Very cute boba spot in Castro. You order at a screen as soon as you walk in. I got the dirty panda, which was sweet, delicious, and creamy. Boba texture was good. They have plenty of seating and a variety of board games. It's a nice place to hang out for a bit with friends. We played connect 4 and table-top pool. Service was solid and would return.
Quality is accurate! As soon as we walked in, we were very kindly greeted and guided through multiple options of the type of fruit we wanted: lychee. SOOO tasty! If you want something refreshing and not milky, try the mint lychee Mojito! Basically 10 out of 10!
Quick service, friendly staff. Cute inviting interior with some place to sit. I've tried the regular black milk tea and taro. Decent bubble tea - the pearls are chewy but on the harder side. The tea tastes a bit powdery and watered down.
The drinks here are pretty good. I got the house milk tea- 50% sweetness & my friend ordered the make your own drink with passion fruit, lychee, peach with a green tea base. The boba was warm, chewy and the right amount of sweetness. The place is clean and they also have some board games such as guess in 10, connect four, etc. You can place your order by using the tablet or at the front. Service is fast and efficient. If I am around the area, I would stop by for a drink.
One of the few boba shops in the Castro area and it's a sweet spot to cool down on those warmer days. Ordering is easy at the kiosk but I do wished they had a second one to make the line move a bit more especially on crowded days. When Dolores Park is super busy, I find QualiTea to have a long line and sometimes, it moves painfully slow. To make things faster, you can view their menu online and order through the Yelp app for pickup haha. But anyways, I enjoy the Thai iced tea and it is creamy, refreshing and oh so good. My other favorite is the strawberry matcha latte which is perfectly sweet and tart. There is seating inside and outside and but no bathroom. But yeah, it's a good pitstop if you are heading to Dolores Park one direction or to the Castro in the other direction.
Came here on a Sunday around 1:30pm. There was no line and we got the drinks within 3 minutes of ordering! I ordered a Rose Milk Tea with 50% sugar and less ice. It is REALLY good. The tea flavor is strong and so is the rose flavor. Overall a great drink! Highly recommend it. I think next time I'd get 30% sugar.
Cute, casual boba spot. There's a kiosk that you can use to place your order. There's a decent amount of tables and chairs inside. They also have outdoor seating. I ordered the Rose Petal w/ boba and at 30% sweetness. The sweetness level was perfect for me. Now thinking back, it was pretty sweet for 30%. I can't imagine what 100% sweetness would taste like. The rose flavor wasn't overpowering. The mixture of rose and jasmine was fragrant and nice. The drink overall was light. The boba itself had a good texture - soft and chewy. However, the boba did harden slightly and lost some of the soft chewiness as time went on.

This is one of my favorite boba places in SF! You can order at the front or at the kiosk. It took about 5 min to get our orders. My boyfriend and I got the make your own sparkling drink and it was perfectly sweet. I wish they gave a bit more boba though :(
What fun flavors to choose from! I went for a walk through Corona Heights and ended up at Qualitea, excited for a lil sweet treat. I was impressed by the ease of ordering (on an iPad), friendliness of staff, and size of the drink for the cost. And it impressed! I loved my lil strawberry matcha drink and will definitely be back.

Super friendly staff! I was having difficulty figuring out what to order, and the guy manning the cash register helped me decide and offered to make something custom (which was great. It was a strawberry mango slush with pooping mango boba). The space overall is cozy with indoor and outdoor seating. Really great tea place! read more

Scott was amazing and super friendly! I usually get their House Milk Tea, but Scott recommended their new Coconut Matcha Cloud, so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did because it was really good! Great service and a delicious drink. I'll definitely be back! read more

The drinks here were amazing and delicious the service is very kind and very sweet but one thing that I wish they could and is bigger sizes cuz I drink them fast! Also I wish they could add some snacks but overall it's good. But also the ambiance is good and they have games that you could play while you wait. read more
I don't remember all the drinks, but I've tried 2 of the 5 and it was not for me. I tried the house milk tea at 30% sugar with boba. I read some reviews that the drinks were super sweet (some even at 30%) and decided to just try it. I was surprised by how off my expectations were. It definitely was not overly sweet. The drink tasted like it was water with a tiny hint of tea. Pretty bad. I took a sip of my friend's roasted oolong milk tea, I think 30% sugar as well. It wasn't the best imo, but my friend liked it. It had a very strong roasted flavor, but that was all I could really taste. The fruit teas I didn't try, but no one seemed to hate it. Their boba is surprisingly alright, pretty chewy with a sweet syrup taste. read more

