I forgot my ID at home one time they made a big deal and said they couldn't sell it to me and said that that's how they do it (required for every transaction). I just left the store right now and the register next to me had a person with the similar situation and right away was Sold the alcohol with very little problem whatsoever. This unfair practice is something that should be monitored and revised. Blanket procedures is what makes a quality experience and earn respect from clients. I am deeply disappointed in feeling wronged about this.
