First time coming to Dutch Bros here in Soledad. I've gone to several Dutch Bros in the Fresno area and I totally love their unique vibes. Stickers are great and for the amount of drink they serve up, they do a great job. The workers there always have a smile on them. Highly recommend the location. read more

I got the golden eagle chai and it had PLASTIC IN IT.It had full on pieces of plastic also It wasn't just in the cold foam it was also in my drink. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Soledad, California

Went to Soledad (which is a good thirty minutes from our house) for my Birthday drink and ordered three others so we had drinks to enjoy for a few days. We absolutely love this Dutch Bros they are friendly and efficient. Cannot wait for one to come to Salinas. read more

I am not sure why Dutch Bros is only 4 stars. I get that at times they have a lot of cars waiting to be served but that is not too dissimilar from Starbucks and atleast they have two lanes and staff that are outside taking orders. To be clear, I hate coffees, but that is where DB shines, their variety of rebel drinks offer an endless selection of flavors and are perfect for that much needed bump of energy. They also have smoothie options with kids cups that are great for toddlers. And for those who love cold or hot coffees they have a diverse selection. Their prices are on par with other competitors. you can also park in the nearby parking and walk to the counter if you think that might speed your purchase on a busy day. It will continue to be my choice for an energy bump. read more

Stopped by later at night with an order of six drinks. The employee who took our order was sweet and leading the line. We waited quite a while and ordered three flavored chai's and ended up with the coffee rather than chais. It was disappointing to have waited a while to get the wrong orders. The two hot drinks were doubled cupped to avoid burning hands especially because we got one for a child. read more

Waited forever to order 2 coffees. They don't have coffee? Really? It's called Dutch Brothers Coffee. How about cappuccino? Nope sorry we can't make those.... Ordered Americanos and they were watered down espresso and were undrinkable. Not fans at all sorry... read more

I rather go to Hollister location, this location service is rude, they messed up my drink by giving me an entirely different drink when they remade it they made it so nasty just like the girls attitude who handed it to me. They really need to get it together, you can tell the guy taking our order was high cuz we had to tell him multiple times the size and drinks we wanted read more

BUG IN MY COFFEE. Customer service needs to be worked on. I am not greeted and made an order accidentally through drive thru when I meant window pickup. The line is always long and wait time in drive thru is ALWAYS at least 10 - 20 minutes here. An oversized and WIDE male employee with glasses and bad acne approached me very rudely about how next time I should make it window or he will make me go through the drive thru. It was a company thing he explained rudely. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - I also found this bug in my coffee - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Soledad, California

I have been a Dutch Bros fan since first sip but this location is even more exceptional! I've been here twice now. Both times great service. Last time I went in I ordered something more complicated than usual and the employee was super nice, kind, and even encouraging/suggesting other modifications. I ordered a golden eagle chai and a golden eagle extra dirty chai. Both were soo good. The dirty chai was mine and hands down the best drink I've had from Dutch Bros. Not sure if it was just made with love and care or just the combination but so good. When I pulled up to the window to get my drinks, the batista offered me a sample of another drink which was also super good. It was some kind of fruity refresher with boba. Overall, great service and yummy drinks. read more

I'm not sure if it's because the local people have started but omg. Some of the employees are rude, like they don't want to be here. They constantly get my orders wrong. They let people cut. It's so frustrating, the wait is super long. I think there is maybe 2-3 people who are nice. But boy do I miss the opening crew. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Outside, very clean. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Soledad, California

one worker in particular is so rude and unprofessional. Never wants to fix any errors or show any compassion, even when asked nicely. You would think with his nasty attitude that he would not be in customer service. Everyone else is very kind and respectful except for him. update after calling his name is david read more

We were customer serviced by Jesus (baby j) My partner and I both agree that the service was so amazing! He definitely is a great person that reminds us that not every human is a bad one, he brings this sort of light into the world. Thank you Dutch for hiring such an amazing soul read more

Yes literally the best coffee and sweet drinks place ever. The area is well taken care of. It's well organized and not messy. I love this place. I definitely recommend getting an electric berry lemonade with the blue popping boba blended. So yummy. read more

I understand the hype now, been here a handful of times and every time my drink is sooo good.

