Well, it's Starbucks. :) This one is of the "no drive thru" variety, so you'll have to work a little harder to get it. But it's within walking distance of my office, so that's a plus. The wifi is pretty solid here, and it's frequently inhabited by a number of laptop users. As for the goods, I ordered my usual iced coffee, and it was made as good as ever. I can't think of much else to say, although, this one isn't huge inside, so if you're thinking about bringing your whole football team, perhaps consider bringing just the superstars. read more

So I just left there a couple of minutes ago. I ordered two Venti drinks and a spinach feta wrap. They got the drinks out pretty quickly, but they forgot all about my wrap. And even though one person asked me after everybody that had come in after me had left, which was approximately 10 minutes, they asked me if I was needing something more. I replied yes my wrap! I then waited another seven minutes for them to get that out to me. Absolutely ridiculous. This is probably the fourth time that they've done this to me. I could understand if I was being a bitch or some thing or rude to them, but I was super nice and even joked with the girl that took my order. Good, bad, bipolar, or in a medically induced coma. What can I tell you about this one? Well, there are way too many people here, always, too many. The majority of these people are attractive, but that doesn't make them any less annoying. It's not their fault though, if you open a Starbucks people have to come, they don't have a choice in the matter. Luckily this location isn't like the others where time stands still - I get in and out pretty quickly. I appreciate the efforts of the well organized staff and they've yet to screw up my order. Today they heated up my microscopic mini scone without being asked. I appreciated the effort to make my only pastry this week just a little better. Real estate is pricey around this area, so I understand that the space feels a bit cramped. There are tons of outlets built into the underside of the booths and there's a good amount of seating though not enough to take a chance driving here if you're looking for a study spot. Wow, 3:00 in the afternoon and this place is BUSY! I guess everyone needs that afternoon pick me up! This is a large location, but no drive thru, so don't pull up in your house shoes and jammies. I've been to this location a couple of times and the customer service had been great. I even came the first time because I had got a Vanilla Latte from another Starbucks location and it was so bad I had to stop here and switch my drink out. I come here everyday. I order a traveler of coffee almost every day I come here as well and they always ask me to kindly pull around the front after I pay for my order but today. They decided to tell me no you have to come inside and order it. They refused to let me order it while being extremely rude about it. I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks. This location is terrible and pathetic even when I told them I do this everyday they said no you can't order that or pay for it unless you come inside and order it. Good thing I didn't waste my money at this location and went to a place that actually values the customer. This is one of the better starbucks around and the staff are all suitably squirky to warrant more than a passing gesture as you clasp your coffee in your paws mumbling "Come to meeEEee my preeecious". The coffee drinking area is your basic rectangle. There always seems to be people doing business stuff in there. I've never quite worked out what it is they are doing, however on occasions I suspect some of the characters are looking up mail order brides whilst others are convincing others that signing up as an Amway dealer is the fastest way to be able to afford to buy the coffee at Starbucks. Parking at this venue can be a worry, although it tough to resist if you are at the neighboring UPS recoiling at the price to send stuff somewhere else. read more

I frequent this Starbucks a couple times a week including at least once on the weekends for a morning cup o' joe with my boyfriend. The staff and service is excellent!! First of all, you cannot beat Robin's perky attitude. But all the staff are so friendly always asking about your day and engaging in conversation. The drinks are quickly prepared (not so at all local Starbucks) and always right. I recommend stopping by this location in the mornings, the line is never slow moving and the staff are excellent! I was surprised this Starbucks didn't have a higher rating. This is definitely one of my top three Starbucks in the DFW area. There's not a drive through, but it's close enough to my work that I can run in and grab my drink without missing much time on the clock. Parking can be a problem, but I usually find something since the turnaround for spaces is pretty fast in the morning. Fridays before 9 the line is out the door, so plan ahead. Even though you could say all Starbucks are pretty much the same, there is one thing that sets this Starbucks apart - the customer service here is excellent. When I brought in a drink made from a different (drive through) Starbucks about 15 minutes earlier that I discovered was the wrong drink only after I had gotten back on the tollway, they made it again for me for free and with a smile. Awesome!! This is also a great place to study or work since there are lots of outlets and small tables to set up your laptop. There's also a cute patio out front. read more

Everytime I come here the baristas always seem to have something to say. One day I got told my tattoos were creepy, and then today on a busy wednesday morning when it was loud inside one tried to ask me if I wanted something and I couldn't hear her and she then continued with "we don't actually have that, it's not a real thing". If it doesn't exist don't bother asking me if I want to try something. I've never had so many issues with a place and a staff just to get coffee. Great location. It's in the middle of the shops. The store is pretty small but there's quite a few seating options inside and a few patio tables outside. The biggest issue for me is that sometimes it's hard to stop and get a quick drink because of the parking situation. The store is on the main corner of the shops and there's a lot of traffic in and out. If you have the time, I'd park in the parking garage in the back and walk through the shops. Place is super busy. Coffee comes out fast. Employees are super friendly. I've never had an issue with my coffee not tasting the way I ordered it. Since the place is so crowded, it also gets super messy. No toilet paper or hand towels in bathroom. Coffee extras are often gone and coffee extra area itself is dirty. The workers are truly busy, so it looks like Starbucks needs to hire someone to come and clean/stock this store hourly-restaurant style. read more

I live right by this Starbucks so I have no choice but to choose this Starbucks before work. If you are planning on ordering ahead make sure to order AT LEAST 30-40 minutes ahead. I used to order about 5-10 minutes ahead of time because the app says "prep time 3-6 minutes, 1 minute drive". But that's a lie. I have received the wrong sandwich numerous times but I don't have time to wait another 30 minutes. It is my recommendation that management comes out to observe or they hire more people because 2-3 workers at the busiest time of the morning is ridiculous. read more
