Cool New York modern vibe! Like a coffee den for the in crowd. They have rare coffees and items not available at regular Starbucks! I got the juniper latte to go which they serve in a nice reusable plastic cup with a lid and straw hole. It's bold coffee flavor and hint of pine makes it a good wintery holiday treat! $5.50 for the tall (small) but similar in strength to an expresso on ice (which I got) or Vietnamese Sweet iced coffee minus the condensed milk. Pretty array of pastries and snacks. Seating and decor and free WiFi are awesome! Been wanting to try a reserve location and this place does not disappoint! Located in the new Legacy West shopping center across from the Mac store! I will come back and try the cold brew malt (icecream and coffee $8.50) next time! read more

Starbucks - Juniper latte! Recommended! Holiday flavor exclusive to Starbucks reserve! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Plano, Texas

I don't know why but I always feel fancier when I go to a Starbucks Reserve store vs a regular Starbucks. But I love this one because it's close to my office and when I do a mobile order, it's always waiting for me and at the perfect temperature! I just wish parking were a little easier for mobile order/grab and go customers. read more

I was so excited to hear that the Starbucks reserve had opened in Plano. Once you enter the store you can see the difference. it's large it's beautiful it looks like a big study or library. Everyone is quietly sitting minding their own business or chatting quietly. The menu is a little different but the barista's are so nice and answer all your questions. I ordered the hazelnut Bianco latte and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back again and try some other drinks. It is a little bit pricey but I feel that it is worth it. read more

My fiance and I were staying in the area and we met up with our realtor here. I knew this was a "specialty" Starbucks location so I wasn't sure if I could order my usual green tea latte here. However, I checked my Starbucks app and I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was able to order it! We sat outside for a bit, and I went inside to pick up my order. When you walk inside, you will immediate see how the Starbucks Reserve store is different from other Starbucks. It really is like an upscale Starbucks. Bar seating, specialty food and drink items, affogatos, and more. You still order at the front and seat yourself (haha) and get your usual Starbuck drinks here, but the atmosphere is very sophisticated. Overall, this was a pretty cool Starbucks to check out! I'm not a big coffee buff, but it's nice to know this place exists and that I could still get my basic-girl Starbucks drinks here. I'm sure I will be a frequent visitor once I start at WeWork next month (which is right next door!) read more

Cool but not as impressive as the original Starbucks Reserve I've been to in Seattle. Unlike the one in Seattle, this place doesn't really focus on *experience*. When we went in, I wasn't very impressed with the place. It's super crowded (because of the number of people and also because the space isn't that big) and a little disorganized. We had trouble finding the line since there were so many people and there isn't really anywhere to wait for your drink after you ordered. As a result, the line for drinks and the line waiting to get drinks were meshed together. They also took a while to get drinks out. The only cool thing about this place is that it has special drinks that you can't get at a normal Starbucks. They have special cups with the reserve logo too. I felt like the Reserve in Seattle set the bar really high, and to also call this place a Reserve is underwhelming. read more

This store is absolutely amazing, not only because of the excellent, rare coffees they offer; but also because of the wonderful staff. They are impossibly nice, patient, and knowledgeable. They will help you find the perfect drink for your tastes, and I guarantee a normal, non-reserve Starbucks will never feel the same, and I doubt any other reserve store could compare to the amazing staff. I would name the best ones, but there are too many to name. If you ever have the pleasure of visiting this fantastic location, I have no doubt in my mind that you will never want to leave. read more

Very fun to find a Reserve location here in Plano, Texas at the Legacy West shopping area. It was fascinating to watch the coffee masters make our coffees! They offer all that a typical Starbucks does but costs a tad more. So many styles that it's a coffee event more than a typical Starbucks run. The decor is sleek and polished with ample seating inside and out. Try the siphon coffee, it's fascinating to sit at the bar and learn more about the ancient technique as they make it. This location is in a shopping area so very little parking at the door. Most walk in from the parking deck just behind it or their hotel. Very courteous staff and manager. read more

