Love this Starbucks! It's spacious, clean and the staff is always friendly. + They have a drive-thru! :) Perfect for on-my-way-to-work morning coffee runs. I always choose this location to meet my girlfriends for coffee because of their service and room! You never have to wait for a table or arrive to find there isn't room for you to stay. Not too exciting. I typically order a Ventura americano with 2" of space on the top to add cold skim to cool it down to a drinkable temperature. This one, like many Starbucks, gave it to me with 1/4" space. No choice but to pour out coffee(caffeine) to make space. And no skim nor stirring sticks at the counter. Definitely not worth the money. I've fallen for Starbucks' "gold card" points scheme but I don't even care because the perks are awesome. The staff at this particular location are always fabulous and even when it seems like half of Savage is in the drive-thru line, they're very efficient. They have never once made a mistake on any of my drinks (which I can't say for any other shop in the area) and the bakery items just keep getting better. The staff are always sweet to my daughter when she wants to order for herself and treat her like a big kid, asking if she wants her cookie warmed up, etc- the little things that make the experience. Now that they carry Verisimo products, I am a happy camper. read more

The poor customer service here doesn't even deserve one star. I am a loyal Starbucks customer but I will never return to this location because of the service. Not to mention, there's a holiday sticker card that's going around and I was never offered the card, why? I don't know because we bought over 5 holiday drinks. And I get the whole mopping thing because you want to get it done before the store closes but this was hours before close and it makes you feel unwelcome. Last evening, I was at the drive thru when I discovered I couldn't find my credit card to pay for my purchase. I was SO embarrassed. However, the barista who waited in me was extremely patient (it was also raining hard) and didn't press me or encourage me to hurry. Finally I gave up and then the barista said "we already made your coffee so you should take it". I was SO grateful and impressed with this young woman's patience and graciousness. Thank you! Plz someone needs to make me stop going to Starbucks every single day! Idk where to start and where to end so many drinks to choose from! I recommend the Strawberry Acai Refresher with lemonade instead of water and no or light ice. If its your first time there then I recommend the classic Strawberry & creme. As Amy B mentioned they always seem to have a smile on their faces, but unfortunately you have about an 80 percent chance of your order being wrong. I am a simple coffee with cream kinda guy and I stop there almost every morning only to find that there isn't any cream in my coffee. I could see them getting my order wrong if I ordered a half caf, decaf, mocha latte with 2 Equal's and a dash of Nutmeg, but coffee with cream, give me a break. Oh and if you get the young girl with the raspy voice you have a 100 percent chance of getting the wrong thing. read more

I have gone to this Starbucks on two occasions now, and I've been blown away both times. The first time I went inside because the drive-thru was so long. The customer service was awesome, they made my vanilla cappuccino quickly, and it was quite possibly the best coffee I've ever had from any coffee establishment. The second time I decided to do the drive-thru. I had a gift card that I suspected would maybe cover my drink and had about $0.50 in my car. Again, the service was quick and friendly and my drink was ready when I got to the window and there was no line in the drive-thru. My gift card was about $0.76 short so I went for my card, and the woman at the window would not accept my credit card when I handed it to her. She said no, I got it! Have a wonderful day! I'm blown away. I felt guilty driving away without paying for my whole beverage, but it left me with such a good feeling that I want to somehow pay it forward, and will. read more

Employees are very kind and welcoming. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru line 2 weeks in a row. Decided to sit inside to get some work done on my laptop and I froze in my sweatshirt and long pants! Could be a bit more cozy for a coffee shop. read more

This Starbucks has the slowest drive thru . I waited 10 minutes for 1 small cup of coffee this was at 6pm in the evening with only 1 car ahead of me. Starbucks stop with the whip cream drinks and get back to being a coffee shop! read more

The guy who works the drive-thru is really nice! The drinks are almost always made correctly. This is my favorite starbucks location.
