to answer questions. She went to get a server to take my order. We waited and received our food, cashed out, & headed on our way. When we arrived at our destination we realized they left the syrup out so we had no syrup for our pancakes. I called and told them I was headed back for syrup and asked for a future meal replacement. They refused and offered to make more pancakes. With their level of unprofessionalism and disgusting attitudes there was no way I was going to trust them to remake ANYTHING for me! I was offered a $5 gift card. I went back to retrieve syrup and was confronted by a server telling me I was being rude for asking for what I paid for and then receiving the putrid level of service I received.
