First impressions, a huge menu that felt an overwhelming. Luckily, the staff is 5/5. They were so kind and helpful, which led me to get a kids bowl that comes with one protein and 4 sides and pretty much unlimited toppings like sesame seeds, nori, chili, soy sauce, eel sauce. I went with the workers recommendation and my bowl came out so delicious! I got tuna, edamame, seaweed salad, avocado, over white rice. Topped with I believe it was furakake, dried onions, spicy mayo, eel sauce, soy sauce, tempura crumbs. I would definitely return!

My, my when I say this is some good poke, I definitely mean it. I was in the area and was craving some poke, and I'm glad I stopped by for dinner. The fish is very fresh and flavorful. It doesn't taste fishy at all. I got a 3 scoop bowl: 1 tuna, 1 salmon, and 1 spicy crab. My favorite was the salmon, it had a good, fatty, and delicious taste. The veggies, onions, rice, and toppings I got were good too. There's unlimited sauce combinations you can do and they have a lot of sauces you can choose from. They have handcrafted sauces they make in house. For the sauce mixture, I got chili oil, mauna loa(tastes like garlic spicy mayo w/sesame seeds), sesame oil, and spicy mayo. The taste was flavorful and addicting and I kept eating. The service was nice too and the worker scooped a healthy amount of food for the price. The shop and food service area looks clean too. Good price for the value and quality, I'll come again!

3 scoop bowl: brown rice, edamame, cucumbers, shrimp, salmon, crabmeat, seaweed flakes, crunchy onions, eel sauce, & Haus sauce.

I just tried this place for the first time. It is delicious! Everything is super tasty and fresh. The girl that helped me to order and made my bowl was very nice and helpful. The place was very neat and well kept. I would recommend this place for sure!

Usually I'm not too crazy about this place cause the portion sizes are kinda small and I haven't got the best service. This time the food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the guy helping me was so sweet and helpful. I enjoyed my food inside the restaurant cause it was nice and quiet ambiance, I can't wait to come back and be able to enjoy my food and some quiet time again.

Poke with Spicy Salmon, Tuna , and Crab, Maui Garlic, Mauna Loa, house dressing, Xtra added crunch.

We came in this morning at opening. I didn't get their names but the two employees, couldn't have been more inviting and kind. Loved this place off the bat. Thank you both. They have a large selection of items and different variations, which I might add were all delicious. Nice portions. We will definately be back

I have had Alohus Poke  marked for a while. Finally, I stopped by to try it. It is located next to Sprout Farmers Market and Marshalls. The parking lot is huge, there is no problem to find a parking spot easily. The restaurant itself is spacious and has both indoor and outdoor seating. It looked clean and has comfortable ambience. Their menu includes 3 scoops poki bowl, 5 scoop poki bowl, poki burritos (3 or 5 scoops),Veggie bowl, and kids bowl. They also have Hawaiian shaved ice and many drinks. I ordered 3 scoop of protein for me and 5 scoop for my husband. I had up to 8 toppings to choose from which was more than enough. They have various choices for the protein as well as for the toppings. I ordered half rice & half salad for the base. The amount was huge, the seafood was fresh and flavorful. Their spam musubi was delicious. The staff was friendly. I will come back for sure. It's a nice poke bar in Glendora.

Greetings to 'Alohaus Poke Bar,' Glendora, CA: Where have I been? I can't just give business to any 1 given local biz all the time?! Wow!!!! Service/Food~What can I say, Excellente!!!! 10/10~I don't know what food types they serve here, but again on a Summer/2024 super hot day, I needed a different type of drink. I ordered their 'Hawaiian Sun: Green Tea Apple,' drink to go to cool off. Ambiance~10/10~this Poke restaurant in Glendora, CA., plays restaurant radio going off the entire day for dine-in customers to enjoy. I'll have to return again soon like tomorrow to try a food item. The restroom inside has been kept extremely clean as I just used it right before penning this review. I gotta be back faster. Thanks for having me over, 'Alohaus Poke Bar,' even if it was just a drink for my first try. XoXo Becky L (YelpLAEast Elite/2024)

I realize it may be uncommon for guests to bring a service dog in a stroller, but our small dog is a diabetic alert animal that needs to remain close to the breath, sweat, and skin of the diabetic. Although this is intended to be a restaurant review, I am truly grateful that this restaurant is so welcoming to service animals. Regarding the food, the kitchen always hits it out of the park. We ordered two appetizers, specifically the crispy pork and fried calamari. Our entrees included pad Thai with shrimp, pad see ew with chicken, Panang curry, and red curry with beef, which I believe was served with roti. We also enjoyed Thai iced tea and Vietnamese coffee. I was looking forward to their mango sago and mango with sticky rice, but unfortunately, they were out of mangoes. I unfortunately forgot to take photographs of the food, as I only remembered to do so after it had already been placed into the take-home containers.

