Passion cooler with hibiscus tea replacement.Taro infusion and matcha blossom.

So tasty with so many varieties and flavors and with option for caffeinated tea replacement with variety of herbal teas.

Quick service, friendly staff. Cute inviting interior with some place to sit. I've tried the regular black milk tea and taro. Decent bubble tea - the pearls are chewy but on the harder side. The tea tastes a bit powdery and watered down.

    House Milk tea with boba

The drinks here are pretty good. I got the house milk tea- 50% sweetness & my friend ordered the make your own drink with passion fruit, lychee, peach with a green tea base. The boba was warm, chewy and the right amount of sweetness. The place is clean and they also have some board games such as guess in 10, connect four, etc. You can place your order by using the tablet or at the front. Service is fast and efficient. If I am around the area, I would stop by for a drink.

One of the few boba shops in the Castro area and it's a sweet spot to cool down on those warmer days. Ordering is easy at the kiosk but I do wished they had a second one to make the line move a bit more especially on crowded days. When Dolores Park is super busy, I find QualiTea to have a long line and sometimes, it moves painfully slow. To make things faster, you can view their menu online and order through the Yelp app for pickup haha. But anyways, I enjoy the Thai iced tea and it is creamy, refreshing and oh so good. My other favorite is the strawberry matcha latte which is perfectly sweet and tart. There is seating inside and outside and but no bathroom. But yeah, it's a good pitstop if you are heading to Dolores Park one direction or to the Castro in the other direction.

Came here on a Sunday around 1:30pm. There was no line and we got the drinks within 3 minutes of ordering! I ordered a Rose Milk Tea with 50% sugar and less ice. It is REALLY good. The tea flavor is strong and so is the rose flavor. Overall a great drink! Highly recommend it. I think next time I'd get 30% sugar.

Cute, casual boba spot. There's a kiosk that you can use to place your order. There's a decent amount of tables and chairs inside. They also have outdoor seating. I ordered the Rose Petal w/ boba and at 30% sweetness. The sweetness level was perfect for me. Now thinking back, it was pretty sweet for 30%. I can't imagine what 100% sweetness would taste like. The rose flavor wasn't overpowering. The mixture of rose and jasmine was fragrant and nice. The drink overall was light. The boba itself had a good texture - soft and chewy. However, the boba did harden slightly and lost some of the soft chewiness as time went on.

One of my favorite spots to get boba in the city! Their milk tea, boba, and other drinks are very tasty. The shop has seating inside and outside. The staff are very friendly as well. You can order either via kiosk or through a cashier.

This is one of my favorite boba places in SF! You can order at the front or at the kiosk. It took about 5 min to get our orders. My boyfriend and I got the make your own sparkling drink and it was perfectly sweet. I wish they gave a bit more boba though :(

What fun flavors to choose from! I went for a walk through Corona Heights and ended up at Qualitea, excited for a lil sweet treat. I was impressed by the ease of ordering (on an iPad), friendliness of staff, and size of the drink for the cost. And it impressed! I loved my lil strawberry matcha drink and will definitely be back.

The drinks here were amazing and delicious the service is very kind and very sweet but one thing that I wish they could and is bigger sizes cuz I drink them fast! Also I wish they could add some snacks but overall it's good. But also the ambiance is good and they have games that you could play while you wait.

    Matcha Blossom

got the matcha blossom with almond milk & 30% sugar, sweetness was just nice and almond milk wasn't super overpowering compared to other almond matcha lattes I get. would still prefer oat/ normal milk though

I don't remember all the drinks, but I've tried 2 of the 5 and it was not for me. I tried the house milk tea at 30% sugar with boba. I read some reviews that the drinks were super sweet (some even at 30%) and decided to just try it. I was surprised by how off my expectations were. It definitely was not overly sweet. The drink tasted like it was water with a tiny hint of tea. Pretty bad. I took a sip of my friend's roasted oolong milk tea, I think 30% sugar as well. It wasn't the best imo, but my friend liked it. It had a very strong roasted flavor, but that was all I could really taste. The fruit teas I didn't try, but no one seemed to hate it. Their boba is surprisingly alright, pretty chewy with a sweet syrup taste.

Grapefruit Blush with Crystal Boba ($5.50 +$0.50 Topping) and Taro Kisses with Boba ($5.25 + $0.50 Topping)
    Tiffany Y.

My friend was craving boba and we found this spot nearby. I'm not sure if we came on an off day, but both the drinks that we got were pretty watered down. I got the Taro Kisses ($5.25 + $0.50 boba), which had a lot of taro chunks that were too big to get through the straw. The boba was lightly sweetened though and a bit on the softer side. I liked the Grapefruit Bliss ($5.50 + $0.50 crystal boba) a bit more with the fresh fruit, but it could have had a stronger tea flavor.

Fresh tasting milk tea and boba. They have the build your own milk tea option which we usually opt for. Bonus for having big cups.

The lights outside really set for such a cute twilight mood and though that wasn't the main point of their shop, it was a cute detail. You order off an ipad and wait for your order, pretty typical of most shops nowadays. I remember there being a short line as well, so it seems they are a busy boba shop! The drinks themselves were delicious based on what I remember, I recall their boba being perfectly chewy and not soggy despite getting there so close to closing. The drinks were not heavily packed with sugar, just the perfect amount of tea, milk and sweetness. I'm not really in the area that often, but it's a boba shop that I'll remember forever!

There was one employee working who just kept giving us mean glares for an unknown reason. It is a small shop, so there is not much room to hang out inside either. I ordered their Jasmine Milk Green Tea with boba. The taste of the drink tastes very off-putting - it definitely does not taste like a jasmine green milk tea, but like a burnt tea with milk just added to it. My friends who are not that picky with boba tried it too and did not like it at all. We only took a few sips before tossing it.

I fell in love with their creative, artisanal drinks right away. The store itself was clean and welcoming. My favorites are the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea and Matcha Toffee. They're both signature drinks and the matcha and toffee balance each other so well. The toffee does get stuck in your teeth, but it adds a nice crunch to your drink. I recommend getting their drinks in either oat or macadamia milk! Their honey boba was fresh with the perfect texture. I don't recommend driving here unless you're okay with parking a few blocks away. I prefer this location over San Jose because their drinks are more consistent. She explained there may have been a mistake with one of the selected options in the app and even acknowledged that she understood if the drink could not be remade, but wanted to ask anyway. The reason for this review is to address the lack of consideration and customer service from the hispanic male staff member working that night. Instead of listening to the concern, the staff was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying things like "all I do is press these buttons" and "this is what you ordered," without acknowledging the customer's experience or concern about the quality of the drink. Although the drink was eventually remade, the staff did so while visibly frustrated, slamming cabinets and displaying negative energy throughout the interaction. It created an uncomfortable experience, especially considering how polite and understanding the customer had been. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the product itself. Unfortunately, after witnessing that interaction, I do not plan on returning. Please teach your staff to be polite and understanding.
