Great outside patio, albeit a bit of traffic noise from Arrow Hwy, it's an A-Ok Starbucks. I get good service when I'm here, and luckily there's never a line . It seems like there is a lot of room and the free wi-fi is good. Not packed at all. read more

I was always feel somehow that the parking and the store entrance is awkward. Just had to mention that, since I think about that each time I've come here. Clean, fully stocked store with treats in the display always. It was a late night and I was determined to not miss out on my free drink that was going to expire that night! I had a special drink made and was impressed that the barista was able to take my order as he was finishing up on another order with all the noise of the machines going. I couldn't almost hear myself giving him the order. He gets an A plus for that. And my green tea peppermint frap was delish too. read more

Of all the Starbucks I've ever been to, this is the BEST. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about which drinks pair well with the pastry you get. As soon as you walk in you'll notice that it is clean and QUIET. Although it gets busy at times, the employees are always fast, friendly and efficient. The drinks always taste the same, even during the midday rush. My favorite thing about this particular Starbucks is that its the perfect place to study. It's quiet and there are plenty of outlets. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because they could use a few more tables as it does get packed frequently. All in all, though, best Starbucks I've been to. read more

F this place !! I walk in to buy a "traveler"(10-12 cups in a box) the girl behind the counter proceeds to tell me "you may need to wait a long time" "I should have called ahead". I do when I order 2 or more. 1 shouldnt be that difficult for your little brain, you lazy little snowflake. They had 4 people behind the counter and this isn't even a busy location, there was one person in line in front of me and no one behind at the time. Heres the plan, next time I will go somewhere else, there are at least 4 SBs with 2 miles of this one. read more

Whenever I think about coming here I keep thinking back to a traumatizing experience here where I was told by one of the staff that I can't just sit there for hrs doing refills & he spoke to me condescendingly with a terrible attitude. I felt so uncomfortable esp since I rarely go to this location & I was literally there not that long yet he made me feel so unwelcome just bc he didn't want to give me a precious refill. Disgusting behavior by a so called customer service person. I can understand if I was there everyday taking advantage of their policy but that was my first time even seeing that staff member so idk why he treated me this way. I go to the other locations nearby & avoid this one as much as I can even though the 1 xtra star was for the other staff, especially the female staff who are really nice & I've never had a problem with. I hope the manager makes sure to never allow any of his staff to have that kind of attitude to ruin his store. read more

So after a month of staying away because of rude employees & drinks constantly wrong I decided to give them a try. Big mistake! Employees still rude, can't get a simple drink right & argue with you when you try to have it corrected. How can you screw up a steamed milk with 5 pumps vanilla??They need to retrain everyone & tell them to get a better attitude or fire everyone and start fresh. read more

This is the worst Starbucks! The employees are rude, other than 2 or 3 of the guys, and the manager Nick was ok for a while after I gave him a $50 gift card. He's MIA now (or so one of his employees told me), and the workers close when they want to, many times before 8 and they're supposed to close at 9. I just want my drink prepared the way I like it, which they should know since I'm in there every day... and I ALWAYS tip them $5 or $10 because I know I'm pretty particular. It's actually a joke. I really think they make my drink wrong on purpose because I highly doubt Starbucks is hiring people that are that incompetent!! Rte 66/Lonehill & Gladstone & Lonehill are AMAZING!! read more

I've been coming consistently to this new location since this opened. I always order the same three things. Tall flat white, venti passion tea and a b fast sandwich before my night shift. Never had any issues until recently! The new chicks that work at night claim they run out of all the hot sandwiches and b fast items. For three days in a row! Then I asked if they were really out or just couldn't make it and she said "well, it's 10 mins to closing and You should try another location cuz they'll have more" ANOTHER LOCATION?! The audacity! What a lazy bum. I can't with lazy people. read more

The girl taking drive thru orders on 9/13 @ 950am needs to learn customer service. Very VERY rude. If you don't like your job then go find another. Ive NEVER had such rudeness from a Starbucks employee. I myself have worked for Starbucks and back then they would NEVER allow this. She didn't even say hi, just asked what do I want. And when I asked for an extra pump of white mocha said "well it has 4 how many did you want then?" In the most degrading tone. Then I waited for her to say anything else? Like they always do and all I hear was "oKaY??" Unbelievable. Management please do better with your employees customer service. read more

Love this location!! The staff are friendly & efficient..very clean store.. *The only issue is that it states on the door your hours are until 10:00pm?? We typically always place a mobile order and it's usually ready on time. The employees are very nice and aside from ice being in a drink I asked for no ice in, I've never had a bad experience. One employee saw my daughter and I on my daughters birthday and when we came in the week after, she asked if she had a good birthday. read more

