My kids absolutely love the hot chocolate from here. We have tried the hot chocolate at multiple places and this by far, hands down is the best. Actually tastes good and made right. No watery. My daughter now drinks the larger cups of hot chocolate. If you mention it's for a kid they make it warm not extremely hot where they can burn their tongues. The place is so clean but the drive through is always fast as well and they are friendly. Glad they are so close to us! read more

Why give out customer appreciation cards offering 2 dollar drinks and now you have no two dollar drinks. I would not sit in here and drink a cup of coffee for the simple reason that this place is dirty. There are at least six young, energetic employees hanging out, laughing, having loud conversations enjoying the music yet the place is dirty. Not one person cleaning up the dirty tables with coffee stains, sweeping up the dirty floor with crumbs all over, the floor rug mat has not been vacuumed in n days. Customer service, knowledge of what's in stock, knowledge of the menu all need improvement at this establishment. The baristas were clueless. I was asked to give my order at the window versus the speaker box. When I finally drove up to the window I was blankly stared at.. she finally asked what I wanted, I ordered two iced coffees with hazelnut and half-and-half and asked what pastries they had. She responded with "I don't know I'd have to look.." she then repeated my order incorrectly (2 lattes).. I reminded her of my correct order and then the 2nd barista entered it all in to the register and asked if I still wanted a pastry... There was no posted pastry menu/ list and no one told me anything of what was available.. $18 and change later I got my 2 iced coffees and a muffin... over priced mehh coffee. read more

Thankfully I was able to make it out here for their grand opening at the new nacogdoches location! I honestly had not heard of them before they started building at that corner but did some research and heard they had fantastic coffee, thankfully it held up to the standard set by all of the great reviews. The staff was out in full force and they were all extremely friendly despite being extremely busy. They gave me a quick rundown of what their best drinks were, which I ended up ordering and they even made a different one for my daughter who is a bit finicky LOL I absolutely plan to take advantage of all of the cool specials they have going on this week to celebrate their opening. Never tried the food or drinks and never will. I guess if you're going to get service you don't go inside the store because you're going to stand there and be ignored for 15 minutes while the workers tend to the drive through and ignore the customers inside the store. Why do they have such a big seating area if they don't want to attend to customers that would like to sit down and eat inside the restaurant? Zero stars. read more

I've come for coffee several times since moving to the area, and have always used the drive through. They can be a little bit slow in the drive through line. I always order a Mexican mocha and it's been delicious every time. I've ordered them both hot and iced before. The prices are definitely high, and that's considering that I make no milk substitutions or extra additions to my drink. It's worth a try if you're in the area and need a coffee, but it's not worth going out of your way for. read more

As evidenced by the history of my Yelp account, it is rare that I give an establishment 2 stars. I really wanted to like this place. The first time I came in, I was pretty content with it overall. That first visit, my coffee was too sweet but I chalked that up to having ordered a White Mocha. This second time, though, rubbed me the wrong way. It started off alright. The two people ahead of me (they matter to the story later on) didn't quite know what they wanted, and I didn't either, so we all hung around looking at the menu until we decided. They went ahead of me, as is the right order of things, and ordered an Iced White Mocha, an IV, and a kolache. When it was my turn to order, I asked for an Iced Coffee with coconut milk which seemed like a request they probably have heard before, as they have drip coffee on the menu. The person taking my order asked "a latte?" And understanding a latte as being espresso and steamed milk, I said "no, I don't want my milk steamed, do you have just iced coffee?" She said yes and I said "ok, can I just have the iced coffee with coconut milk poured in it then". She agreed and charged me. I used a coupon I had for 1.50 off and it came out to $5.00. I thought that $6.50 for a coffee with some alt. milk was steep but it was a fancy coffee place so I didn't think about it too much. After a few minutes, I heard from the counter, "White Mocha, Coconut Milk Latte, and an IV with a kolache". Both me and the two people before me walked up to pick up our drinks, and when we got up there it *looked* fairly obvious which was our respective drinks, because there was one coffee that looked very pale, one coffee by itself, and one coffee with a kolache leaning on it. BUT, here's the kicker, we all agreed to ask which drinks belonged to whom. I'm glad we did. When the employee told us which one belonged to each of us, they handed me the coffee with the kolache leaning against it, and even said "This is the Coconut Milk Latte". What didn't make logical sense to me is assuming we would sus that out ourselves, since I didn't order a kolache. If we didn't ask, I would have picked up the darker one without the kolache. And not to spoil the story but I think the one I would have picked up WAS the right one. I didn't make it, though, so I trusted the person who did, because why wouldn't I? I took my coffee back to my seat, and began to work. I took a sip of my coffee and it was VERY sweet, like ridiculously so. I typically don't have much sugar in my diet so I know my palate is skewed, but this was sweeter than the white mocha I had the first time here. It's not like I'll die having a sugar blast here or there, though. I can treat myself. Something was telling me the coconut milk would not have added that much sugar. I took my drink back up to the counter and asked if their lattes have sweetener in them. The person behind the counter confirmed they do not usually, but went to ask their coworker who made the drink if they put sweetener in it anyway, which I appreciated. The co-worker said no. So I said "I guess the coconut milk is really sweet?" My fault was in not asking what the sugar content of the coconut milk was or telling them to take a little bit to taste, either with a straw (like we did when I bartended) or a cup, or maybe just asking for a new one myself, because that was the end of all the help I received on the matter. I know the saying "assuming makes an a$$ out of you and me but as someone who worked in customer service my whole life, I assumed there would be more help than that. Maybe I'm pushing for too much, but not even a "can we make you another one?" I know it's sucks to waste product. I hate it too, but man, maybe just do that next time. I'm here now writing you a 2 star review because the coffee sucked. Actually, I can't even say that because I didn't taste coffee. I tasted straight sugar! I'm not trying to be an asshole, it was baaaaad. And the general vibe when I asked about the coffee made me feel like an inconvenience for even having to gone up there in the first place. It honestly felt like I had to take their word for it. I ended up not drinking the coffee, sans 3 or 4 sips. So I just decided to close up my work and go home. I tossed the coffee and left. I'll just go to Dutch Bros next time. tl;dr was probably given the wrong coffee, staff wasn't very helpful about. All they did was confirm they didn't put sweetener in a coconut milk latte, and they call a regular coffee with milk, a "latte". Not mad about the last one, but just something you should know if you go. read more

