Super charming Middle Eastern and Yemeni tea and coffee place. All manners of Turkish delight, baklava, and cakes (milk) plus Turkish teas and ground coffees. My husband got their cardamom cinnamon clove milk tea and loved it. The flavors didn't dominate with one spice and was nicely balanced. We asked for it to drink there and were surprised that they gave it in a paper cup? Hmmm, puzzling because they had beautifully colored bright cups and mugs up front. Maybe we had a misunderstanding and they assumed we wanted it to go. Cozy ambience with people working with their laptops, and I could imagine yself getting a tea and reading a novel. A nice quiet civilized atmosphere, not full of noise and crowds. Prices are also right.
Feeling adventurous so ordered coffee from Delah for delivery. Process was quick and smooth. A lot of interesting latte flavors and specialties to choose from but ended up with iced Yemeni latte and rose latte as well as some milk cakes. Didn't realize the rose latte would come as a hot drink but it was still good. Opted for less sweet but was a little more sweet than expected compared to the Yemeni latte. Yemeni coffee was light and subtle with cinnamon. Milk cake was moist and not too sweet - texture reminds me of a les tres cake. Rose and saffron flavors were perfect and not too overpowering Turkish coffee is not bitter or too strong. Knowing this now, will try some of their other drinks when I'm looking for something light in the future!
I was in the area looking for a place to get some work done, and Delah Coffee caught my eye because it stayed open later than most coffee shops. For being a smaller space, they had a good number of tables, and it seemed like a lot of people were there working or studying. I can never say no to a good Yemeni coffee, and this one definitely delivered. The coffee was rich and strong, the vibes were great, and having Wi-Fi made it easy to settle in and focus. I got completely in the zone while I was there. I'll definitely keep this spot in mind the next time I need a cozy place to work.
Outstanding shop serving traditional middle eastern coffee and Yemeni tea. All of the flavors and spices are expertly done and blend so well together. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it's a great place to relax and take a break or get some work done. Do not forget to try the pastries though as they are truly amazing. The pistachio baklava, Turkish delights, and Kunava are all exceptional!
Middle Eastern cafès are one of my favorite places on the planet. So of course I begged my friends to make a pit stop here while touring the city! The cafe itself is beautiful and cozy, and the workers were very nice. We had Yemeni lattes, rose lattes, and Turkish delight. The coffee was great; full of spice and life. I hope to try more of their desserts at some point in the near future. I will definitely be back!

Came here with a friend to try out a new cafe to work in! We came around 5pm on a Monday, and it was so crowded and busy that we were barely able to find a seat and table to sit at. Nevertheless, this cafe is busy for good reason - the food and drinks there are delicious! We got a meat pie, chicken pie, adeni chai, strawberry smoothie, bee bites, and pistachio milk cake! Definitely a 10/10 on the food from us! Though the seating and working environment could be a bit less compact, we would definitely come back :)

Delah Coffee offers a variety of baked goods, drinks, and much more. Today I got the meat pie (ground beef) and it was so savory and crispy and filled with meat. I love their customer service and layout of the shop.
The coffee is great! I especially liked the date based latte they had and would order that 10 times over! It's also a super cozy vibe inside and would be great for remote work too! The service is good and they want you to like your order so if you need adjustments they make them happily! I'll definitely go back and already checked out their other location already!
Visited this cozy coffee shop . The vibe was calm and perfect for studying. I ordered a turkish coffe and a croissant-- the croissant was fresh. Staff were friendly, and service was quick. Prices were fine Overall, I'd rate it 5/5and would definitely come back! It feels like home
This might be one of my favorite dessert shops in the entire city. Each and every one of their milk cakes are incredibly delicious; if you like the moist Tres leches/tiramisu type desserts-- these are a must-try. The coffee is incredible particularly if you like Middle Eastern style coffee drinks. In terms of ambiance- Every time I've gone, it has been busy. Every time. BUT!!! not so busy that I couldn't find a seat with an outlet nearby. It's just beautifully lively. It made it the perfect spot to sit and have dessert and coffee while working/studying/etc.

