Came by for coffee the other day and it was a quick and easy experience. Ordered ahead via the app and my drink was ready upon arrival. Parking was available inside the private strip mall. My beverage was perfect. Unlike other Starbucks, the espresso wasn't burnt and the temperature wasn't too hot. I'm seeing the changes that the CEO has implemented!

Driving back from downtown Los Gatos, and the quaint and quiet Village of Saratoga I decided to make a quick stop. Right on Saratoga Avenue before entering the village, it is a tucked away store in a shopping center. Been there many times over the years, always enjoy this as a quick stop. Next time you are in the area, you do not have the time or patience to research the nearest Starbucks is, well here you go! Thank you Starbucks Saratoga.

Went to the orthodontist across the street and needed to head into work right after. So I looked for the closest Starbucks and ordered a green tea frap on the app. App estimated 20-30 minutes, but as soon as I walked in, the barista was already prepping my drink. Super fast service and glad I didn't just hang out in the parking lot. Would come again!

Never again!!

Apparently if you have an allergy to their coffee and try to order anything else non coffee related off their menu 'not only will you be told everything is out of stock but the people in line will be extremely rude also and make comments about why are you at Starbucks? I think that since I've always came in for food and some sort of drink would matter but apparently not. I think it's time to switch to another coffee shop where they value their customers and aren't looking forward to buying their expensive drink to earn a measly tip!!!

Great day to bike and enjoy coffee!

Well situated Starbucks with a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. Not so clean today. You know I began this review of this Starbucks months ago with these words and never posted it...I was there yesterday and was again struck by how dirty it was. It was mid-afternoon and not busy, we just stopped in mid-bike ride. Of the two bathrooms, one was plugged up and the other was completely out of both paper towels and seat covers, so you know people had been drying their hands on seat covers for a while. This Starbucks gets a lot of business because it is in a busy strip mall, but we often are choosing between this one and the one in downtown Saratoga. After repeatedly seeing how messy this location is, we will take our coffee business up the road or to another coffee house entirely.

Venti dragonfruit lemonade, it's pretty good! But is it too much ice??!?

The shop is tucked away in a little nook, with some seating inside, but we thought the outdoor seating was even better. It's a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Northern California weather. We ordered the Ginger & Lemongrass seasonal drink and were pleasantly surprised by the strength of the coffee and the unique flavors. Made with espresso, milk, and house-made palm sugar syrup infused with fire-roasted ginger and lemongrass, it had a warm, earthy flavor that reminded us of a turmeric latte. It was absolutely delicious! We ordered it hot, and I'm glad we did. We also ordered a banana rice treat that we were excited to try. Unfortunately, it wasn't really for us. The flavor and texture might be more of an acquired taste. Overall, we enjoyed stepping outside our usual coffee routine and exploring Indonesian-style coffee. The seasonal latte was a highlight, and we're glad we gave Hijau Coffee a try!

I was right, able to get indoor table with my friend easier. I'm used to the friendly vibe at Santa Clara, but this place has overall good service! Parking is bigger here overall. What I love: - They always innovate on their specialty lattes, they have new flavors that change with the season, but they also keep their original menu intact as well. Pretty much anything you get is solid in taste. Their lattes always have that slightly malted vanilla note which I prefer. Today I tried their new Savannah Mint & Bourbon latte which was quite refreshing. Would recommend getting it light-sweet, it would be overly sweet if you didn't in my opinion. Also the barista recommended to get it iced which was a good call. - Plenty of seating. The place seems small, but somehow they have a lot of seating between the indoor and outdoor spaces What could be improved: - The WiFi is always spotty at this location. I've been forced to use my hotspot multiple times - Their food offering is pretty basic and the pastries aren't amazing either. Would be nice to see them have more options either made in house or from a better bakery. The bakery they use currently is pretty mid. What can't be improved, but kind of sucks (LOL): - The parking lot is a nightmare! It's always full and whoever designed it was not very smart (to put it politely). It is so congested and in some parts there is no way 2 cars can pass, let alone back out of the parking spot itself! The coffee shop is too popular for this parking lot basically.

Phin Cafe has become one of my favorite Vietnamese-style cafes in the Bay Area…read more I've tried a few different drinks & enjoyed them all. "The" Phin Coffee is a unique experience; you get to prepare the drink to your liking. The Milo Coffee and Nutella Banana Coffee became new favorites that are hard to find elsewhere. I'll note that the default sweetness might be a bit much for the average person. I've tried a few snacks and thought they were fine. The Pâté Chaud was fresh & tasty. However the Egg Puff and the biscotti that comes with the Phin Coffee were more average. The service is friendly. They often provide good tips, like warning how much caffeine is in the large drinks & how best to prepare the Phin Coffee. It's also fun to watch them film new content for social media. The vibes are on-point. The inside is well-decorated & lit. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, charging, & restrooms. It's good for solo or small groups. My final comment is that this plaza's parking lot fills up on the weekends, so finding a spot was more challenging than expected. But it's always been worth it!

We ordered from Ari at the front counter then sat down with our drinks. The tables are pretty small and she accidentally knocked over and spilled her entire drink all over herself and the floor. I cleaned it up and the front desk person, Ari, also helped clean the spill off the floor. After everything was cleaned, I asked if we could re-do her drink and Ari at the front said their "policy is that they will not re-do a drink if it has been spilled and if we want another drink we have to pay for it". She had a bad attitude on top of everything. It was an accident and very embarrassing, and the least they could do is give the girl another drink. She literally had one sip. I understand if someone walks out then comes back saying they spilled and needed a new drink, but she saw the whole thing happen. I have never heard of this policy anywhere else. Maybe it shouldn't be an entire blanket policy and they should make exceptions. I've been here in the past with friends too and the same person, Ari, has always had a horrible attitude. She should not be working here.

And as a high compliment coming from Asian parents, it, in fact, was not too sweet. Instead of committing to one flavor, I had the genius idea of Frankensteining a cake together. 8 different flavors, 8 different slices: - Chocolate Gateaux -Sweet Corn Cheesecake - Dubai Chocolate Cake -Black Sesame Gateaux - Pink Guava Sponge Cake - Hojicha Sesame Crumble Cake - Earl Grey Sponge Cake - Strawberry Matcha Sponge Cake Now, this method of trying different cakes was, in my opinion, genius. But would I recommend it? Not necessarily, as it definitely totaled more than what a single flavored whole cake would have been. Though, worth it. Also disclaimer, I did also get a couple of extra pastries (vanilla canele, cream cheese cookie, earl grey madeline, and the butter mochi vanilla bear), which is why the total ended up being more. My absolute favorites were the black sesames, sweet corn cheese cake, and the pink guava sponge cake. Definitely recommend the canele as well as the butter mochi vanilla bear. I will 100% come back for their cheesecakes, as I think they do them very well because they're light and airy, while still being satisfyingly creamy. In terms of their cakes in general, while I can absolutely appreciate their lower sweetness levels compared to many other bakeries, for me personally, I did not think they were sweet enough. But if you're looking for that perfect not-too-sweet dessert. This is the bakery for you. Didn't try, but they also have a wide variety of cafe drinks as well. Service was quick and thorough- much appreciated.