I asked for a coffee, the young man asked, an Americano? I said, no that's espresso with water, I just want a coffee. He said they don't have that. I said, okay, how about a double espresso? He said, we do things differently here, do you want an Americano and I said I don't really want water added, just espresso, is that possible. He said, okay but if you want coffee go to McDonald's. No, from here on out I'll go to Starbucks! read more

Sorry but aside from the fact that the workers are actually nice, they still need soo much preparation. It was my first time ever even trying Dutch Bros. The mangoneada rebel is overhyped, tasted like medicine to me The reason why I'm giving it a low rating isn't because of the drink itself rather than I had asked specifically for a non caffeinated drink;hence, I'm currently 8 months pregnant. All my pregnancy I stayed away from coffee, tea, and coke for that same reason. I'm really heartbroken because I didn't know the mangoneada rebel had caffeine and I asked the worker & he said it didn't. Please, please train them better ! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Soledad, California

Unfortunately, this didn't last long. When I first would go to Dutch when they opened in May the service was phenomenal. The drinks were delicious and the service was fast. Now, service is slow, the locals and by locals --let me specific, what looks like local teenagers and early 20s have ruined it for me completely. This is the second time this week the same boy in the front taking orders is shouting (the music in there is ridiculously loud) to me my order back he kept getting confused over and over, to be honest, the kid just seemed lost and I had to repeat myself many times for basic things like straws because he'd forget. And sadly, the drinks are not the same. Straight up the drinks taste horrible now. My boyfriend the other day got a cold brew. How do you mess up a cold brew it tasted like water and something else that wasn't coffee the color was so light wasn't sure what brew they used it was too late to go back and ask. The other day I had a white chocolate mocha iced literally did not taste like white chocolate mocha tasted like milk and some other combination of sugar that did not mix well. And some old favorites like Golden Eagle don't taste the same just flavorless and shabby. Soledad Dutch, pease do better and hire the other guys who first started. Sorry not sorry for this update. read more

See all

I get that it's new, but its just way to slow always messing up orders, takes over 20 min with very little cars because you have to sit and wait for them to come take your order read more

All I gotta say is I love Dutch bros coffee!!! Hands down the best :) all I ask is for them to open a few more spots here in the east bay.

I know it's new and working out the quirks but hope the service becomes quicker, 10 minutes for a coffee with only 4 cars in line is crazy.... read more

The only reason I'm giving Dutch bros a 3 stars is better staff is friendly and great customer service. The drinks to much sugar and not coffee. Not worth the price and I'm sticking with Starbucks. read more

My friend brought me a coffee from here and it was actually good. They have options like 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 sweetness or flavor for people who want to drink less calories. I'm not a coffee person but this was a nice treat. read more

I Love this new Business in Soledad. Their Employees are so Knowledgeable and are always willing to give me Good Recommendations because I really need to Monitor My Sugar Intake. Thank You Dutch Bros. for having such an Amazing Customer Service team read more

I love Dutch Bros. I enjoy trying their drinks and talkingwith the employees. Obviously it is time-consuming when we wait in line, but that is expected to people commenting that they have to wait is something they should already know before going in. And I know the shop just open and the employees are still learning so I can't wait to see the future Dutch Bros™ increase. The people are really nice, but I have seen customers be rude to them, especially honking and rude attitudes. But overall, my experience is great and I hope people stop complaining about the wait which it's expected but understandable to an extent. Everyone is in line, it is understandable when it's only like 5 to 6 cars but overall love the new-drinks!!!!! read more

I love Dutch but I'm sorry Edwin was so weird to us. The wait time was abnormally long, given there was only one car in front of us. Keep in mind, it was 7am! There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. Management needs to do better. (Update) 2/3 drinks were made correctly. read more

Terrible service charging $2.00 extra dollars for a lemonade order with no ice???? Really . I have never heard of that

I was not happy with the attitude I received from a girl there with blond hair. I am in the customer service industry and she definitely needs a lot of work with her mannerisms. read more

I got a blended Golden Eagle which is my regular drink at every Dutch Bros I go to. And believe me I've been to many... Hollister Ca, Los Banos Ca, Bakersfield Ca and Modesto Ca. but this one in Soledad has truly been the worse one. From the wait to the fail in getting my drinks right. With one so simple as the Golden Eagle the #1 coffee there. How can they keep getting it wrong on different occasions... Truly saddened because I keep giving it chances hoping the next time it will finally be good. Today there was only 4 cars in front of me and the wait was 25min and the drink gave me a stomach ache of how sweet it was... Sugar overload for sure!! Thank God I am no diabetic or I'd end up in the hospital. read more

Friendly workers and the only Dutch I have been to recently that makes my drinks perfectly.

I love Dutch Bros. My coworkers and I are working though the menu. So far everything is good! My only complaint is the wait time. But I know they are gonna be busy on Fridays so I try to go early. I still give them 5 stars because the drinks are good, and customer service is diamond standard. I've worked in the food industry myself so I understand and appreciate the hard work. read more

Went with me and my family the line was huge but the service was fast. Workers were nice and had a nice outside. It doesn't even feel like it's Soledad. The drinks also don't cost a lot and they are extremely good. read more

For its big opening, not too awful fantastic vibe in the drive-through, and the drinks turned out beautifully
