I've been to over 25 Starbucks and never had an experience like this. It took 20 to 25 min to get one breakfast sandwich. When we walk in there was just a few people I had to ask about one sandwich and the girl said they were working on it but no one was then I asked again 10 min later and someone started I was waiting for my sandwich and another employee asked what I was waiting on and I told her and she rudely said you can wait over there for you sandwich. It was bad enough we had to wait 25 minutes for our meal she did not need to be rude. read more

Slower service would mean no service.... slow service is an understatement... a snail with a broken toe and one eye could be considered faster and more efficient than this Starbucks. Every time I show up regardless of no cars or 10 on front of me I make sure to add an extra 15-90 minutes to my trip if I'll be getting a drink through their drive through. Most Starbucks are very very slow but this one takes last place in the race since if it was a race they'd come in about 10 minutes after the clean up crew is finished and the crowed has already headed home. However they 80% of the time make the drink correctly, but 97% of the time never have the new drink ingredients they are advertising. So stop at your own risk or if you have a basic as fuck order they are guaranteed to have as well as an extra 90 minutes to your day to just kill in line. read more

My friend is lactose and everytime we go we ask for soy or almond milk but they always seem to get it wrong. Why have the options if they're not going to use it? And that is not counting the multiple times that they have gotten my drink wrong. I have also been there late at night and it hasn't only happened in one occasion but three, were they have turned off the lights with excuse that they're about to close when the sign outside says otherwise. I can understand if it's a couple of minutes and they need to start cleaning but almost an hour is just ridiculous. read more

It was the twighlight zone of Starbucks experiences. They need a serious management change. We were the only customers inside the store ( Sat. 1/and only one car in drive thru and we couldn't get a staff to say hello or take our order. Literally 5 staff behind the counter, 3 with headsets and not one hello or eye contact. After 2 minutes, I shouted hello to get their attention. Three of the staff were so high they couldn't function. Just grinning, glassy eyed and no words. I picked up trash on patio because it was obvious the staff werent going to do it. read more

Drinks came out pretty fast. They were fully staffed the day I went in. Their drinks were good. Nothing odd or off-putting about them. The only downside is that one of their bathrooms was broken so there was a really long line of people. The line of people waiting for the bathroom actually threw off people waiting to order drinks because they intertwined. read more

I automatically love any Starbucks that is off the freeway and has a bathroom. While on our way to Napa the husband needed a bathroom and I needed another caffeine hit. This Starbucks seemed to be entirely full of other motorists with the same needs. There was a massive line for the bathrooms but we both managed to take care of business. Bathroom was clean enough considering the volume of users. Drinks were average, which is a good thing in a Starbucks. You want consistent quality in any fast food, and Starbucks falls under the fast food heading. An excellent place to stop and refuel. read more

Its clean, but its busy and the line for the bathroom is ridiculous. It has a drive through and it seems a little bit bigger than most Starbucks.. probably because of the drive through, but oh well. 1st mobile ordered my drink so that I could avoid the lines that didn't work ! So I thought I'll use the restroom while I wait uhhh bad move there was a line there also and wow so dirty ! By the time I was done my drink was "ready " wrong drink it was suppose to be a venti iced coffee 1 pump syrup 1 pump Carmel instead I got an iced coffee with milk of some sort so I ask the gal nicely to remake it umm bad Move that annoyed her , she remakes with a cup with a crack in it (obviously not her fault) I give it back to her whew she was super annoyed like it was my fault the cup had a crack in well turns out the drink was not made correctly customer service stinks and the bathrooms were filthy I was not about to go in and tell her my drink was NOT done correctly !! This Starbucks is very disorganized. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. There was a person taking orders, 2 people just standing at the window taking orders when they drove up, one person standing around and a lady named Steffi making all the drinks by herself! I don't know why the staff who weren't that busy did not jump in and help her. KUDOS TO STEFFI! You did a fantastic job under pressure! I give you 5 stars.. You earned it! read more

Probably the worst SB I've ever been. Busy and we order 3 coffees. They delivered just one. Had to ask to do the other two they forgot, they made one. And then, I had to ask again to make the third one. It supposed to be a quick stop but it became a nightmare. I just had the wort experience at this Starbucks. After waiting I a very long line with only one checker, our cups were placed on the counter in order... as is customary. I was waiting for my order when I noticed a worker wiping off the machine that was in front of the staging area. She was very slow and doing a notably terrible job of wiping down the machine with a dirty rag. I kept on watching her because it was so gross. Then I saw her push one of my cup's off the counter... I was watching VERY CLOSELY to see if she or another employee would pick it up off the dirty floor... but she didn't even bother, she just kicked it further underneath the counter. So, if course our order was not complete and when I told the young man that fixed our other drink what I was, the lazy, inapt employee said "What is your problem"... I said you pushed my cup off the counter, a she was ready to "Go" lIke a bully at me. The other worker physically moved her to the other side of the store, then made our missing drink. I told him, "she needs to be fired ". And he said he would "talk to the manager". This is the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to. Dirty, rude, slow! read more

