I ordered my coffee online in advance but went inside the store to pick it up. With the app, you have the option of picking up at the drive-through, but we wanted to take a bio break. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. It's a spacious store with lots of seating. I signed onto the Wi-Fi but didn't try to watch a video or anything. It worked OK for me. The staff in the store were nice and I'd say it was a good experience overall. I'll give it four stars. It's still not my favorite latte - too light - but it was more than adequate enough and everything about the experience was nice. read more

How nicely surprised we were to see the Starbucks as we pulled off 101 for gas. Right before the Arco, is this Greenfield location on the right! Only one passenger van ahead of us, so the wait was not long at all. One cafe mocha, a slice of banana nut bread, and a muffin - warmed, of course! Our order was accurate and the coffee was hot - not too hot, but good hot. I didn't have to wait too long before I could sip it. I just am a tad disappointed at how small the muffins have been. Is it due to Covid-19 and business cutting back?! I swear they are using smaller muffin pans and charging more! Ugh. Luckily, they taste good and my little guy loves them (as much as he loved my homemade banana-blueberry muffins), so we will keep ordering them!! And, I like the Rewards program as I always earn points to redeem for free food and/or coffee (any drinks) throughout the year. Great location seemingly in the middle of nowhere. One star off for the drive-thru cashier/barista who didn't give us a receipt (nor offer) and seemed flustered when asked for one. I mean, receipts are necessary for business travel. Just saying. They closed all three of the restrooms for "cleaning". WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU CLOSE ALL THREE AT THE SAME TIME??? Greenfield is in the middle of nowhere. The only reason people passing through are going to stop is for food and a restroom break. I believe they were totally lying just to prevent people from using the restroom. This goes against corporate policy allowing the restrooms to be used by CUSTOMERS. And yes, we made a purchase before asking when the restrooms would be available. And the Manager on shift on 11/20/20 at 5:45 was a TOTAL ASS about it. He said "They're not opening". Never will our family make this stop here again.... Architecture / Landscaping * The pandemic continues on and we are not allowed indoor seating. This layout might look decent but it isn't suiting the winds of this town. This corner requires a wind barrier built up so that people can actually eat and drink their orders. Last time I was here my entire order was blown away. I was so upset and unsatisfied even my Christian Dior sunglasses were blown off my face and scratched. There is also no outdoor waste bins so half your trash ends up in the fields or in the nearby homes yards. I did bring this up to a barista and they said they would soon open in door seating but that still does not fix the issue. Driving back to San Francisco and exiting to grab coffee at this Starbucks was different than any normal day. You have to first admire the structure itself! The building is really aesthetically pleasing, clean lines, inside has a real trendy industrially look. The bathroom is worth noting which I've seen maybe in clubs but not in a Starbucks! The restrooms are separate, sink is located outside and has water, soap and dryer in one nozzle all operated via hand sensor! Pretty high tech! Stop at this Starbucks! I chose visiting this one versus the others in nearby towns based on the reviews... I thought for sure locals were hyping it up. No, it really is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. It's a really cool, new building that shares a parking lot with Carl's Jr. with what looks like a gas station being built nearby. Super clean with a lot of space inside. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ADA accessible with a common 2 sink area that has soap, water and hand dryer in the same space... so cool! I also believe there is a changing table for baby diaper changes. The employees seemed friendly and happy to be there. I will definitely stop by again if we are driving through the area. I had an unexpected shitty customer service by a male employee when I politely asked if the drink he served me was the same as the one I had ordered.