The reserve bar is awesome, the store is cute and the employees are great .. I love the reserve espresso, it's definitely strong and gives you that boost of energy that's why they got a 4 star , it's definitely worth the $6 I paid for it .. after a few sips you definitely notice it , good quality espresso beans .. it was slow to get your coffee the first few days especially on the weekend but I didn't mind because they just opened and they where getting situated .. after you place an order they bring your coffee to you with water .. I like the place .. ohh and they have ice cream too which is good with the reserve espresso read more

This is the new fancy Starbucks Reserve in Legacy West. I love it. It is beautiful inside. They have a big wood beautiful bar you can sit at and watch the baristas. They have nitro cold brew on tap. They have some really cool brewing methods, like the siphon. The baristas are very nice and know their craft, just like a bartender. They have a few other drinks that a regular starbucks doesn't have. They have ice cream drinks, affogato's. They have specialty coffee beans. I had the iced hazelnut bianco latte. I want to try the vanilla creme anglaise macchiato next. The siphon coffee looks cool, and a must try also. It is more expensive than other starbucks, but it's worth it to treat yourself occasionally. They still have the regular menu too. We need one up here by Union Park on hwy 380. read more

Initially, when I was just reading the reviews and saw the one star review below, I was actually a bit surprised. After visiting it, it's really true though. It's not like the other Starbucks Reserve I've visited. They don't explain anything or offer you a menu. Nothing special at all. Even the drinks are not that worth it. If you are expecting the Starbucks Reserve experience that you had visited elsewhere, this is not the place. It is just a Starbucks like any other Starbucks. It falls way below that a reserve should be. And also, you won't get any of the special reserve cups... you see most people sitting getting just water..... read more

I LOVE this Starbucks Reserve! This Starbucks has a completely different look than your typical neighborhood Starbucks. Located in Legacy West near tons of shops and restaurants. If you have time, I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar area to enjoy being served coffee in a real glass! Also the baristas have a huge area for making drinks. Overall this is an amazing Starbucks location. My drinks are always delicious and every barista is always there to greet you with a warm smile. My only suggestion would be that it should be a little bigger because it is usually pretty crowded. read more

very good starbucks reserve system. The interior of the store is perfect, and the staff's friendliness is supreme. + dark chocolate mocha is very good :) Maybe I will come every day! read more

This is such an awesome coffee shop. People who come here are inspiring and full of life. It's a vibe of confidence. And you get the best reserve coffee. I'm personally hooked to the nitro. It's like beer coffee. This place is almost always full so be prepared to wait. But it should be on everyone's places to go in Plano. read more

This is such a neat place! This is a Starbucks Reserve location, which is apparently something special. It is huge inside, yet the decor and color scheme make it feel very intimate and close. The warm golds, blacks and natural wood takes you to a luxury coffee shop, the high ceilings make it feel light and airy, and the options of the reserve coffee is very neat. They have roasts that aren't available at regular starbucks locations, and there are special reserve baristas that work on those drinks exclusively. You can get a coffee flight, which is a neat option for those wanting something new. Three types of coffee, and you can tell the barista what you like, and they'll put something together for you. Super neat! Perfect date night, or just a cool place to visit. read more

Second time here today, but my fort rime ordering anything. Ordered the Vanilla Crème Anglaise Machiato... it was PERFECT. The vibe is is great. A bit "fancy" for my taste but you can't deny it's cool factor. I'll be back for sure. read more

Finally made my way to the Starbucks Reserve and I was in awe. I went early morning on a weekday before the sun came up and the crowd wasn't there, so that's nice. It's not as big as you think but it is roomy and spacious inside. You make your way to the back of the store and they have small menus you can look at and a giant menu with all the favorites at the top behind the register. Once you order, you can take a seat and just admire how different this Starbucks is compared to all the other ones. I got the Iced Vanilla Crème Anglaise Macchiato to-go and when it was ready, the barista actually brought out my drink for me with a straw. Another neat thing is that if you get your drink iced and to-go, it'll come out in a special reusable to-go up with their logo on it. The drink was delicious. It's a little pricey but I feel like it's worth it because it's a special drink and it comes in a reusable cup. Call me overrated but I think it's definitely worth a visit if you haven't gone already. They brew their coffee differently depending on what you order and it's just nice that the baristas put more thought and time into your order. And what makes it better? It's located in the new Legacy West so you can either sit and enjoy your coffee in the store or take a stroll around and see what else they have to offer around there. It's a win win really. read more

