Each and every one of their milk cakes are incredibly delicious; if you like the moist Tres leches/tiramisu type desserts-- these are a must-try. Wow! I've walked by this spot several times and finally went inside to meet some friends. I would absolutely be a regular if I lived nearby. The coffee options are creative and delicious. They have tons of food, snack, and delicious pastry options. I got the pistachio milk cake and devoured it within minutes! My friends and I tried each others' drinks and all of them were amazing. The flavors are unique and well-balanced. The baristas are friendly and welcoming, politely answered my questions, and service was quick and high quality. Middle Eastern style coffee shops seem to be cropping up everywhere in SF downtown. We came to Delah Coffee because we are seeking flavors beyond the ordinary. For this particular visit we came specifically for the Adeni Chai. I have to say the Adeni Chai is one of the most flavorful chai I have tried this year. Most chai are weak and have too much cream. Here the chai is rich in flavor with just a hint of cardamon, and not too much cream. I was surprised when the barista asked how much sugar I wanted. I requested for slight sugar and was glad my chai was not too sweet. I ordered the 16 oz size and it came in a big black mug. The portion was large enough to be shared by my wife and I, and we found this to be a great value. Delah Coffee also have a good selection of Turkish sweets but we did not try any in this visit. The decor is modern with marble top tables. The lines can sometimes be long but the service is quick. read more

Came here with a friend to try out a new cafe to work in! We came around 5pm on a Monday, and it was so crowded and busy that we were barely able to find a seat and table to sit at. Nevertheless, this cafe is busy for good reason - the food and drinks there are delicious! We got a meat pie, chicken pie, adeni chai, strawberry smoothie, bee bites, and pistachio milk cake! Went at 9pm on a Monday, surprisingly packed but was able to find an open spot to fit my party of three. Good vibes! Lots of people stayed working there until like 10:30pm. The couch seating is very comfy, and they play light music, easy to talk with others level. The chai tea is so yummy! Would recommend getting a pot of you're in a group. This place is great! I've been loving seeing the rise of Middle Eastern coffee places lately. Very crowded and busy when I got there at noon because it seems to be a popular meeting spot for social and business matters. My friend and I actually then ended up taking our order to go because it was too noisy. I got the Adeni Chai with less sweetness as well as the Zataar Bee Bites. Both came out within 5 minutes, which was impressive considering the busyness of the shop. The line kept rotating through, definitely no shortage of customers here. We also got a box of Baklava to share. Adeni Chai: 4/5, well-spiced and warm! A little thin for my taste but I loved the blend of spices. Zataar Bee Bites: 5/5, fantastic savory option! There's cheese in each of the bites which was fantastic. Such a fluffy bread with a great flavor combination and balance. Baklava: 5/5, deliciously dense with nuts and flaky dough. The honey oozes out for sticky hands, but it's so worth it. Even as someone who doesn't drink coffee, I thought this place was a real hit. This is a great spot to work from! The iced yemeni latte w/ honey was ~$9 after tax & tip. It was great but definitely pricey for a 16 ounce latte.
