Recently, I've been a fan of the Boba Time brand and the selection they have to offer the customers. The menu options are extremely large whether that is a positive or a negative. I enjoy seeing the multitude of options on the menu and the current top drinks when you go to the location. We've ordered drinks on the app since you get rewards for spending and also drop in to this San Dimas location. The drinks are usually served in a timely matter and ready when stated in the app. Staff for the most part are always friendly and work hard to manage all the orders. The location has few tables for seating inside, but plenty outside the boba shop. My personal favorites are the Strawberry Matcha, Matchata (matcha + horchata), Pistachio Milk Tea and Hokkaido Milk Tea. All these are ones I gravitate towards choosing. Overall, It's Boba Time serves up solid Boba for a known boba chain. ( ^_^)b

Got some Boba for the team. They have a great amount of choices. From teas to smoothies to boba drinks and many others, with so many topping combinations. I really like the fact that on their website they'll tell you the nutritional facts including how many calories in each one of their drinks. Its in the shopping center of Smart and Final, right inbetween a Ramen shop and a Sushi shop. Minimal seating inside and theres some more shared space seating outside. Bathroom was out of order while I was there which is the only knock I have against this place. Friendly customer service. I ordered like 6 or so drinks. She was very patient with me. And the drinks came out quickly. They were all so colorful and looked really good. Everyone enjoyed them!!

This was one of the better taro milk teas I've had from a boba chain. The boba was warm and the texture was more on the soft/chewy side. Their shop was super clean and the employees were very friendly.

We didn't actually try it (hence a random 5 stars) but, we did walk in so I thought I'd leave pictures and vibe review! It's really fast foody and not my vote for boba experience. But the girl was friendly and I heard her tell the lady ahead of us it would be 45 minutes, so we left!

I was craving something sweet after having dinner at Show Sushi. It's Boba Time is conveniently located just adjacent to Show Sushi. The shop was well lit and very clean They have some indoor seating. The barista was very nice and friendly. The service was very fast, although she was alone in the shop. They have a wide selection of refreshing drinks. Their menu includes all of these yummy drink categories: milk tea, iced tea, milk foam top, tea float, smoothies, shakes, slush, frosty milk, frappe, iced and hot coffee, and shaved ice. They also have açai bowls and cakes. I chose my favorite, which is strawberry matcha milk tea. My husband got guava iced tea with boba and my daughter got rose matcha milk tea. The drinks were refreshing and adequately sweetened. It's a nice place to stop by and try a refreshing drink. I will be back soon.

Such a hidden delight. Tucked away inside a strip mall is this wonderful Boba shop. When you walk in, you're greated with a smile. The girl behind the counter was very nice. Lots of choices, smoothie, coffees and frozen ice all with boba. There was 3 of us so we had one of each. Wow, these were delicious. Very flavorful and great portion size. The shop has a couple of tables but outside you can find more covered seating. Will have to come back again next time I'm in So Cal.

Been to this chain many times but it was my first time at this location. The inside is small with a few chairs and tables (more of a to-go vibe). There is a tablet you can order from and service is prompt. It's never my go to boba spot but there are a few drinks here I really love and get on repeat - pistachio smoothie, strawberry and watermelon slush, and strawberry matcha with oat milk. For those three drinks, I would come back when I'm in the area! I also like that if you order "light boba," they don't charge extra.

Upon arriving at the parking lot in front of Show Sushi (I was picking up dinner last night), I saw this really bright sign with "It's Boba Time" on it. I didn't know they opened a location in San Dimas... cool! You now can get some boba after some sushi (on their right) or some ramen (on their left) or both... why not! Great spot to be Boba Time! The first time I had their drinks at another location, I was not very impressed. Hence, I haven't been back to try them again until now. This location is very bright inside. It has limited interior seating. Drink menu has quite a bit of hot and cold drink selections. They do have their top 20 drinks displayed so that may help in the decision-making for some customers... not for all of course. You may order from their 1 kiosk or just walk up to the counter and order face-to-face... the choice is yours. They do have 1 all gender restroom available for use which is convenient (1 is better than none I say)... remember to ask for the code. I usually get 3 drinks when I am at a boba joint... 1 for me and 2 for my daughters. I went with the kale green as I was looking for all fresh ingredients and not the powder stuff. I got 1 peach strawberry with lychee jelly for my eldest and 1 house milk tea with crystal boba for my youngest. All the drinks were quite good. I was skeptical about the kale green, but all veggies and fruits balanced out in flavor... I would get it again! Staff was super nice and pleasant. Ambiance like I said was very inviting with its bright white lights. Prices are quite reasonable. Now that I know they are here, I will return whenever I am in the San Dimas area. Thank you!

Review #1039~ Super tasty drinks were sold here at 'It's Boba Time,' San Dimas, CA. I needed a boba shop to switch off with Krak, Glendora. I pleasantly stumbled across this super cute boba shop around the corner. They are currently offering a promotion: a free scoop of boba with any drink purchase? I barely found this out when I showed up some time this week bringing my dad. He had some boba cravings, so I drove us here. I got their jasmine milk tea with boba in it. Yummm. The first time I got Jasmine milk tea with egg pudding in it. Double yumm. Will be back in no time.

