Egg Waffle- looks just like the display

I stop into Yoxi Tea Time from time to time, mostly for their amazing avo cuddle smoothie! It's honestly my favorite and the main reason I keep coming back. So good every time along with pleasant service. I've tried some of the food as well, and while the popcorn chicken didn't quite hit the mark for me (hence the four stars), the bubble waffle was a standout and absolutely delicious! The space has a laid back vibe, and they even have games available to play, which makes it a fun, relaxed spot to hang out. If you're in Old Town Covina, it's definitely worth giving them a try.

PARKING: Plenty of street parking as far as I can tell. It is a 2hr limit from 8AM to 8PM so be careful! SEATING: Plenty of seating here. There's about 7 tables here for friends to hang out. There's arcade games and board games as well. Pretty cute inside with lots of seasonal decorations! SERVICE: The kiosk was self serve! The bobarista behind the counter did welcome me and told me to have a good day after I left! FOOD: I got the almond milk tea (25% sweetness and regulat ice) and it was still a bit too sweet for me. I did get the pudding so that may have been one why it was sweeter than I wanted. However, the drink tasted like my childhood which I loved. Every sip was so yummy! OVERALL: If I'm in the area, I'd swing by and grab a drink but I wouldn't come out of my way because it is quite far from me right now!

Tarolicious ($5.75) with Boba (additional 75 cents) - Milky, Chill, and lightly Sweet.

Yoxi Teatime (Covina) is affordable, satisfactory, and functional. I ordered the Tarolicious ($5.75) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's a fairly large beverage. The first sip tasted like crushed ice and milk. The second sip tasted like syrup from its fresh mini boba. And the following sip tasted like very faint taro. Yoxi Teatime (Covina) is generous with its bouncy, fresh, miniature boba but its overall drink felt budget-oriented. The taro paste tasted extremely conservative. Yoxi Teatime (Covina) is satisfactory. The location is functional for studying and laptop work. The location's floors and tables are clean; it has free wifi internet with password; it has a gender-neutral customer restroom; the music is upbeat and light; and it has a couple electric sockets for electronic devices. Unfortunately, Yoxi Teatime (Covina) does not go above-and-beyond. The door is left open, so I noticed several flies repeatedly flying inside and outside. The windows had small bits of webs, and I observed two tiny fruit flies dancing on the window. The "Game Section" was subpar; its arcade game is charming, but the Jenga box looked dingy and incomplete. When I had arrived (around 12:20PM), Yoxi Teatime (Covina) felt hot and stuffy. Staff only turned on their air ventilation after noticing a customer had arrived. Eventually, the location began to air out. In other words, Yoxi Teatime (Covina) felt like a location that's actively trying to be frugal. Regarding service, the cashier (receipt said Sunny) is helpful and friendly. Sunny is also very welcoming and hardworking. The drink took three minutes and 26 seconds. Fast! Overall, Yoxi Teatime (Covina) offers competitively priced, large portioned beverages. The ingredients and location appears somewhat frugal, but it's a great option for college students or customers looking to work on their devices. It's an affordable, functional, and satisfactory experience. 4 out of 5

First time here and it did not disappoint. Stevie was extremely helpful and her recommendation was great! The Brown Sugar Milk Tea was delicious. Vibe is kid friendly and open.

I do like a place with an ordering kiosk! This place is cute with nice decor. The service was great. I got the oreo chocolate smoothie. It was just okay. A bit too sweet and didn't have an oreo taste. It mostly tasted like store packaged chocolate mix. Perhaps it's not the specialty drink here and I ordered wrong. But it was featured on the screen. I likely won't return but willing to give it another chance if the opportunity comes up.

The BEST strawberry matcha latte i've ever had!! I tried this over a year ago and used to get it often and it was delicious. They have a variety of other great drinks as well that my grandkids love, the staff are always friendly and the place has cool gadgets and things to look at while you wait. I miss this place and will definitely come back soon.

I come here on weekends for their Tarolicious blended drink with the crystal boba. So fresh, and so good! We love that the taro paste is freshly made, and 50% sweetness is perfect.

Very nice place for boba and drinks, I wanted a sweet drink after a heavy lunch. They also offer meals and snacks, but I only wanted to order a milk tea boba. I saw a sign outside of their special santa drink so I got that as well. I ordered with the staff since I was curious what the Santa special was and they said it's a special strawberry milkshake. Given that I ordered a strawberry drink, I might as well order the milk tea matcha to go with the festive colors and complimentary flavors. I asked for boba in each of them. The place has an arcade game machine, a claw machine, and even games near the entrance you can grab to the table to play! We had some fun with the games they had before our drinks were ready. The staff were very friendly and the place is nice to hang around. I'd like to try their food next time I come!

