The staff here are very kind and attentive. Pleasantly surprised! We came with a large party and ordered several dishes including pad kee mao, pad thai, pad see ew, shrimp fried rice, yellow curry, chicken skewers, and papaya salad, and tom yum soup. After bookmarking Ari's Thai Eatery, I wanted to give it a try since I was craving Thai food. I ordered via phone and was advised it would take about 20 minutes for the order to be ready. I got there around 5 pm and it wasn't too busy at the time. The parking lot is shared with other businesses and was moderately full at the time. For the pickup, food was ready by the time I got there. There was a small hiccup with the payment system but only took a few minutes to resolve. Utensils and sauces were available at the front counter. American Express is accepted as an option. Pad Thai - This was pretty good and leaned towards the sweet side. They included a lime, which helped balanced the flavors. I got the dish with fried tofu in hopes of complementing the next dish. Crying Tiger - This order came with a papaya salad, which I acknowledged over the phone. Unfortunately this was a huge miss. I asked to prepare it as medium rare but some pieces were completely raw. I needed to microwave this at home to ensure it was cooked through further. The flavor itself was also just okay. The worst part was that the entire dish was not cut at all; I needed to do that myself. This was a huge letdown especially considering the price of the order. Found this place which opened only last April 2026. The open concept of the dining area is very inviting. Only a small place but they have several tables. They even have a bar seating area. They have authentic Thai food menu. The servers are also very welcoming. They have TV on one wall which is also good for those who would like to watch sports while eating. But then I remembered that they opened a sister restaurant called Ari's that I've been wanting to visit. We decided to come here since the menu is the same and I knew that the wait would be substantially shorter than the DB location (always a wait there). Distance from my house is only a little bit further than Basil & Co, so no problem there. The vibe and decor is the same as the DB location and I think seats the same number of customers. Came here for dinner with my girlfriends and after our entree, the waiter handed us a dessert menu but never came back. It wasn't until I heard the waiter talking to another table that it was their last call for the kitchen that I had to flag him down to let him know that we wanted to order desserts. Was I brought here by fate, or was it a mere coincidence that I ended up here? Either way, I was happy that I tried it. The dumplings had amazing texture throughout and I loved the crunchy garnish and fresh cucumber. The Drunken Noodles were your typical drunken noodles-- delicious with fresh ingredients. Had tried neither but fate brought me here due to last minute plan changes...and sometimes, fate has a thing or two up its sleeve. Maybe three dishes up its sleeve. I tried a variety of dishes off their menu: Combo Pad Thai: 5/5 Although a little on the sweeter side, the pad thai was still packed with flavor. I ordered it with combo meats (chicken, beef, and shrimp) but might stick to just the chicken and shrimp next time. The beef was just average. However the chicken was very tender in this dish! Panang Brisket: 3/5 The panang brisket was a little bit disappointing. While the curry itself was delicious and their roti had the perfect amount of crisp, the brisket was not as tender as I would have liked, and they had barely given us any curry. I would opt for just the regular panang curry next time. Still highly recommend the roti as the perfect airy and crispy pairing to the curry! Spicy Fried Rice: 5/5 I had ended up selecting the "Crazy Spicy" level (highest spice level) for this dish and it was the perfect choice! While I have a high spice tolerance the crazy spicy level still gave a good amount of kick. The fried rice paired well with the crispy pork and had a bold peppery flavor with a hint of freshness from the basil. Chicken Satay: 100000/5 The chicken satay I have had here is by far the best one I have ever had. The tenderness from the meat was something i've never experienced before when eating chicken satay and the peanut paste was super creamy. The thai cucumber salad also gave it a refreshing kick with the acidity from the rice vinegar. This dish is a must try at Ari's! Ari's Chicken Wings: 4/5 The sweet and savor glaze on the wings was solid, and the wings were not overdone or dry. However, I was hoping for the wings to be a little more crispy. My wife ordered the curry noodles and the chicken in it was incredibly delicious and juicy. It had perfectly grilled chicken that was very flavorful. She really enjoyed the broth and noodles overall. I had the chicken satay appetizer and it was excellent. Once again, the chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly grilled with great seasoning. It came with a rich peanut sauce on the side which added a creamy slightly sweet and savory flavor that really brought everything together. My buddy ordered the Panang curry medium spice, with beef tenderloin and rice, and it was rich, creamy, and very satisfying. We visited on Sunday, with a group of nine, for lunch and it was a very good experience. We had a reservation and were seated right away upon arrival. I would suggest reservations, it was quite crowded. The servers came by and took orders, they have a reasonable selection of beers. We started with many appetizers, including Pork Jerky, Calamari, and Wings. All were well prepared and tasty. From there we went with entrees including Hot Basil Seafood Combo, Chicken Fried Rice, and Red Curry. All were excellent. My favorite food critic, (the wife) and I finally made it to Ari's Thai. The ratings are the highest in our area and the reviews look promising. We were glad we did because the dining room, decor, food and service was top notch. The soup did not come out in the traditional hot pot style and that seemed odd. Holy crap! This is the best Thai food we've had in years, hands down! We had seen it passing by a few times and kept forgetting to try it. Had a wonderful experience dining at Ari's! We ordered the curry and the garden trout which came with a mango salad on top. The curry came with rice as well. The curry was super flavorful and fragrant. It had a sweeter taste to it but was delicious. Would highly recommend ordering the curry! The garden trout was also super yummy. It reminded me of a home cooked meal; felt nourishing. The trout was fried and had a mango salad on top. The mango salad paired well with the trout and it tasted fresh. The trout came with a green sauce to dip it in. The green sauce definitely added more flavor to the trout. Service was excellent. The servers there were all kind and attentive.