My friend was craving boba and we found this spot nearby. I'm not sure if we came on an off day, but both the drinks that we got were pretty watered down. I got the Taro Kisses ($5.25 + $0.50 boba), which had a lot of taro chunks that were too big to get through the straw. The boba was lightly sweetened though and a bit on the softer side. I liked the Grapefruit Bliss ($5.50 + $0.50 crystal boba) a bit more with the fresh fruit, but it could have had a stronger tea flavor. read more
Um? I saw pretty good reviews so I decided to come here. Parking is hard to find but I drive a small car so I was able to squeeze into a space a little down the street. Drinks were okay, I still had half a cup of the Taro Kisses the next morning to throw away. Prices are like the same as everywhere else, high. $14 for two cups.. but definitely not worth $7 each. *** We got: - Taro Kisses: taste fake but that's exactly what I was craving.. haha. I got less sweet and it just tasted like milk powder.. no tarp taste :( - Cheese Top Tropical Bliss: pretty good. Even at half sweet it was super sweet (but at least it had flavor) read more
This is a cute local boba shop in SF near Castro Street. I wasn't in the mood for tea, so I ordered a Virgin Lychee Mojito since I was craving a more refreshing drink while at Mission Dolores Park. It was very pleasant to drink! It literally tasted like a mojito without alcohol. Bubbly, refreshing, and not too sour! The lychee added a really nice sweetness. The service was very quick! My drink was prepared very fast. You have the option to order with a cashier or via ordering kiosk. They also have indoor and outdoor seating! read more
Ordered the house milk tea with crystal boba. The tea was fantastic, good flavor and not bitter. I had to decrease it by 1 star because of the excess of ice loaded in the cup. I highly recommend that you ask for less ice! read more

I've only tried a few boba spots in SF (so far) and I would definitely come back here if I'm in the area! There weren't that many boba shops in the area (or ones that were open) I was in and I was really glad I tried this place out! (Also, kind of bored of going to Boba Guys) This spot is in Castro and I love walking around here! Super pretty and very lively. The workers here were so nice to us! I love soda-y drinks so I thought the strawberry drink with yogurt and sparking water was really yummy. I also loved the roasted oolong drink! It's not a regular oolong since it's roasted so keep that in mind! read more
The milk tea here is pretty good and high qualitea! I ordered a rose milk tea with boba, 30% sugar, and no ice. This did not disappoint, and I really enjoyed how flavorful and fragrant the rose tasted. The boba was also chewy and plentiful. The packaging was also perfect for my takeout order. My one complaint is the sweetness level. Even though I had requested only 30% sugar, my drink was still way too sweet. 30% sugar here tasted closer to 75-80% sugar at most other boba shops I've been to. read more
passion cooler with lychee jelly - perfect drink for a hot day. the ingredients are super fresh. usually I go for milk teas but very glad I got to try this fruit tea! definitely get this if you need a refreshing drink. the ambiance is very cute, they have several games you can sit down and play. quick service. read more
Quail is in a nice location being 2 blocks off of Castro making access via car somewhat painless. The staff was nice and efficient, but the strength of the shop was lost on me given I do not like fruit in my tea :) The Tea was okay, and was well packed and easy to access via their cups, but I learned tonight that the sweetness of Boba is my limit when it comes to Milk Tea. This was my first time in San Francisco and I happened to stumble upon this place and it didn't disappoint! So many different options to choose from. I made my own tea and it was so good and came out quickly! The staff was friendly and efficient and it wasn't too busy with a decent amount of seating. read more

For me, service and ambiance makes eating out worth my while. This chic tea spot is nicely designed with a homey feel. The two amazing young man and woman working know what top notch customer service looks like. They made and enhanced my experience of getting my favorite drink (Bubba Tea) that much better. Located next to the Main Street in Castro, this small tucked away boba shop is a great place to stop and get boba or get a few hours of work done. They also have board games if you come with a group of friends. Ordered the oolong milk tea with boba ($5.50) and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tea. It's not powdery and artificial and the boba was sweet and chewy! Such a cute shop, definitely recommend read more
I went to get boba this evening with my partner while we were in the area. We heard some great reviews of the place so we wanted to check it out. As for the service, the worker was VERY nice. He asked us multiple times whether we needed help with the order. We both ordered the dirty panda, which is oolong tea with Oreos and cheese mouse? Their boba was very good as well, the texture and the sweetness of it was good. The drink was about $7 with boba. They do charge for the boba which seems to be the standard these days. And there are tables and places to sit inside and outside the store. The store also has a few games that customers can play with. read more
