Sandwiches are $11.99 each and made to your specifications with wide variety of condiments (veggies, sauces and so forth.). If you add extra meat, avocado, cheese and so on, price increases. They have you fill out a form for ordering a sandwich. On one side of the form you can order a speciality sandwich with all the ingredients listed or on the other side you can build your own sandwich. Then you give the form to the deli cashier and they call your name when it's ready. I had the Malibu chicken speciality sandwich, which was excellent. It came on the softest roll and the chicken had plenty of flavor. A couple other people in our party had the tri tip sandwich and said it was delicious. It's pretty impressive with standard items like the various prepared salads (chicken, tuna, etc). We wanted to try the sandwiches and for that you'll need to get the order forms from outside near the entrance, then take them to the counter, wait a bit and they'll call you when it's ready. We both got mediterranean sandwiches to go. You can get build your own as well but I figured I'd go with one on the menu. The sandwich was delicious.