Middle Eastern style coffee shops seem to be cropping up everywhere in SF downtown. We came to Delah Coffee because we are seeking flavors beyond the ordinary. For this particular visit we came specifically for the Adeni Chai. I have to say the Adeni Chai is one of the most flavorful chai I have tried this year. Most chai are weak and have too much cream. Here the chai is rich in flavor with just a hint of cardamon, and not too much cream. I was surprised when the barista asked how much sugar I wanted. I requested for slight sugar and was glad my chai was not too sweet. I ordered the 16 oz size and it came in a big black mug. The portion was large enough to be shared by my wife and I, and we found this to be a great value. Delah Coffee also have a good selection of Turkish sweets but we did not try any in this visit. The decor is modern with marble top tables. The lines can sometimes be long but the service is quick. read more

The coffee here is wonderful. I got the Yemeni latte with oatmilk which was great. The cafe smells like warm spices and wonderful right when you walk in. There is a decent amount of seating for people to do work and be comfortable. The pistachio latte was also great especially if you're a big pistachio fan. There is only street parking and it is hard to find a spot. read more

Wow! I've walked by this spot several times and finally went inside to meet some friends. I would absolutely be a regular if I lived nearby. The coffee options are creative and delicious. They have tons of food, snack, and delicious pastry options. I got the pistachio milk cake and devoured it within minutes! My friends and I tried each others' drinks and all of them were amazing. The flavors are unique and well-balanced. The baristas are friendly and welcoming, politely answered my questions, and service was quick and high quality. As I enjoyed my drink, I heard them greet many customers as regulars. I can tell they take the time to get to know people and are beloved by their visitors. The entire space is cozy, beautiful, and well-kept. There are many tables and some cushioned seats for a variety of moods. Lots of nice natural light with windows on two sides, and everything is really clean and delightful to spend time in. They also have WiFi and outlets for laptops! read more

Went at 9pm on a Monday, surprisingly packed but was able to find an open spot to fit my party of three. Good vibes! Lots of people stayed working there until like 10:30pm. The couch seating is very comfy, and they play light music, easy to talk with others level. The chai tea is so yummy! Would recommend getting a pot of you're in a group. I also really enjoyed the cheesecake and bee bites. The cheesecake was a lot lighter than I expected (positive). read more

Finally got to try Delah Coffee after my coworker told me about it a while ago -- so glad I did! The inside is super cozy with a lot of tables and a chill vibe. People were just hanging out, chatting, working, doing their thing. Definitely a nice spot to post up for a bit. The pastries looked really good too -- I'll have to come back and try them next time. Heads up: parking sucks. There's a small alley lot but it was packed, so if you can, bring a friend to stay in the car while you run in. Now onto the drink -- I got the Yemeni iced latte and it was fire. Super refreshing, new, and really flavorful. Easy 5/5 for me. Will definitely be back! read more

This place is great! I've been loving seeing the rise of Middle Eastern coffee places lately. Very crowded and busy when I got there at noon because it seems to be a popular meeting spot for social and business matters. My friend and I actually then ended up taking our order to go because it was too noisy. I got the Adeni Chai with less sweetness as well as the Zataar Bee Bites. Both came out within 5 minutes, which was impressive considering the busyness of the shop. The line kept rotating through, definitely no shortage of customers here. We also got a box of Baklava to share. Adeni Chai: 4/5, well-spiced and warm! A little thin for my taste but I loved the blend of spices. Zataar Bee Bites: 5/5, fantastic savory option! There's cheese in each of the bites which was fantastic. Such a fluffy bread with a great flavor combination and balance. Baklava: 5/5, deliciously dense with nuts and flaky dough. The honey oozes out for sticky hands, but it's so worth it. Even as someone who doesn't drink coffee, I thought this place was a real hit. Definitely want to try one of their Milk Cakes next time! read more

First time trying Yemeni style coffee and it was really delicious! We came in on a Saturday around noon and it was really busy inside. It's a pretty big cafe and all of the tables were taken. This is a great spot to work from! The iced yemeni latte w/ honey was ~$9 after tax & tip. It was great but definitely pricey for a 16 ounce latte. The spices in the latte reminded me of a chai, it was very refreshing & the perfect amount of sweetness! They also had an entire case full of yummy looking pastries & desserts that I'd love to try next time! read more
My husband and I were out on a date night and were craving something warm, we looked up so coffee shops nearby and delah popped up on google maps. We decided to make the drive down and the first thing we noticed was how packed this place was for it being 10:30pm. Always a good sign, means the food and drinks are good. My husband got their mocha latte and I got the caramel macchiato. Delicious! Some of the best coffee I've ever had. Can't wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu. read more
