    Pancakes are more like crepes.

We came here while visiting from out of town and because we had a Groupon. Weird place to have this eatery but nonetheless it was a decent place to eat. Small menu to look at but it is fast and pretty well priced. The egg sandwich we ordered came with a meat and hash browns. They were very yummy. The pancake was huge but more like a crepe and it was meh at best. I'd def recommend the sandwich though. We even ordered one to go and it heated up nicely in a skillet. If we were In Town again. I don't think we'd go back the staff was sparse tending more to frequent flier guests and not noticing us and they give you the bill before your food even comes out so we felt rushed to eat and pay. Restrooms are shared down the hall with the business center and is kinda hard to find. Plenty of stalls though and it was clean. Place practices masks and glove wearing and sanitized between tables and social distanced tables. Alll in all it was decent but didn't leave me craving to come back.

    Omelette with hashbrowns and toast

Omelette Included hash browns and toast. The cinnamon toast was fantastic. The omelette was made wrong, ordered onion and green pepper and got onion tomato. It's ok because I like tomatoes but the onions were still raw so still have the onion taste in my mouth. The hot cakes are unique and spongy and thin, pretty good. Waitress was very nice. The eggs and hashbrowns all taste like bacon (which is not good for us who do not enjoy the taste of bacon). This location is ok for the Groupon deal but for a bigger menu, better experience and food, suggest checking out the fishers location.

Searched the app for a local gem for breakfast or brunch. Read it was tough to find...then drove right by it. Lol. It's hidden on the back side of an office building. Good luck finding it...you'll be glad you did. Eggs Benedict was world-class! Party melt was real good too. Fruit cut fresh...even the toast was great. Fast, friendly service too. Not the cheapest place, but worth it.

Had the smallest and thinnest piece of quiche I've ever seen. My friend had the French toast which a large portion but had no flavor.

Super friendly the ladies that work in front are smiling and super cute. They are kind and Friendly my vanilla latte was done real fast and tastes Hmm a bit bitter then what I expected to be which means it was a bit strong for me.. not sweet enough but overall I do recommend this place for any age people to come and chat and relax eat and spend time away from home. My husband went running so I'm chilling here waiting for him. By the way the bathrooms are clean as well. After trying my vanilla latte two times, I end up asking the young ladies to make me another latte because I wanted to try something sweeter and they did it for free and actually was amazing what they gave me. Thanks so much I was not expecting that awesome treatment. Place gets crowded fast and the girls move fast as well. Not disappointed at all... I give it 10 out of 10

As far as drinks, I want to start by saying that their lattes are definitely the way to go. They are a bit sweet, so I would advise getting it with less pumps. However, I thoroughly enjoyed it :). After I had been there about an hour, I ordered some drinks to go for me and for some other people. The decaf cold brew was fine, but it could have been stronger. The matcha... bless their little matcha hearts. It was presweetened which leads me to believe it's a mix. It wasn't grainy, but it didn't taste like anything? The strawberry matcha tasted mostly like strawberry milk and the matcha flavor it did have was not good. There were so many matcha recipes on the menu that I thought it would be better. The hot plain matcha was also not great. There needs to be more of a tea flavor and it almost tasted artificial. Overall, I would definitely come back! I would maybe just skip over the matcha, haha.

It was super easy to find parking, and we came at the perfect time. While there many people inside, just hanging out, we were able to hop in the small line and we had a minimal wait for our drinks. The compliments were endless--everyone's already asking when Prufrock can come back (ideally every day!). They offer both a coffee cart and trailer service, which was super easy to arrange, and we'll definitely be booking them again in the future. After our event, I finally stopped by their shop in Carmel, IN--and wow, it did not disappoint. You really can't go wrong with coffee in a can, especially when it's the best blueberry vanilla iced latte I've ever had. The owners and staff are genuinely wonderful people who clearly care about what they do. The atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done, and there are plenty of photo-worthy spots too. Don't be depresso--have some espresso at Prufrock Coffee. It was served warm and very fresh, with delicious cream cheese frosting. I ordered the Signature Egg Tart, and it was wonderful. It was rich and almost quiche-like, filled with lots of roasted vegetables, and the bright, acidic sauce balanced it really well. I honestly wouldn't have changed anything except maybe adding a little salt, but that may just be personal preference. I also enjoyed a cold brew while we sat out on the patio. The only downside was the construction noise from the large apartment buildings going up around the patio. That is obviously not the restaurant's fault, but it is something to be aware of if you're planning to sit outside right now. Overall, great food, kind service, and a really thoughtful birthday touch. We would definitely go back!

Rize truly stands out for its commitment to local partnerships, sourcing fresh ingredients from nearby growers, and you can absolutely taste the difference. Everything felt fresh, thoughtful, and well-executed. The space is clean, bright, and nicely decorated. Coffee was strong and flavorful (just how I like it). The salad that came with the omelet was next-level, with a light, citrusy dressing that balanced everything perfectly. The waffles were incredibly airy, soft, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth good.... And wow, the bacon was so good we ended up ordering another side. Despite the restaurant being packed, service was friendly, efficient, and never felt rushed. The service was pretty laid back which made it a great place to sit back and catch up. The Shirred Duccah Eggs paired nicely with the Portabella Strata. The mushrooms in the strata were plenty and earthy. The fruit that came with it had pomegranate included which was a nice touch. The Ciabatta with the Shirred Duccah eggs was nicely toasted with a good chewy texture. It was great to complement the yolky egg. The lamb sausage did not taste very gamey and the spices with the pop of sweetness with the raisins made it and interesting, complex flavor profile. The N'Orleans iced coffee was not really chicory, and seemed like just a basic iced coffee. I'd try a different, stronger coffee next time.

Service was a bit slower than I'm used to, so this is definitely not your typical quick breakfast stop. Also, don't come expecting the usual breakfast staples like toast, pancakes, or a side of bacon. The menu leans more toward a curated dining experience rather than a traditional breakfast. Portion sizes were on the smaller side, but again, the presentation was beautiful. I ordered a regular coffee. It was strong somewhere between decent and average. Not the best, but not the worst either. I asked for a refill, and when we received the bill there was an additional $6.82 charge. I was later told that regular coffee does not come with refills. If I had known that beforehand, I probably would not have ordered another cup, or I might have tried one of their specialty coffees instead. Overall, it's a cute spot with European-inspired décor and a unique concept. It's the kind of place you should probably try at least once for the experience.