We tried several dishes at Ari's Thai Eatery and overall had a good experience with a few definite standouts. We were sat immediately upon entering around 1240 pm on a Saturday. Inside is more upscale and contemporary, not what you'd expect to see, but definitely welcome. Shirley waited on us and made it a fun experience, often adding into our comedic natures. We started with the Kra Pow Duck Breast w/ Fried Egg over Rice. The duck was a little fatty, but that's somewhat expected with duck. The sauce was a little salty for me, but it also had a nice sweetness that balanced it out, along with a noticeable basil flavor. The fried egg and rice complemented it well. We also ordered the Crab Fried Rice. There was plenty of food on the plate, but the crab itself was pretty finely shredded throughout the rice, so we didn't really get much crab flavor. Overall, the fried rice had a very mild flavor. It came with cucumber and garlic as garnish on the side and an egg on top. Definitely a generous portion, but I would have liked the crab flavor to stand out a little more. For another entrée, we had the Garlic Pepper with pork as our choice of protein, served with steamed broccoli and carrots. For me, this one was just slightly above average. It definitely lived up to the garlic in its name because there was plenty of garlic flavor. The sauce was smooth and more of a light, water-based sauce rather than anything thick or creamy. It wasn't particularly memorable, but it wasn't bad either--just a pretty average dish overall. The Crispy Pork Belly was probably one of our favorites of everything we tried. The pork belly was cooked perfectly and was crispy all the way around while still having that tender pork belly texture inside. It came with greens, cabbage, cucumber salad and a sauce that reminded us a little of honey mustard. This was definitely one of the dishes we would order again. We also ordered a couple of Thai Teas. They were pretty middle-of-the-road compared with Thai teas we've had at other restaurants. One thing we actually appreciated was that they were a little less sweet than many other versions we've tried, which worked better for us. Overall, there were some hits and some more average dishes, but the portions were generous and the Crispy Pork Belly was definitely the standout of the meal.

Every bonchon was perfect and it being unlimited made me so happy. The intestine and tofu stew was the perfect amount of spicy, had a nice seafood base flavor, and had plenty of veggies and tofu in it. The squid dish was phenomenal and so so spicy. The beef was tender and sweet, I found myself licking the bones clean. The service was excellent, the woman that served us was very accommodating with our baby and made sure our bonchon was always full. I will absolutely be back and I'll be spreading the word about how delicious this place is! My only note would be, please put a changing table in the restroom. Both were perfectly seasoned and meat was juicy and tender, definitely one of the most delicious food we've had. The cucumber and fish cake banchan was also amazing. I couldn't stop eating! Besides the delicious food, their customer service was outstanding. We had a one year old with us and it felt like the ladies serving us anticipated our requests. They did many things without being asked. Some examples they provided plastic utensils, extra plates, extra Napkins. They even had a mini container on the table for us to put our bones and dirty Napkins in. When I dropped my chopstick the server was there with a new set right after I picked it up. When we ran out of Napkins, They immediately brought new ones all without being asked. These may seem like little gestures but goes along way for us. We dine out a lot and most of the time we have to ask for every little thing so this was very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

I ordered lunch yesterday through Uber Eats, and my delivery arrived neatly packaged and ready to enjoy, reflecting the restaurant's consistent attention to food, service, and presentation. The house salad was crisp and refreshing, while the piping-hot miso soup was savory and comforting. The spicy garlic edamame offered tender beans with a delicious kick, and the warm takoyaki was another standout. The Sun-Kissed Roll, with spicy crab, creamy avocado, and rich salmon, was exceptional and quickly became a favorite the first time I tried it. The Baja California Roll combined spicy tuna, cucumber, and buttery yellowtail, while the Hot Night Roll was packed with shrimp tempura, crab, spicy tuna, avocado, and a crunchy topping. They give you a lot of different salsas to choose from, which is nice, but the flavor should already be in the food--not something you have to create yourself with salsa. The marlin tostada tasted more like tinga than marlin. The mixta was watery and didn't have any noticeable lime or freshness to it. Overall, the seafood just didn't have the flavor I was expecting. Service: Service was extremely slow. It took forever for someone to come over and take our food order, and then we waited even longer for the food to actually arrive. Ambience: The atmosphere also felt off. The music was mostly pop and rock, which didn't really match the banda/norteño atmosphere you'd expect from a place like this. When you walk in, it also feels like everyone turns around and stares at you, which made it a little uncomfortable. The biggest issue was that in the middle of our meal, we were asked to move tables because a larger family was coming in. That was really inappropriate. Once customers are seated and already eating, they shouldn't be inconvenienced to accommodate another party. Between the bland food, slow service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and being moved during our meal, the overall experience just wasn't good. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back based on this visit.

However, our waiter immediately discouraged me from ordering the Tacos Gobernadorbecaise they don't sell alacart, which was disappointing. The taquitos plate was heavily smothered with no beanswith no flaver, which overpowered the different protein flavors and made the dish taste somewhat bland. A side of guacamole or crema would have helped balance the flavors and improve the overall presentation. My daughter ordered the enchilada plate, and to our surprise, it didn't come with beans and rice. This was the first time we've ever been served enchiladas without those traditional sides. The price difference to add them was less than $1, so it was difficult to understand why they weren't included. Oh, and one of the TVs showing the soccer game was about 15 minutes behind the others. LOL. Window blinds were off balance and paper material making the place feel cheap. It's a shame because the issues I mentioned seem relatively easy to fix. Addressing them would go a long way toward improving the overall dining experience. I do admit that the other dishes we tried had very good flavor and I may come and try again in a few months... Ambiance needs improvement, it feels like a cenaduria.. eat and leave. But then again I was there at 11am