What a cool concept! Went to nearby IKEA with my husband and was looking for the closest place to get coffee. This was my first time visiting a Starbucks Reserve location. As a very frequent customer of regular Starbucks stores, it was fun seeing the different concept. The menus were completely different and they change seasonally. The store design was unique, too. It felt much more like a bar that serves coffee instead. I got a drink that had more complex flavors, including lemon, vanilla and cinnamon notes. I didn't know how well that combination would work, but the execution was delicious. I've been thinking about that drink ever since and wondering if I can come up with an excuse to drive back to Plano soon... read more

Starbucks Reserve is amazing, this place varies in the sense that they offer a small variety of drinks different from Starbucks. The customer service is great and so is the overall presentation of this place. They have their own fancy cups to go and dine in which is pretty neat. My favorite drink is the house affogato ( which I was told is sweeter) than the affogato. It is the best thing since rootbeer floats, because it's pretty much a coffee float. It's so creamy, yet it still has its strong taste in coffee. I definitely recommend the house affogato if you stop to check this place out. read more

Great location, it is right next to the parking garage in legacy west. You can order regular drink just like you order drink in a regular Starbucks (even there is no menu for it). On top of that, there is a Starbucks reserve menu which are the specialty drink, like coffee brewed from vacuum pot. If you enjoy people brewing coffee in front of you, this is definitely the place read more

Delicious coffee, awesome experience, slightly overpriced. But still a great place to experience. The coffee is smooth and well roasted. Brewed to perfection, the baristas know what they're doing! Nice ambiance but disappointing service... not worth a 14-minute wait for a warmed cookie they were out of to begin with.

I love going here. Such a nice atmosphere and cool baristas. It's always busy other than the morning so remember that.

Place has virtually no seating and drinks take significantly longer than a regular Starbucks. So many people waiting for their drinks that people are practically on top of the people sitting down. Virtually no seating. Drinks seem to take about 15 minutes to be ready. Come here to try a different experience, but don't expect a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee. read more

I was really impressed. Definitely enjoyed the coffee shop vibe, much better than your regular Bucks. The Cold Brew Malt was phenomenal, perfect dessert drink. My friends were all happy with there drinks as well. It was cool being able to see your drink being made and being educated on the beans. I'll definitely be returning. read more

I've been here twice and already a big fan. They designed the place so well, it looks really classy and modern. I tried the Hazlenut Bianco Latte the first time, and The Melrose the second time. Hazlenut Bianco was delicious but super sweet like many of the drinks. Melrose was excellent - Cold Brew with some good flavors and not too sweet. It's a fun spot to hang out and chat or get some work done while enjoying the energy of Legacy West. read more

The coffee (Starbucks reserve) is great but the wait is awful. I waited almost 30 minutes for a reserve black coffee.

honestly, WOW. i've never been more impressed with starbucks before. this new reserve bar is phenomenal. from the way it looks to the new menu, this place gets a giant yes from me! customer service is even better too. i tried the juniper latte which is a winter drink exclusive to the reserve locations. by far one of the most unique and flavorful lattes i've ever had. plus, this location is in the new shops at legacy west that just recently opened, which is BEAUTIFUL. it's located right next to a sephora which just so happens to be another one of my weaknesses in life, and offers plenty of other stores. perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and spend the afternoon shopping. although, i do recommend skipping the to-go drink because the reserve location actually offers to make your drink in a mug if you're staying in the store! the open bar allows you to watch the baristas work on your drink and ask any questions you may have. the reserve locations also offer unique brewing methods that normal starbucks locations don't have + very informative menus that explain the differences between all of them. overall, a wonderful first experience. i wish i could come back all the time, but sadly my visits will be limited seeing as it's quite a drive from me. but oh do i wish every starbucks could be a reserve!! update/pro tip: i visited again today and it seems like this place is ALWAYS packed, so try to go early if you can! read more
