Rude, biased service today, Saturday 1/24/26 at 12:05pm. I drove up to the window and person working at the window made eye contact w me. However, she kept the window closed w the shade down, and continued to chat w her coworker. Then a second car drove up to the other side, and they both opened the window to that car and chatted w them, even though that car came in later. I visited Jack's Coffee today (March 25, 2026) around 8 a.m., and once again had a terrible experience with the same barista. She was wearing a red top, has a nostril piercing, and what looked like a red-letter tattoo on her hand. I don't know her name because I couldn't see if she wears a name tag or not. Every time I stop by, her attitude is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Today, she messed up my drink, and when I politely asked if she could add more ice, she gave me a nasty look and acted like it was a problem. On top of that, my drink was missing the sparkling water I specifically asked for. At this point, it's not just a one-off bad day--it's a pattern. If she's that miserable working there, she should seriously consider finding a different job, because her attitude is pushing customers away.
