i am a taro milk tea aficionado. this place has THE best taro milk tea i've ever had, better than yifang / xing fu tang / bobaville/ etc etc. it was called something like extra thick taro n milk on the menu, and i got it with coconut milk, zero sweet. it was a good level of sweetness (definitely not unsweetened lol) and had a generous amount of very thick taro puree! we also loved the coco mango drink (add coconut pudding and lychee jelly). everything is on the sweeter side so i recommend getting the minimum sweetness level. their drinks are very dense and taste like fresh ingredients as opposed to powders. also they go light on ice by default which makes their drinks a better value lol ironically the only thing i didn't like was their boba which was way too soft. read more

Ive always enjoyed this spot in my neighborhood. I come by and order drinks pretty often and happened to stop by a couple of weeks ago to purchase a drink and overheard another customer politely addressing an issue with the quality of her order. She explained there may have been a mistake with one of the selected options in the app and even acknowledged that she understood if the drink could not be remade, but wanted to ask anyway. The reason for this review is to address the lack of consideration and customer service from the hispanic male staff member working that night. Instead of listening to the concern, the staff was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying things like "all I do is press these buttons" and "this is what you ordered," without acknowledging the customer's experience or concern about the quality of the drink. Although the drink was eventually remade, the staff did so while visibly frustrated, slamming cabinets and displaying negative energy throughout the interaction. It created an uncomfortable experience, especially considering how polite and understanding the customer had been. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the product itself. Unfortunately, after witnessing that interaction, I do not plan on returning. Please teach your staff to be polite and understanding. read more

I got the white peach milk tea with rice pudding and it was not good. I would not come back to get their drinks again. I got no ice and 50% sugar and the tea flavor was mild. I also thought the rice pudding would be more like a drinkable mochi (from the reviews) but it is not. No mochi bounce and quite frankly the rice pieces threw me off. It's a pretty small spot, there's not any seating available do def a grab and go. I got a rice mochi taro tea with almond milk and my friend got the mochi soy milk tea with almond milk and boba. For this reason, I wouldn't get this drink again. The drink was pretty sweet at 25% so I wouldn't get it any higher than that. The boba was good. Soy milk latte w/ mochi, add taro balls, 50% sweet - This was sooo sweet at 50%. The mochi foam they top this drink with is also really sweet. You can taste a lot of soy milk in this drink, and the tea flavor is in the background. It was a really sweet, soy milk nutty drink topped with sweet mochi foam. Not for me. The taro balls had the texture of chewy agar, not creamy like taro. read more

I stopped by this bubble tea shop and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and flavorful their milk tea is. I ordered Four Seasons Milk Tea. The tapioca pearls were soft with just the right amount of chewiness and was still warm when you take the first sip of the milk tea quick, clearly made fresh. I also really appreciated the sturdy cup along with a special lid that allows me to close the drink and keep it from contaminated. The ambiance by the window made it a relaxing place to sit and enjoy my drink.
