Is there always a line? Yes. Is it worth the wait? Yes. Staff are always friendly, and they're flexible if you have adjustments or requests not on the menu, they definitely know their coffee. Cold brew with cold foam is my go to. I'm not a fan of the matcha since it comes sweetened, but the drinks that are flavored here tend to be on the sweeter side. If I want to throw a few extra miles on my gym runs I will have the Mexican mocha frappe, but I don't even want to know the calories on that one. Good local spot you have to try. read more

They have very good coffee. Definitely a nice change from the terrible burnt coffees that Starbucks pushes out these days. The coffee here is always strong and delicious. The only thing I dislike is the cold foam. It dissolves almost instantly and it's very light. Wish it was a bit thicker but it quickly blends into the coffee, I'd like to enjoy it a bit with each sip at least in the first half of drinking my coffee. Other than that, I have no real complaints. The girls are always very nice, and I'm always offered a pup cup when they see my dog with me. My favorite has been the brown sugar iced shaken espresso. read more

First I love that this is a local owned coffee shop drive through, not many that seen. It definitely gives me early 90"s vibe that I love. I love supporting more local coffee shops and this one is perfect when I'm on the go with my little toddler in the back seat. Coffees are great! My go to is a dirty chai with oat milk. I also get to use my own cup if I remember to bring it haha The little snacks are great too, the cauliflower puffs are perfect for my son while mommy gets her caffeine. Rude, biased service today, Saturday 1/24/26 at 12:05pm. I drove up to the window and person working at the window made eye contact w me. However, she kept the window closed w the shade down, and continued to chat w her coworker. Then a second car drove up to the other side, and they both opened the window to that car and chatted w them, even though that car came in later. Not sure what demographic you have to be, or what car you have to drive, to be served at this establishment, but I ultimately left after waiting quite a while bc I don't want to give money to a place that discriminates amongst its customers. read more

I visited Jack's Coffee today (March 25, 2026) around 8 a.m., and once again had a terrible experience with the same barista. She was wearing a red top, has a nostril piercing, and what looked like a red-letter tattoo on her hand. I don't know her name because I couldn't see if she wears a name tag or not. Every time I stop by, her attitude is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Today, she messed up my drink, and when I politely asked if she could add more ice, she gave me a nasty look and acted like it was a problem. On top of that, my drink was missing the sparkling water I specifically asked for. At this point, it's not just a one-off bad day--it's a pattern. If she's that miserable working there, she should seriously consider finding a different job, because her attitude is pushing customers away. Customer service matters, and this location is falling short because of it. I won't be returning unless something changes. read more

This past Sunday, I arrived around 12:45 PM, just 15 minutes before closing time, only to find that they already had closed signs up. The staff member on duty was busy throwing away trash. When I asked if they were still open, she said yes but then seemed to avoid us and didn't return until I, along with three other cars, had left.
