This Starbucks location is unlike any other I've visited. During the morning, I head there to grab a coffee, and it's consistently the fastest place I've ever been. Their staff is incredibly efficient and reliable, always two steps ahead of the game. Additionally, the store is always spotless and well-organized. I've had an issue for months with a paper Starbucks card with the number torn and trying to transfer to my gold card for stars. Jen figured to move large balance to another card and then to Starbucks app. No one ever suggested this and I have asked at many Starbucks and a roastery. They put spoiled milk into my ice coffee. I had a high and tight haircut (not military) and I had a stomach ache right after I drank it. I guess I look like a republican to these people. My rating is 3.5 stars. My order was inaccurate, but this mistake worked out surprisingly well. My Saturday in a nutshell? YYZ to MSP. Find baggage. Take a tram to the car rental. Pick up the car. Drive to the hotel. Unpack. I needed a beverage before heading to the Wild game. I did a search and found this Starbucks close to the hotel. Great! I drove over, which took less than five minutes. There was a drive-thru. I gave it a try. I got a friendly barista assisting with my order. I got a grande iced black tea without sugar. She confirmed that I didn't want lemonade and "just water," which sounded odd to me worded that way. I pulled up to the window and had my Starbucks card scanned through the app. I got my drink. It looked pink. I knew that it wasn't what I had ordered. I needed to head over to the game. Sure enough, I got a grande iced guava drink without any sugar. Guava and black don't sound the same to me. Anyway, I took a sip. It was better than I had anticipated. I liked it. I sipped and enjoyed it all the way to Xcel Energy Center. There was a car ahead of me at the drive-thru. Service is fast. Accuracy obviously needs a bit of work. It's a decent Starbucks cafe. I am a regular at this Starbucks and usually use the drive-thru when it is open. Staff has ALWAYS been extremely friendly and apologetic when drinks are taking "too long" to make. When I have been inside, its spacious, clean and my pick up order has been ready on time. read more

Absolutely amazing experience Called at 8pm asking if they are open till 9 like their hours say, as staffing is hard to come around and may cause stores to close early. A gentleman named Clay answered the phone and said that they are having staffing issues, and we're thinking about close, but he said "you made up my mind, we'll be here till 9 for you!" Really surprised how undervalued the customer is at this location. We waited almost 15 minutes for drinks, and when asked about it, was dismissed quickly and said they would be up shortly. The manager told me it was policy to not fill drinks if you order them without ice. I'm sorry but no Starbucks employee makes enough money to be stingy about an oz of liquid, believe me Starbucks cares more about their customer service than the supposed 2 cents you think you're saving them. I'm strictly a chai latte ordered. About 1 out of 5 times they can't get it right. It's either straight up syrup or just warm milk, like what I got this morning after waiting in line for 15 minutes. And speaking of wait times, I don't understand why it takes that long when you ONLY have your drive thru open? If you're only working on two, maybe three orders at a time and have at least three or four people working inside, how does that happen? You're better off going to the Starbucks in the Hy-Vee next door. Yeah, you'd have to get out of your car, but it's worth it if you're not wasting your money on something you didn't order and leaving about 10 minutes faster. read more

Counter help is cheerful and friendly but when they offered a $4 coupon to fix an error and the manager stopped them and told me to call the Starbucks app hotline instead, she shifted the ownership of a Starbucks problem from her to me. Interior is very nice and the workers were friendly. Unfortunately the quality of the drink I got is poor compared to other locations. The drink is too sweet, and the milk for the latte was not foamed correctly (no foam on top). When I splurge for a $5 drink I want to be satisfied! I also had to wait quite a while for my drink and I have a feeling they prioritize drive thru customers over those inside. That said, I wouldn't have minded waiting if the drink tasted good. Stop by to order coffee for my daughter and I, the lobby was locked so I called to see if I was able to order online and come in to pick it up. The employee that answered was named Emma she stated that she was the manager, I asked if I could order online and come in to pickup the coffee, she proceeded to tell me to go to the next following Starbucks pickup an application. I was confused by this comment and said I was wanting to order coffee Emma then said said in a very condescending tone get an application so I can work at Starbucks because they're short on employee's so I can make my own coffee to make sure it's done correctly. I didn't understand what the issue was I just asking if the lobby was open for people that order online to pickup coffee. Emma then put me on speaker and stated I don't appreciate you saying the F word and calling me names! At this point I was completely taken back and didn't know what to say, Emma then told me she needed my name so in the future she could make sure Starbucks makes my coffee right! I said but I hadn't ordered any coffee yet?! Completely confused I disconnected the call. I sat in my car for a few mins. And called Starbucks back to ask for the corporate phone number, Emma answered the phone and said I could look it up online and proceeded to tell me go have the day you deserve whatever vibe you put out in the world I hope it comes back to you and hung up on me. My mom and I went here a few weeks ago for *one frappucino*, and we decided to take the drive-through. There were about six cars in front of us, and it took us 30 MINUTES.
