I had a really uncomfortable experience at the service window recently. I was trying to hand over cash, but my left arm currently has a bandage so I could not reach very well. I even offered to step out and pick it up, and she told me no. What really stood out was what happened next. After giving me my receipt, she dropped my dime behind it in a way that felt very intentional. It came across as passive aggressive and honestly disrespectful. At no point did she show any understanding or basic courtesy, even though it was obvious I was struggling to reach. It was a simple transaction that turned into a frustrating experience because of her attitude. Customer service should at the very least be respectful, and unfortunately that was not the case here.

Two breakfast burritos came out to $29, which felt way too expensive for what we got. I get that prices have gone up, especially for eggs, but when I cut into the burrito, it was mostly potatoes. There was barely any meat, and I could hardly see any egg. And that was for both burritos. I've been coming here for years, so it's a bummer to say I won't be back.
