I just visited Tii Cup for the first time. I wasn't super impressed by the ambiance - things seemed to be a little out of place or shifted around but to be fair I did come around 8 pm so they may have been starting to clean up. Service was fine and my drink tasted good. One thing that threw me off a little was the straws were all just sitting in a container unwrapped which made me realize I definitely prefer for them to be individually wrapped as it gives me a bit more peace of mind that others germs aren't all over it if they're grabbing from the same place. Otherwise this was a fine experience, no real issues but didn't blow me out of the water either.

I've visited this Tii Cup location a few times but it's been a while and I was unfortunately a bit disappointed with my visit. Before I get into that, I'll give the positives: they have a really great menu with a ton of flavors and consistencies (ie. Blended vs over ice, waffles, etc). Today I was the only person in there so service was fast, although I have seen it packed on weekends. Today I chose a taro tea with boba over ice. I confirmed i could get taro without coconut (their menu listed a taro-coco) and the guy said yes. I also asked for 50% sweetness. The drink I got was super sweet and both smelled and tasted mildly of coconut. Could it just be the black tea base? Maybe, as I usually pick green tea. The really negative part though was the boba itself- It was very dense in the center. All in all, I will probably try Tii Cup again but may consider some of the other local options first.

This is my home Tii Cup, the drinks are always good. Sometimes they get busy over the summer and there can be a wait but there is an option to order online to expedite the process. This location only has Boba, Bing and Waffles. There is no popcorn chicken here unfortunately. Tii Cup is the best boba place.

Placed my order at 8:22 online, already paid, drove 15 minutes for them to lock the door at 8:40 when they close at 9pm. My text stated my order would be ready at 8:45.

My kids favorite bubble tea place. They love the teas, icons and waffles. The wait is pretty long sometimes, so order online ahead of time, and pick up later

The inside-- clear signage, no indoor seating, masks required, plenty of room to wait for your order in the open space.

I did not experience any of the poor customer service experiences that have been mentioned in the recent reviews of this Tii Cup. *I do recommend ordering ahead through the app. It's probably the easiest and most efficient method* It was a busy Wednesday afternoon at Tii Cup but I was still in and out within 15 minutes. I always get the same thing: plain milk tea no boba. But I also tried their taro with both strawberry and mango bursting bubbles. The taro has a nice flavor and those bursting bubbles were a nice addition. Tii Cup is probably one of the most affordable bubble tea options in the twin cities, I was surprised. Minus 1 star because, although Tii Cup is good and I would go there again, I still prefer the flavor and quality of Ding Tea.

Hands down one of the best bubble tea places I've been too. They were open on the 4th of July as well. Better than Kung Fu Tea and Gong Cha. You place your order on a machine. Prices here a very reasonable, cheaper than regular bubble tea stores. We ordered a golden milk tea with boba ($4.45), Icii with Tri-color lychee ($5.00), hot oolong fresh tea ($4.50) and strawberry mango iced tea with boba ($4.75). There are lots of seats and the service was great! One con is that there was a bit of a wait (~15 mins) even though there weren't that many people in line when we ordered, but the drinks make it worth it! Must try! Overall 9/10

Tii cup was one of the first bubble tea places I had when I moved to the twin cities a few years ago, I love the variety of options there they have bing which is a huge ice cream dessert , it's an Asian dessert and so delicious and flavorful, be prepared to share! Tii cup has all different flavors of bubble tea, from green teas (my go to!) , Milk teas, slushies, and also lemonade and mojito type beverages (no alcohol ones) they also have some snacks you can try if you are really hungry! On a hot spring or summer day it's always packed, the vibe there is really nice to just sit and have chat with friends!

Nice little coffee and tea shop located in Burnsville, this place specializes in bubble teas. The place is really neat, bright greens and whites make the area look so trendy. You almost feel like you are in Uptown Minneapolis. I tried the Royal Thai Tea with Boba pearls. I lived in Thailand for awhile so I know what really Thai Tea should taste like and this was almost spot on. Very refreshing and the Boba brought a nice chew to the drink. With neat flavors like JackFruit and Passionfruit, and interesting add-ons like jellies and chews, there is always something to try, lots of options. Very neat place, I will definitely be back.

I want to start with the ambiance, because it really caught my eye upon arrival. First, there's a cute cardboard cherry blossom tree for great photo opportunities. Plus there are multiple shelves with items being sold. There are labubus, capybaras tumblers and many more adorable things. I had to fight the urge to buy them all! I ordered a bubble milk tea with light ice. Once I got the drink, I felt bad to even poke it open because of the beautiful design on it. It was vibrant and colorful, giving off the perfect spring vibe. After reluctantly stabbing it open, my tongue was met with a cold sweet milk tea and warm tapioca pearls. The temperatures contrasted perfectly, making it even more enjoyable. The staff were so kind. Multiple people greeted me upon arrival, and the person who took my order was super sweet and explained the difference between two drinks I was confused about. I really appreciated their patience for me. Overall it was a fantastic first experience and I hope to return here again soon!

Cutest little boba spot in Apple Valley!…read more It is a summer must for those hot days. Vivi has its own set of unique flavors that I can appreciate. I like to steer away from typical flavors and try new things and Vivi delivers. Sorry I don't have pics of my order but we got the tiramisu milk tea with boba, mango palmelo sago and taro crème brûlée. All really good. The staff is really friendly, patient ( anyone who orders bubble tea knows patience is a virtue) ordering bubble tea is so unique to a person it just takes time. The staff members have great recommendations and also kindly showed me their snack section where I of course made a separate purchase of the VIRAL butter chips and a few more different flavored chips. I feel anyone with young kids or teenagers will enjoy this spot together. Happy Sipping!

Do not recommend this place. Customer service was disappointing…read more When ordering, I specifically asked for a kid-friendly drink recommendation and was given a strawberry fruit tea with popping boba. It ended up tasting extremely bitter--more like strong black tea than anything strawberry. Paying $7 for a drink my kids wouldn't even touch felt like a waste. I went back to ask if they could make it sweeter or offer a different drink. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a chance to have a better experience. They added sweetener but it still tasted very bitter and said their policy doesn't allow to change drinks. To make things worse, staff were speaking to each other in another language right in front of me instead of communicating directly (when they both can speak perfect english), which felt unprofessional. Overall, disappointing experience and not very accommodating to customers.

They have a wide variety of drinks and toppings and what makes them special is they offer fresh pressed sugarcane and if you have never had sugarcane I highly recommend, it is a refreshing sweet treat. You will feel like you are on the streets of Asia. They only have cold cut and shredded chicken options for banh mi or you could get the special which has cold cut and shredded chicken which is what I got. There was not a lot of shredded chicken in it but it was a really good banh mi. The flavors were there and the bread was crispy. No complaints. They offered milk substitutes for my friend who is lactose intolerant. Prices are pretty decent here. Banh mi is around $8 which is pretty standard but it's a really good banh mi. Drinks are also around $7-$8 depending on what you get. We went right after tet and we saw they had these cute reusable cups there, they said the promo was over but they gave us these cups for free since we bought enough. There is not much seating here, most people seemed to just pick up to go but our group likes to sit here and talk and it's a nice ambiance for it. I'm hoping if they get more popular they can expand their seating more but it's not necessary. If you are looking for a good banh mi and good boba come here!
