This is my favorite Starbucks in the city, very courteous, very professional, and they always remember your name and your favorite items, including giving you a bag without asking thank you to the Owens Street location baristas

I love this place because it was the first time I got to try The egg bites that are the newest addition to the Starbucks menu. My favorite has got to be the mushroom egg bites! Paired with a nice holiday drink like a white peppermint mocha, I was all set for heading back to work on a rainy day :-)

Ok...now they keep spelling my name wrong. I usually go here at least once a week and they usually spell it wrong, even though it's not a hard name to spell. I've never had any Starbucks location spell my name wrong this many times. First, it was "Elan" and now it's "Elaie." Was funny to tell my friends about it at first, but now it's a little irritating even though I enunciate my name for them. Other than that, I still do enjoy the food and drinks here and the staff seems nice, so I might continue to go to this location.

As this Starbucks is the closest location to where I work, I've been regularly coming here for months now. Every visit has been pretty solid in my experience. I was especially blown away by how fast and efficient the morning crew is!! Just this morning, there was a very long line that wrapped around and almost out the door (approx. 15 people). My coworker and I were at the end of the line, but we were able to order and leave with our PSLs in 15 mins or so. The drinks taste like any other Starbucks. Since November, they've been serving the drinks in the holiday cups, which kind of puts me in a festive mood. Better yet, bring your own mug/thermos and get a 10 cent discount and save the environment! :) I've never stayed inside the store to work/study, so I cannot comment on that aspect. They do have ample seating inside the store, but tables seem to be filled almost always at any time of day.

No plugs working and a 10 minute wait for water is utterly ridic. How difficult could it be to pour water and ice together into a container? Nope nope

What a great Starbucks! Nice and New. Just 2 minutes walking distance from my house. This area and all the building going on around here, it's nice to see some of it actually getting finished. This one is really big, with great tables and chairs outside. Not too many people know that it is here yet, but as soon as they do, it is going to get packed. Regarding their hours, they are kind of limited right now because of where they are located.

Ordered a coffee, came out bad. For the price of the drink, it's reasonable to expect good quality. Won't be coming here, again.

Cozy, upscale cafe located in the vibrant Russian Hill neighborhood…read more I went on a Monday afternoon and there was a great crowd there. Lively customers and staff, good vibes! There was a lot of natural light in the coffee shop, definitely a visually-appealing, 'aesthetic' place. I got an iced red tea and it was delicious. The tea was botanical, smooth and fragrant. Amazing experience! Excited to come back and try the coffee and pastries, which looked super fresh.

It seems like there's also an upstairs but did not get the chance to check it out. I got an iced latte with their almond macadamia milk, and they're also so nice to do complimentary cold brew! So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

Here is what I found after having the one from B Patisserie: Pros: compote-ish filling, albeit very little of it, with no actual fruit so I couldn't tell if it was apple or pear. If they had included actual fruit that would've been a game changer for me. Or even more of it--with cinnamon. - there is indoor seating, which is nice if you're looking for that. If you are looking for a sit down place, this is the place, compared to Arsicault's grab and go - this bakery has more choices and bigger staff. Cons: - price point. Arsicault's KA is $5.50, compared to the $7 apiece here. I get it, the rental space is bigger and there is seating as opposed to the grab and go nature of Arsicault so price has to reflect the higher operating costs. I can do without seating. For the price differential, without more filling, the difference is immaterial for me so its higher price doesn't justify itself because I'm only getting KA. People who want variety of choices may enjoy B Patisserie better - slightly smaller in size to Arsicault's round perfection of a KA - no real center of spongy soft goodness bc they fold it in at the outside and the pastry dips in the middle so you have less pastry. While both KA are good, I would say Arsicault wins out on overall taste. There is more to enjoy bc it's bigger, so the outer layer of caramelized crispness contrasts the soft, spongy filling. B Patisserie has the crispy outside but it's folded in at the edges for presentation and dips in the middle so there is less pastry that it's mostly just crispy with a very small middle filling. Good but overall, Arsicault is much more satisfying with a good cup of coffee for me.

I came with two little kids and asked if ice cream can be split into two cups. The guy at register said "sure, we can do that". Girl with purple hair hands me full ice cream and on my question if it's half portion with annoyed face gives me another cup. On my question if I can have a spoon was short "right there" not even pointing me any direction. By the time I found plastic sticks on the counter in a busy crowd handling two little kids crying for ice cream I was ready to throw it out. What a shame, I don't expect 5 star service but simply splitting ice cream, giving me a spoon or just pay any attention to me as a customer would be enough for those tips that they asked upfront. Lesson learned, never again, although we are in this mall often.
