Was craving something sweet so I went to Baskin-Robbins on arrow Highway it's clean and the attendant was very nice and accommodating. There are so many flavors to choose her and selections on whether you want shakes or scoops of ice cream with hot fudge, nuts, and whipped cream.. all the cakes looked absolutely delicious. Great customer service here. Their ice cream flavors are so good and that has so many! I recently came in to get a brownie sundae $9.49 + tax $0.90=$10.39 to go. There were about 3 people in front of me and I was in and out of there in 7-10 minutes. This time the young short girl with glasses helped me out. She was super kind and helpful. I can't wait to come back and try their specialty drinks or other ice cream flavors. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Brownie sundae - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - San Dimas, California

Went in to get some ice cream since we were in the area my grandchildren got to pick out the cutest little collaboration that they had dinosaurs and unicorns. They got to pick out their ice cream flavor and they loved it. Store was very clean. Customer service was very friendly I would definitely come back to this location. read more

This particular Baskin-Robbins location in a shopping plaza located in San Dimas was clean and spacious. I saw the promotion outside and couldn't resist a cold, creamy sweet Cappuccino Blast (made with ice cream and real coffee!). They are running a promotion where each size is $2 off. I got the small for $5 and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up that I needed. The small size portion was generous and enough for me. The staff member at the counter was friendly and kind. I was very happy with this impromptu stop I made that afternoon. It was an instant mood-boost! read more

You can never argue that there's a lack of variety at Baskin-Robbins. Such is the case with this location in San Dimas. There's not a lot to differentiate it from the rest of the other. BR locations, but that's not a bad thing. Service was quick, with two servers covering the front counter on the day of our visit, and both servers were pleasant as they worked in unison to complete our order. The decor is classic Baskin-Robbins with lots of festive posters advertising their seasonal fare and full display cases of cakes and pre-packaged goodies for purchase. As mentioned earlier, being that this is part of the BR franchise, you'll get what you expect. Don't forget to load up the kids to treat to a cone from here on a hot summer afternoon. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Two 2-Scoop Sundae (Chocolate Chip and Rocky Road under that whipped cream) - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - San Dimas, California

Ice cream is one of my favorite treat for a snack or dessert. Usually a sugar cone is my go to, but occasionally I will have a sundae or smoothie. Every December, I can't wait to have the Winter WHITE Chocolate flavor. We went to two locations and they didn't have it!! I did try a substitute flavor of MILK Chocolate Cherry Bark, it was tasty and had a nice crunch, but cannot compare! I came home, and called four locations, none have it. I was told it was not discontinued, though. Looks like I might have to wait 12 months. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Root beer float - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - San Dimas, California

It's right next door to Ocean Fish Grill and it's been a neighborhood staple for years. Baskin Robbins updates their flavors every now and then and there's always a new zany one that piques my curiosity. Their scoops are generous and heaving. I love their staff. They're efficient and friendly and don't get mad if I need to taste four or five flavors (and when I do, I always make it a point to buy something so I don't waste their time). I've bought ice cream cakes from them in the past for my son's birthday parties and they are such a hit! They don't melt too easily and aren't too sweet. We must protect this store at all costs! Let's patronize this place and make sure they continue to bless San Dimas with their sweet presence for decades to come. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Mint and chip 1 Scoop Sundae - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - San Dimas, California

Been to this location a couple of times, always tons of parking, tucked away in the corner, very clean store, not a ton of seating, if you have more than two you might not be able to sit together. No outdoor seating. Friendly helpful staff, lots of flavor, and prices as expected anywhere else. Would highly recommend and return. read more

To the young lady working at Baskin Robbins in the early afternoon of 6/29: Idk if you were scheduled for your shift to work by yourself by a clueless boss, or if the owner of this location is a cheap ass, or if people called off and you unfortunately had to work by yourself, but it's the middle of summer, so an ice cream spot is going to have a lot of foot traffic. It was busy but damn girl you handled it so professionally and efficiently. I just want to say thank you. I hope that your management recognizes your great work. read more

Very disappointed. I called in an order for a birthday cake on Thursday evening. I was assured it would be ready for Saturday afternoon. The girl who took my order but phone was pleasant and tried to be helpful, she gave me an e-mail that I could send a photo to them so they could decorate the cake with it. Prior to hanging up, the young lady, Emma, took down all the information. I did e-mail all the information (pick up date and time, type of ice cream and cake details, colors for the cake, the picture for the cake and even acknowledge the additional charge for a split cake in the body of the e-mail. I blind CC'd myself to ensure the e-mail went thru (which it did) and when I arrived I was told the e-mail was not received and that they tried to call, not 1 voice message was left, and the girl that was helping at the register had a grumpy attitude. I ended up coming out with a plain white cake with red writing and my son's name was not even spelled correctly. Instead of Nathan, they spelled NATAN. I gave 3 stars because at least the flavor of the cake was good and Emma was very nice. I will not be returning to this Baskin Robbins again. read more

Staff and atmosphere were great, but the 4 ice cream cups we ordered ( 4 different flavors), were icy...this means the product wasn't kept at the right temperature. The ice cream melted and refroze. Veterans Day is the paramount commemoration that we Americans are celebrating on this 11th day of the 11th month, and we honor the patriotic covenant of courage, loyalty, self- sacrifice, duty, and brotherhood which characterizes those who served in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard. Always remember these heroic citizens. It is also National Sundae Day, and no better place for satisfying your sweet touch can be found than the San Dimas branch of Baskin- Robbins. Because I value frozen confectionery concoctions, served by convivial scoop- sentinels, this is my second office. Besides the blissful explosion of flavor which was this Veterans Day sundae, I also took home a delightful triple - scoop bowl of Strawberry Shortcake, Cotton Candy, and Raspberry Sorbet, with gummi worms and M & Ms. Could real Heaven be a better place to be? read more