Nice store, clean and bright! And the drink options are various, I love they also have hot beverages here. I tried the milk foam jasmine tea with 25% sugar. It's a little bit bitter for me, I may go with 50% next time. Over all, I love the flavor, the milk foam is thick and tasty, nice job. The two girls are very friendly too. Nothing to complain, come to try it!

Love this new addition to San Dimas/Glendora where boba establishments are lacking. Even though this is a chain, the 2 times we've been here we've had great service and excellent tasting drinks. First , the parking lot is large , so there's always ample parking . The store is very clean and tastefully decorated . Though there are no tables to sit inside , there is a long bench to wait for your drinks and there are some tables outside. The menu is large and you're always guaranteed to find something that suits your taste, whether it's milk tea , acai bowls or shaved ice. We were greeted warmly both times we came and our drinks were made exactly to our liking. I like that the pistacho matcha milk tea was not too heavy on the matcha, it was perfectly sweet at 25% and the boba texture was bouncy and chewy , not mushy. This is the perfect place to get your boba fix. I'll be back soon !

Coco Tea Bar (Azusa) is a college student tourist trap. I arrived at Coco Tea Bar (Azusa) on Sunday (around 2:54PM). Parking is easy. The shared private lot is busy; however, there's plenty of spots. This business is across from Azusa Pacific University. Staff's friendly and welcoming demeanor was this experience's highlight. I was brightly welcomed when I entered. Staff (receipt said Hanlin) also helped me when I had questions. Customers can order on the self-service kiosk or counter. My drink took one minute and 26 seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I ordered the Pearl Milk Tea ($6.05). This drink's default ingredients are non-dairy creamer, boba pearls, and "milk tea." It's a drink that makes me more annoyed the more I reflect upon it. The drink is affordable & large. In addition, it's a faint sweetness at "regular sugar." However, the drink primarily tastes like poorly flavored water. Most frustrating were their old boba pearls. These boba pearls had signs of being frozen and defrosted as they broke into congealed, rubbery chunks with each bite. Their outer later was also spongey (bordering on gloopy). And these squishy boba lacked any sweetness. There were moments where I genuinely pondered about throwing the beverage into the trashcan. Concerning ambiance, Coco Tea Bar (Azusa) had a clean floor but dirty tables. Some tables were smudgy, and others were covered in visible crumbs. Glancing at the glass entrance, I can also see smudgy marks on their unclean windows. Coco Tea Bar (Azusa) feels like a half-abandoned passion project. However, I did like the airy ventilation, three vibrant claw machines, and cheerful upbeat music. This location also includes a gender neutral restroom for customers. Overall, Coco Tea Bar (Azusa) is an affordable, cute, & somewhat-dirty location that sells cheap-tasting drinks. I left disappointed and a little disgusted. 2.4 out of 5

Cafe Bungalow is located next to a McDonalds with plenty of seating inside. The interior is fairly open with a bunch of wooden tables. There were outlets and food/snack items, which made it no surprise as to why people would want to be here all day. Menu has a great variety with items like fresh tea (green, black, oolong) topped with cream, smoothies, milk tea, and the ever famous strawberry matcha. Prices are moderate. I opted for the oolong tea topped with cream and boba. Their boba was a bit chewy, but did not have much flavor. You couldn't really taste the oolong either as it was more of a sweet cream drink. My sister got their strawberry matcha, which was a let down. It was more of a strawberry milk drink as the "matcha" portion was just poorly mixed in and maybe a half of a teaspoon of their powder??? I just wouldn't get their matcha here. Their fries were yummy with that seasoning powder and crunchy! Good portion. Same with their popcorn chicken, but it was a bit rubbery. Overall, I wouldn't really go out of my way to come back for their drinks specifically. Looked like a cute place to try. Didn't know if it was just us, but after reading other people's reviews it seems as if their service is also lacking. The cashier helping us just wasn't very nice.

She finally got up, went into the back and took a picture of the ingredients. Ingredients were acceptable. I ordered 30% ice. My daughter ordered 100% ice. Same flavor. At the end of our drinks, I had more ice than my daughter. How does that work? I picked up the drinks and said, just showing you. I have more ice left over than my daughter. Her response? Well, it keeps the drinks colder, longer. I drink fast. I just wanted a little ice. (Here it is, 4 hours later and I still have ice! ) I was given the option of how much ice I wanted. I gave my choice and it was ignored. Then, I was met with rudeness. I am sure she has potential. She just needs to learn to listen to customers and not be rude. When I asked if I could get it as a large, I was told it only came in the 12 oz, so I decided not to get it. Then the barista offered another option adding pandan cold foam on top instead. I very clearly asked (twice) if that version would be a large, and she said yes. Since that worked for me, I agreed to the second option. I stepped out briefly to use the restroom, but theirs was closed, so I had to walk over to Stater Bros. When I came back, to my surprise, the drink was still a small. I was disappointed because I had specifically confirmed that the customized option would be a large. At that point, I felt rushed like they were more eager to close and go home than to fix the mistake so I didn't feel I had much of a choice but to take it. I paid $10 for a small drink, which felt unreasonable, especially considering the miscommunication. To make matters worse, the drink didn't really taste like pandan at all. Overall, the customer service felt very off at this location. I'd rather go to the San Gabriel location, where I've had a much better experience.