Finding a good boba place in Glendora can be a challenge, but I'm thrilled to have discovered a spot that not only delivers but excels. Their tapioca pearls are perfectly soft, warm, and savory, served in custom-made milk teas where you can choose your preferred sugar and ice levels. This month, they're offering a fantastic anniversary promotion--buy one, get one free--so I've had the chance to sample a wide variety of their drinks. Some of my favorites include the Avocado Smoothie, Oreo Chocolate Smoothie, Mango Green Tea Slushie, Watermelon Green Tea Slushie, Dragon Fruit Green Tea Slushie, and the Tropical Paradise. What really sets this place apart is the quality of the ingredients. Unlike many places that rely on powders and artificial flavors, this shop uses real fruit, which makes a huge difference in taste. If you're in the area and love boba, I highly recommend giving this place a try! My kids love to come here to drink while playing uno and various board games there.

I had the Jasmine Milk Tea w/ Crystal Boba and it was very refreshing! The Regular Boba Tea is just as good. Ill definitely be back especially because I can do some work here w/ free parking in the back! Highly recommend! Plus! They have food and snacks (but I haven't tried qny of it yet). Try it!

Super Fruit Tea, Tarolicious, & Lychee Green tea w/ Lychee Jelly
    Angela C.

Cute boba place in the heart of downtown Covina on Citrus. They have a spacious dining area and looked like it was a former frozen yogurt shop. Decor was very cute and they still had Christmas decorations up. In addition to drinks, they offer bubble waffles, avocado toasts, and a variety of fried snacks. Order at the counter or kiosk. I got the Tarolicious (available only on weekends), the super fruit tea, and the lychee green tea with lychee jelly. All the drinks came out really good. The Tarolicious was not the typical powdered taro that other places use, but rather a house made taro paste that's smeared in the cup. It was tasty and I really enjoyed it (once you mix up the taro with the rest of the drink). The super fruit tea was refreshing and at the perfect level of sweetness at 70% sweet. The lychee drink is not on the menu but rather a "custom drink". There was only one girl working when I was there and I saw a constant flow of people coming in to order, so naturally it took a while for my drink to come out. Not sure if that's their normal staffing l, but I would recommend that if you're in a rush, ask to see how long it will take to get your drink. They also have a private party space available in the back, contact them for pricing and availability. Check in on Yelp to get 15% off your order!

    Strawberry lemonade and Tiger Stripes
    Janice M.

Cute little tea lounge. They have a good variety of milk teas, lemonades, specialty drinks and snacks. Daughter and I ordered drinks only, she got the Tiger Stripes and I ordered the strawberry lemonade. You can pick your ice level, and your sweetness level. Both drinks were very refreshing. There was only one girl working the counter and making the drinks, so it did take a little while but that's okay we weren't in any hurry.

The splash of ube fails to add any considerable taste. I arrived at Mizuri (West Covina) on Wednesday (around 11:02AM - near opening time). It's located inside the West Covina Mall (aka: Plaza West Covina). Parking is simple since the mall's lot is huge. I quickly found a spot inside the parking structure. Mizuri (West Covina) is located on the ground floor, underneath the Food Court. This business is wedged between JC Penny & the escalators. Staff is polite and quiet. There's no self-service kiosk, so customers must order at counter. Staff quickly answered my questions and provided a respectful demeanor. My drink took two minutes and 24 seconds. Fast! As mentioned, the Flavored Matcha - Ube ($7.50 - Large - 24oz) tasted boring. The brief ube flavor is appreciated; the quality of its matcha is enjoyed; and the portion is thirst-quenching. Unfortunately, its flavors felt watered down. The sweetness or addictive twist felt lacking. As it is, it currently embodies the stereotype of "mall drink." Concerning ambiance, Mizuri (West Covina) is a stall. There's no music, and it's very clean. Fortunately, this business is extremely fortunate with its location since there's nine nearby tables. There's even four electrical outlets near the brown table! I even saw usb ports for charging. The mall also provides free internet for guests. There's no restroom, but a brisk journey up the escalator will lead customers to the nearby Food Court's restroom. There's surprising utility by Mizuri (West Covina)! Overall, Mizuri (West Covina) is not bad. However, as of now, it's extremely unmemorable. Hopefully the drinks improve with time. 3 out of 5
