I used the self self kiosk to place my order. I ordered a mango sogo / mango sago and a salmon poke bowl. The salmon poke bowl was also okay but I wouldn't order it in the future. The mango sago was okay. But nothing crazy. I'll try something more basic next time like a fruit tea. You can sit inside at one of the bar like seating

Solid place for boba, tea, and spam musubi. Boba balls have just the right texture. They have fruit lattes, smoothies, bowls, rolls, and sago too! Lots of lunch options and more drink options than your typical boba place (Cool Bar is more than just a boba place!) You can order ahead online for quick and easy pickup which I've done a few times. Service is good, there's a few seats and tables but it's mainly takeout. I find prices to be reasonable for SF and the location so I keep coming back!

Stumbled on this place when walking around the Vanness street area and my friend told me they always have fun deals. The current one when we went was buy one get one free for a black milk tea. You order from the kiosk when entering and they have options from teas to fruit drinks. Our orders came out very quickly, about 10 minutes after, since mine was blended. Mango Sogo - It seems that they use fresh fruit in their drinks as I had a small mango peel in mine but it didn't matter because the drink was the perfect balance of refreshing and sweetness. The blended mango smoothie with the toppings of fresh mango, sago and coconut jellies meshed so well. My friends also really enjoyed their black milk tea and soft boba. I highly recommend checking them out as their drinks all taste great and have the cutest designs on their drink lids.

I really love how they use fresh fruit in their teas and smoothies. However, because of this sometimes their smoothies can be very different in any given day. For me, this is definitely a chance I take because the fresh fruit smoothies are refreshing and delicious. The fresh fruit teas are very nice on a warm summer day. They have an online order option which is nice because I can order ahead and just pick up my drink. This is overall a very nice tiny boba shop that I enjoy getting during my work day.

    Watermelon juice with boba
    Lori N.

I really like that they actually use fresh fruit in their drinks! I got a watermelon juice with boba, and watched them cut open a fresh watermelon for the juice. Way too many places douse their drinks with sugary syrups and instant sugary powders. It's fresh stuff here! Drinks aren't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I actually don't mind paying more for quality. Again, they're using fresh fruit. Boba was on point too. Nice and chewy, but not too soft. And none of that hard center. Service was pleasant and efficient. No seating. Essentially a grab and go spot with boba, smoothies, fruit lattes, teas, poke bowls, etc. Only downside is parking. Mainly street parking, which can be difficult. After circling a few times, I got street parking. There's a parking garage directly across the street, but it's $8.00/hour. Not at all trendy or hip, but fresh stuff. I'd go back.

    Mango sago with crystal boba

Everything is fresh!! And it's a cool little spot! I love the mango sago lol got it once cant stop coming back for it Service! Love it the first time I came here the guy who made my drink asked me very detailed questions for me to be satisfied bc I didn't know what i wanted ‍ Prices are very reasonable!!

    Durian latte
    Cece L.

Durian latte was good! It's kinda pricey (over $9 with tax) and charged $.50 for both nondairy and decaf. It's not too sweet -- in fact I wish it was a little sweeter. I wish there was more durian which would add a bit more sweetness. But it's real fruit which is great, and the drink is so unique and creamy. Definitely worth the try! The interior of the place has a few chairs, but seems more like a grab and go spot.

Taro Bubble Mill Tea and Watermelon Slushie Boba

This is in a convenient location and the inside of the place is so clean and well styled. The service was fantastic, there was not a long wait and I was able to custom order some drinks. Everything tasted amazing and it's affordable. I highly recommend coming here!

They just opened downstairs from my work! True test to a good boba are the balls of course! They do their balls right! It's not too mushy and not too hard. They have buy 2 get one free deal on all drinks except the lattes

The worker there is so nice! He really cared and asked what we wanted. He used good detail and care into making the drinks. I will definitely be coming back to try out others

    Durian latte with soy milk
    Jose M.

I've seen this place all over tik tok and they just so happened to open one underneath my office building. I am not a huge espresso drinker but I wanted to try the durian latte. I got it with soy milk. I overheard that they use Italian espresso. The durian chunks are fresh and sweet and it was *almost* well balanced with the espresso. Personally, I'd like a little more sweetener because the durian is the only sweet thing in the latte, but that's also because I'm no avid coffee drinker! I am so excited to go back again and would try a different flavor. My coworker got the avocado latte with whole milk. While she loved how fresh the drink was, she wished there was more espresso in it. It really just depends on the person and what they like to drink. The man behind the counter was so nice and wanted to make sure that my drink tasted perfect. I loved small seating area and the premises was clean and tidy.

i had tried the banana latte and was so satisfied with my order !! it had real banana at the bottom and their coffee tasted amazing. super cute shop and would definitely come back again to try something else !

I don't normally drink a lot of boba, but vacations are for treating yourself, right? The crème brûlée milk tea was basically dessert in a cup. You could actually taste and chew on little bits of torched caramelized sugar throughout the drink. The boba itself was perfectly cooked, soft and chewy. And then there was pudding in there too! Every sip had me going "ooh" and "ahh" as I discovered another delicious texture. The only downside was that the drink only comes in one size, and it was a bit too much for me. I was genuinely sad that I couldn't finish it. That's one of the reasons I don't order boba very often. I can eat way more food than I can drink liquid for some reason. But I'd happily return to Urban Ritual to work my way through more of their milk tea menu the next time I'm in San Francisco.

We didn't have to wait in line to order, but all of the tables inside were packed. I was in need of something light and refreshing, so I decided to try the lychee IPA (non-alc). My drink was prepared promptly, and it immediately quenched my thirst. The lychee flavor tasted fresh, and its sweetness was tempered by the subtle hops flavor. The drink was also lightly carbonated with just the right amount of fizz. The menu wasn't as extensive as those of the larger, more established boba shops, and I wish there had been more fruit-flavored teas - especially for the summer. Nevertheless, I can't wait to try other tea varieties on my next visit.

She unlocked the door shortly after noon and directed me to the kiosk to order. I knew I wanted the peach oolong milk tea at 75% sweet with no ice. It had been quite windy on the walk. Because of a coconut allergy in the family I had to ask if the popular mango pomelo sago had any coconut. Unfortunately, it has coconut (milk or oil?). As soon as I heard coconut, it was a no go. The customer following me asked about alternative milks which they do have. I overheard that they have oat and almond milk. Both drinks were excellent.