Finally a coffee place in this neighborhood. Coffee is good or at least the Mexican Mocha I got though it could use a bit more spicy cinnamon to make and a bit less sweetener. It's sure very difficult to find a good spicy Mexican coffee these days that doesn't taste like Cinnamon Toast Cereal. However I would have given it a better rating except for the fact the how extremely cold it is inside and that the music, which was not a pleasant genre itself, is way to load. Today was my first visit at this location and Emilia ( maybe Amilia) was super kind and answered every question I had, she was attentive and very welcoming. Belle however, was rude and dismissive. I was not greeted and stood there waiting while she stood talking to what seemed to be a friend that stopped by, rather than being kind and taking my order or at-least acknowledging my presence. She was hostile and passed me off to Emilia immediately once I asked if the girl she was speaking to had already ordered. Her customer service needs work. All in all, Emilia's customer service saved the day. The coffee bar is super cute, super clean & has great drinks. Hopefully belle may have just been having a bad day. :) read more

I'm shocked that this particular location has 4 rating. I visited BRC today and was highly disappointed. The coffee was very watery and no flavoring at all. It was water, Oatmilk and a hint of coffee. To top it off it's more expensive than a Starbucks latte. IMO...not worth the stop for coffee at least. read more

I'm the kind of dude that appreciates all coffee. Anything from Dazbog to Yuban to Army coffee to Starbucks to Tayst. I am super excited to have a coffee place near by that doesn't have a quarter mile drive-tru line. I have tried their regular drip coffee, I loved it. Smooth and great taste. No creamer, just straight black. Excellent. Second time I tried the Mexican Mocha and it was almost flavorless, just a tiny hint of Mexican hot chocolate but also very (too) sweet. My companion got a peppermint bark latte and same thing, way too sweet. Undrinkable. I went home and made my own coffee and used my Mexican Mocha as creamer. As I poured it into my cup, I noticed all the Mexican chocolate was settled at the bottom of the cup. Did they even stir it? I don't think they did... For the price, $13 for two poorly made drinks, I don't think I'll be back too often. Maybe for the drip coffee if I'm ever near by. They really need to slow down and get it together. Quality control seems to be lacking there. There's more to being a good barista than hip colored hair, tattoos, and oversized piercings. Have some pride in your product. And turn down the music. When I went inside I had to yell my order to the cashier. Now I wish it would have been a Starbuck's or Caribou Coffee instead. The Irish cream coffee is wonderful. It is on the pricey side of coffee but it worth it for the taste.

Do the drinks on the favorites menu have espresso in them? We ordered an Irish coffee and a caramel truffle and what we received had not even a hint of coffee flavor. They looked and tasted like milk and chocolate milk. Based on those two drinks, I would say this place is for folks who like sweet milky drinks versus actual coffee or espresso. This is my EVERY weekend treat, I absolutely love this place. The people are amazing, they're fun and the environment is great. What I really struggle and get disappointed with every time is the lids don't lock on the cups right and I would say a solid 80% of the time end up spilling coffee in my car.. sometimes just drops and others it literally floods out of the cup through the lid sides. Today in particular it was so bad that it almost ruined my wireless charger and now my cup holders don't pop out because it's sticky in the mechanism. A little disappointing because now it's something that we have to contemplate if it's worth the hassle when we go. read more

I have been to this new location on Nacogdoches a few times now. I usually get the drip coffee and fix it up myself. Today I tried the drive thru and the hot Blackout coffee (Hazelnut and mocha) I told them I don't like sweet and they offered it at half sweet. At the window I could tell that they must be training multiple people. Got my scalding hot coffee with no sleeve and it was absolutely burning my hand. It's 20 degrees tonight so that's saying something. I tasted it before driving off and it tasted like pure sugar. Disgusting. I asked the person at the window and she told me it was half sweet. I mean this was so thick with sugar it would turn into syrup if anything else was added. Completely disappointed. I got home and made a pot of Folgers coffee and I'm using it as a sweetener. Giving 3 stars because the drip coffee I have had a few times has good flavor. If you are looking to order exactly what they gave then you might not be disappointed.
