I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

What a shame, I don't expect 5 star service but simply splitting ice cream, giving me a spoon or just pay any attention to me as a customer would be enough for those tips that they asked upfront. Lesson learned, never again, although we are in this mall often.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks today. I was sitting at one of the accessible tables near the restroom while working on my laptop. I chose that seat specifically because I have a disability that requires frequent restroom access, although it may not be visible to others. An older customer approached me and told me I shouldn't be sitting there because the table is for disabled customers. I politely told her she was welcome to sit with me at the table, but that I needed the seat as well. She then called a barista over and asked them to make me move so she could use the outlet. The barista asked if I could switch seats with her. While he was polite, I felt uncomfortable being asked to move after already explaining that I needed the accessible seating. Disabilities are not always visible, and customers shouldn't feel pressured to explain personal medical conditions to justify using accessibility accommodations. I also noticed that another accessible table was occupied, but I was the only one asked to move. I understand the staff member was trying to keep the peace, and I appreciate that he was respectful. However, I hope Starbucks can better train staff to handle situations involving accessible seating and invisible disabilities so customers don't feel singled out or questioned. read more

A fantastic visit! The food and drinks were prepared perfectly and tasted incredibly fresh. I was particularly impressed by the service; the baristas were professional, friendly, and handled the orders with great efficiency.