This location is hardly busy, which is awesome compared to other Starbucks. Their pastries and salads are always stocked and the place is clean. The drinks are made to order and on point as far as how ever you want to customize it. Now the reason for the lack of stars on this review is because of some of the baristas I-Don't-Care-Bleh-I'm here's to work attitude. No bueno. What happen to friendly barista customer service?! You aren't even busy here, sorry I'm not sorry for interrupting your day dreaming/I'm want to stand here and just stare out the window and not smile all day working time. Sigh. I've been to many Starbucks locations in the past 10 years (including the original store in Seattle) and I must say that this one in San Dimas is the BEST one yet. So good, I've made stopping there for my daily latte a regular part of my morning routine. Every morning, I walk in the door and Michelle and her team always greet me by name and with a smile. The place is also very clean, so you don't have to worry about doctoring up your coffee amid spilled half-and-half and coffee stirrers that had somehow missed the trash can. Even though it gets busy sometimes, it's worth the wait because the staff is awesome and only they know how to fix my grande skinny cinnamon dolce latte. Only four stars because their parking lot is really tiny...I've witnessed a few "parking rage" incidents. Otherwise, it's a great place to go for your morning joe before you hit the 57 freeway traffic. read more

This Starbucks is always really clean and fast with making orders. If I'm walking in for their morning Rush as well it takes me less than 10 min to order and receive my sausage and cheddar cheese biscuit and white chocolate mocha latte. The staff is always very inviting and constantly welcoming. I've been here dozens of times and never had a bad experience. read more

Five stars for the barista Brandon!!! I went for a drink today, and tried the new mango black iced tea lemonade. Brandon asked if I tried it yet, and I said no. Filthy outside entrance and inside area also. I almost turned around and left! Sidewalk/Entrance was covered with nasty looking stains, gum, etc. Gross! The inside trash can was overflowing. There was trash and food particles all over the inside floor. The staff were very polite, pleasant and great service. I have never EVER seen a Starbucks location so unkept. read more

I live close by so I frequent Starbucks a lot I'm in the Caffeind Club anyways the baristas are super helpful it's to the point now when I walk in sometimes I'm still standing online and my drinks already made awesome right I recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area see you here. read more

I just wanted to say I'm thankful that Starbucks keeps their Barista Promise everytime my drink is not quite right. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan but it will do in a pinch. I personally would rather drive past three or four Starbucks to get to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf or a Pete's Coffee. And of course, I always try to support the local mom and pop shops instead. This Starbucks is near the office though and I go there when I need a quick pick me up plus my co-workers love it and I usually offer to bring back coffee for them too. read more

I go to this Starbucks basically everyday and have a pretty complicated drink order, but they mostly get it right every time, and usually remember what it is without me even having to say. They're very friendly here and seem to remember many of the regular customers. And, I've seen them with a line practically out the door and they still manage to get though the line FAST. I can't really think of anything bad to say about this location :) read more

How do you rate a Starbucks....really. Well, I think this one has some heart. They folks there seem to enjoy their job and don't provide the usual barrista skoul which is nice because I don't fair well in the morning anyway. They are aces in my book and really are kind considering my morning grunts that pass for a request for a drink or whatever. Also, my friend and I have dubbed Thursday at this Starbucks...milf thursdays due to the high influx of cougarific women that populate this Starbucks Thursday mornings. It might just be a coincidence but so far the odds are running this way. Note: Cops love...no luvvv hanging out at this place in the AM and you 'll often find five or six squad cars in the back of the dinky parking lot talking smack and slurping latte. read more

There were several patrons sitting at tables. There are lots of games available which is cool! Apparently a back room as well but I didn't see it. I ordered the brown sugar and cinnamon latte with oatmilk and the vegan morning glory muffin. The star of the show was the muffin. I thought it would taste healthy since there were pumpkin (?) seeds on top but it ended up being like a carrot cake in muffin form with sugar crystals on top. Sooo good and very moist. The latte was great too. No complaints. Not overly sweet. Strong espresso - I got jitters after. And it's crushed ice! The only dock for the star was the organization system. The cashier said she would walk the drinks and food out to us when it was ready. But seemed to be a bit disorganized to do this. She got a couple orders mixed up and had to hunt around for the correct customer. I also noticed that I got my drink before someone who was already sat down. But maybe they had got up to re-order something and I hadn't noticed. Overall, a great coffee shop in downtown Azusa!

It feels less like a policy and more like how these employees actually operate. Christian and Savanna are both amazing. They really set the tone and make the whole experience even better. Yeah, it gets loud when it's packed, but that's because it stays busy and honestly, that says something too. Bottom line: great customer service, solid coffee, and legit food coming out of a real kitchen. They'll take care of you... just don't get crazy with the "have it your way" or maybe they will!