Had an incident at drive thru. Ordered a usual drink and was given a drink that looked completely different than my usual. I approached the lady at the window and asked if the refresher was made differently because it had a different taste to what i usually order. A male employee then assisted me and asked what was the issue with my drink I stated it was just a different taste and drink than what i usually get when I order my usual drink, he stated there was no drink made the way i specified it and asked in a rudely manner if I wanted the drink or not. I asked my daughter whom the drink was for, and she said yes thats fine, he went to mock the yes and as well as tossed my drink spilling some and the lid flying off.. the ladies turned their back and I courteously still asked three times due to being ignored for a lid ... Very bad customer service .. as a lifetime resident here just makes me wonder what the out of town customers would feel about our city when treated this way and of my daughter having to witness this experience.. read more

I hate stopping at this Starbucks, but its the only one on my way to work since they closed the far better one in Gonzales. My order is often wrong, expecially when going thru the drive thru. I am not sure if the wind is a factor and they can't hear, but maybe they should ALWAYS repeat the order for accuracy instead of just drone out the total. However, it's wrong about 75% even when I go inside. I get a Venti Vanilla Latte. Every. Single. Time. Every. Single. Day. But hey, each day brings a surprise of what I am going to drink for my morning coffee. Sometimes it's a Vanilla Latte, sometimes it's a Hazelnut Latte, sometimes it just plain black coffee!! There are times I wait 30 seconds for my drink and some times it is upwards of 10 minutes. There seems to be about 4-5 employees there at all times, but only one is actually working. The others just stand around talking to each other while everyone is waiting for their drinks. None of the employees are very friendly (I've come to this Starbucks a minimum of six times a week for the past four years). I'll occasionally stop at other Starbucks in the area and they are far more friendly than this one. I have also contacted Starbucks directly about the service level and employees they have here. I only gave it one star because their bathroom is clean. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for a while and I've had a pretty good experience every time I come here. I've never had and issue with my drink order since I've been coming to this Starbucks. The staff had always been courteous. Not overly perky, but very respectful. The only downside would be that every time I've gone with my husband, he orders an iced coffee with milk and for some reason his order just isn't right. I don't know if he just needs to specify how much cream he needs to make it correct, but it's rarely ever the way he likes it. For that I'll give it 4 stars. Location is excellent and fast when you're traveling. read more

This Starbucks is almost always full with cars in the drive thru that isn't necessarily the employees fault but upon finally arriving at the window you'll quickly realize their staff is undertrained and lack people's skills (whatever that means). In my experience the one taking my order was treating me like one of his bros, now that's not a problem because I don't have many friends but he was treating me like like one of those friends you just don't respect. You know the one. Using words like "bro", "boss", and "dude" to make up for the bad service. Until they get a better staff I can't say I recommend drinking Starbucks here. Wow this Starbucks deals with a LOT of people. For me, it's the main stop if I don't want to (or can't wait to) stop in Salinas. The line for the bathroom is usually as long or longer than the drink line (I've even accidentally stood in the bathroom line for a while before finding out I was in the wrong place). The drinks I've had here have always been great, I just have to give 3 stars because of the atmosphere (which isn't the staff's fault). A lot of times, my quick caffeination breaks become 20 minute stops, which is less than ideal on a road trip. I'd probably say stick with the drive thru if you can-that usually gets prioritized. I learned my lesson from driving on holiday weekends and stopping here! read more

My daughter and I went in and ordered 3 drinks. After we got there and while we were waiting for our drinks there was a busy rush of people. They didn't make my daughters drink, but we got the 2 other drinks. After 20 minutes, they made her drink and it was a strawberry Frappuccino. I asked them to please blend it because she didn't like the strawberry syrup on the bottom. meanwhile everyone who walked in after me has gotten their drinks. I was patient. I understand they were busy. But Melissa, who was wearing Hannah's name tag told me I'm going to have to wait 5 or more minutes. I said I've been waiting here patiently before all of these people and she said too bad you're going to have to freakin wait. I can't believe how rudely I was treated. Especially after waiting there for so long for my drink they forgot to make. Not cool! Not cool at all! If you're going to work at Starbucks, Melissa, you should have good customer service skills. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I would never speak to someone like you spoke to me. I understand that it got busy, but I was standing there very patiently for a very long time. I rarely go into the store, but the drive thru staff are always great! They are quick, and have never gotten my order wrong. There is one barista that has always been the eliding of customer service- I would recommend her for Management. She has a tattoo of a tree on her left(?) forearm. Great job Starbucks! read more
