Really clean bathrooms and wasn't too busy at all. Very convenient ordering through the app and most of the time within minutes it's ready. The location did a great job making my drink. We were heading to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium for a concert and wanted a pick me up before the show. We were happy to learn there was a Starbucks in walking distance around the corner. We made a mobile app order and headed over. We may have got there a little early because our order wasn't ready. Our food came out first and we just waited for the drinks. Service was a bit muted. We were not acknowledged while there. There was a few seating areas, which is nice for people who want to do work or just people watch through the large windows. Went here for a s'mores frap and banana bread, they had my banana bread out for 15 minutes before my drink was even began to be made. Then they gave me my frap and it was watery and melted and didn't taste anything of coffee. The workers don't greet you when you walk in and don't look up at the counter at all. There was only one person working on orders, another person in the back, and another girl doing the same thing for the whole 15 minutes I was in the store. Mind you I ordered thru the app which said my order would be ready by 1058... I left the store at 11:10 which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. read more

Staff lacks any form of enthusiasm. It's reminiscent of walking into a doctor's office filled with depressed patients. Only the WORKERS are those patients. I always come in with a smile on my face excited to try a new beverage, and leave with a sour taste in the back of my throat. If you hate your job, find a new one.. Never once have received a smile while ordering here. Been coming to this location for a couple years before work due to convenience, but each time I come in I'm reminded how awful the service is. They'll make drinks ordered after mine before making mine and that is also very annoying and causes inconveniences. Staff tends to chitchat about work drama rather than providing people with drinks. Personally I think 90% of staff at this location should replaced by more enthusiastic people that can at least pretend that they want to take an order. I originally ordered my drink to the 4th street location, but it was packed. Like beyond packed, so I ditched my drink and ordered it to this location. Although service was a bit on the slow side (for normal pickup), this location is much brighter and about twice the size of 4th street and it also was almost empty. I was able to walk in, with a ton of space around me and wait patiently for my drink, instead of having to be squeezed into a dark corner. With the closure of my regular coffee haunts, I found myself here for caffeine. I ordered an Americano. Then I noticed I could have opted for their Blonde expresso instead of their regular expresso - which is what I was telling the barista as I was picking up my drink. And you know what he did? He said, if you want the Blonde instead, I can make it for you. So I promptly returned my regular in exchange for the Blonde. Yeah, go for the Blonde expresso if you can. Lighter. Two of us were in line for a good 5 minutes (no one else was around) and we were at the same spot as always... same spot. I asked for a grande nitro in a venti cup with the rest filled up with heavy cream. She wants to charge me $11 for the drink. I ordered a Grande Frappuccino while crying, and the staff MADE FUN OF ME! I could hear them laughing in the back about the crying old dude. I'M NOT EVEN THAT OLD! I have been to this restaurant 4 times since I have moved into the area, it has been excellent place to relax and feel like you're welcomed. I have had breakfast 3 times and lunch 1 and I do recommend coming here if you're visiting the area or moved here or are a local resident. The service is pleasant and the food is delicious. They offer outside and inside dining at certain times of the year it looks like. They offer coffee cake as a compliment (no cost) to start and it is delicious.
