Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks! I have sensitive teeth so I don't like ice in my drinks. I always order cold brew, no ice. This location is the ONLY ones that the cold brew is perfect temp for me! So I'm always disappointed when I order it from other SB's and it's never the right temp for me. This location --bar none --one of the best in the area. I am 1 of sbux best customers I go minimum 1 time each day. The staff is quick and reliable, they're smart too. My drinks always correct and perfect right now it's the iced sugar cookie latte sub almond milk. Also a pink drink very light splash of coconut milk no inclusions and a trenta ice water. This location needs major help, can't say I've seen another Starbucks as bad as this one. You walk in, it's slow and the tables/floor/displays etc is filthy. So bad, that I wanted to leave asap and only ended up getting a tea for my daughter. You need a code to use restroom, the trash was overflowing in here, looks like no one has cleaned since they have opened. No soap in restroom and no sanitizer in dispenser. Who's running this place? So sad because I always look forward to going inside of a Starbucks because of how clean they are and how much pride they used to take in service. read more

Let's be honest here: if you've been to one - you've been to them all. So, when I decide whether to review a Starbucks location - it really boils down to service and cleanliness. Like some other reviewers, I, too, was excited about this new location just off the 1604/I-10 interchange. However, the layout is strange. It seems they were going for the "open concept" with the high ceilings and general layout, but totally screwed up when they placed the countertops. There seems to be way too much room behind the counter - minimizing the seating room for customers in the shop. Tell me I'm wrong. The other thing about the layout of this location is the drive-thru. Who are these people planning the drive thru designs? If there at the wrong time - and - god forbid you want to actually go in the store for human interaction - the line from the drive-thru blocks all traffic in and out of the main parking area. I've literally been stranded in my parked car - waiting for some lazy "drive-thur-ian" to let me out... Most recently - just got in line with the sheep, and waited over 20 minutes before even ordering. WAY. TOO. SLOW. The few times I've been inside the last few months = one bathroom always out of order, the one that is functioning is disgusting, and absolutely no open seating. Wish they'd go back to locations with no drive-thru. read more

Smells new! I guess blonde wood is now a thing because this new starbucks has it throughout. Standard highway-side layout including one of those big community tables so bring your extended fam, and pray it's available. Some parking in front with more a little ways towards the back. Lots of big windows with a great view of the brand new CircleK right next door. Service wasnt exactly up to par, but it seems like this place is still getting on its feet. And that smell, it's furniture off-gassing, google it for a fun time! read more

Got a chance to try the Cascara Nitro Brew coffee. Amazing flavor and smooth taste similar to a fine lager. Drink it exactly as served if you enjoy fine coffees with great complexity. It's even a bit citrusy! Great way to wake up in the morning! One warning is that it has so much caffeine that they only serve it in tall or grande sizes. Avoid drinking it all all costs any time afterwards or you'll be bouncing off your rocker read more

This is a new location by my apartment. We were super excited for it. We've been here countless times because it's so convenient but they're so slow. Off to a solid start. A very nice store -- went in the whee hours of the morning after they opened and they were on it! Super friendly and fast service. Two small suggestions: (1) the sprinklers were on when I came and they are all around the ordering menu screen which means they fire at (and in my case into) vehicles parked in front of the speaker ordering (2) not sure how often trains come by but this is literally right next to the track and I imagine that could present an issue with hearing people -- maybe installing something to deflect that sound. read more

I ordered two plain coffees. One with cream and sugar. One with sugar only. I received two coffees, both with cream and NO sugar. How difficult is it to get that right? On top of that, both coffees are lukewarm. This is supposed to be a Starbucks! Perhaps the employees should try their own coffee. SAD. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Products are good, service is slow. Does not matter if there are 10 people in front of you or 2 it takes at least 20 mins for your drink.
