Always love a visit to HTeaO. They have amazing teas that you can get as is or customized. Went into this location for a gallon and a couple cups as the drive thru was basically wrapped around the building and I knew I was just going to be quick... nope. One person in front of me and they served the entire drive thru before even acknowledging us at the counter. The lack of service and paying only special attention to the drive thru earned the two stars.
Best tea and concepts in the DFW area. I've been coming to HTeaO for a few years now. The teas are freshly made and taste consistent every time. This store is nestled in a shopping center with other businesses making it a pretty good location. Plus there's a drivethru. How much better can that get?! If you're looking for a variety of iced tea options (flavored/unflavored/sweet/unsweetened) this place is for you. Service received was great and the store was clean and stocked for a good experience (aside from the toppings).
I finally decided to stop at an HTeaO. I was shocked by the number of items they have. Customer service wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. I received no greeting when I walked in or have a nice day after purchasing my beverage. The establishment is a vibe and all the teas I sampled were delicious. This is the type of tea I make at home. But I'm glad I found a place to purchase a quick cup of tea at a reasonable price. Note: Favorite tea was the sweet & unsweet Georgia Peach.
This place has the best tea and the best service. I always love getting the uncaffeinated unsweetened blueberry tea. It has a great flavor and is sooo refreshing! They also have a lot of other flavors and you can even mix them to make your own little tea cocktail. The most recent suggested flavor mix was watermelon/mint and it was super yummy. They also offer stevia if you want to add a sugar free option for free. Their HH is from 2-4pm and all their cups of teas are half off so if you're on a budget then head over during these hours! Their staff is always super nice and also fast to get your order to you. I really have zero bad things to say about this place! Highly recommend!!
My family in Texas was raving about this spot and so I knew I had to try it! Their drinks made for an awesome pick-me-up in the afternoon on a remote work day. Really easy spot to order multiple beverages. They have quite an extensive menu that also includes coffee (though this location doesn't have the coffee drinks available). I appreciate that some drink choices are "Unsweet," as I am not a huge fan of something too sweet and sugary. The unsweet watermelon was super refreshing and not too sugary. The large size is BIG though, so be prepared, haha.

This location also offers 1/2 tea during happy hour which is nice if you just want to grab a quick drink. They have a huge selection of flavored teas, some sweetened and unsweetened. You can mix and match your drink according to the flavors that you like. I usually get a little bit of the mint, coconut, and watermelon green tea all mixed together. They have a drive-through as well, but I like coming inside to try their flavors and then mixing my own cup. There are free lemon wedges to add on, along with paid fruit options like strawberries & cherries. The workers are so friendly and made my experience a lot better. I remember the first time I walked in, I was super overwhelmed by the selection until a worker told me to try them all. There are mini cups around the area so you can taste test everything. I didn't feel rushed at all, and it was during happy hour too so I paid $3.50 for two giant cups. I highly recommend HTeaO if you like iced tea!

They have a vast selection of flavored teas, some flavors come sweetened and unsweetened so you can play around with the level of sweetness if you'd like. One of my favorite flavors that I can't find anywhere is the almond flavored green tea it's simply delicious. It's like a wedding cake flavored tea!! Who doesn't love wedding cake?! Speaking of weddings my sister recently got married and I suggested she use HTeaO in which she did and she couldn't have been happier! Multiple guest were asking her who made the tea, yes it's that good! One of their best features is the convenient drive thru! Drive up, get your tea and go! They even offer lemon wedges to add to your tea free of charge, there are other fruit options like cherries but you'll have to pay a bit extra for them. All of the teas are served cold. The have small cup sizes to very large cup sizes. They even offer cute little mini gallons in addition to the standard size gallon! The interior is always clean and the teas are made fresh daily. Go inside for a sample of tea! There a paper sampling cups located next to the tea dispensers which makes it easy to sample to find your favorite flavor! If you have five gallon water bottles that you use at home you can fill them here with their filtered water. They even rinse the bottles out for you before they fill them up! Be sure to download the handy app to earn free tea! They also have happy hour between 2-4pm with half of cups of tea! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! We absolutely love this place and will return in the future! Hopefully, a location is coming for Frisco!
Been coming here since they open an at this point I think I have tried all the flavors they offer including their "zero" version of sweet tea. Service at the drive they is always pleasant and efficient. My most favorite of all the flavors is their Wild Raspberry Sweet Tea. It hits the spot of sweetness craving and quench your thirst without the overwhelming sweetness of real texas sweet tea. Come thru during HH, the goods are all half off. ;)
I've meant to come to HTeaO for quite some time a busy day of running errands on an unseasonably warm winter day gave me the perfect excuse. I ran through the drive thru and got a small unsweetened coconut with limes. The limes came on the side, nicely packaged for COVID clean standards. The tea was refreshing, didn't give me a huge caffeine high (yay!) and the coco it flavor came through very naturally. Would I come back? Most definitely. Next time I'll get a mini to bring home so I can share the goodness with my husband and save time making tea. Because let's face it, their tea tastes better than mine.
I am obsessed with their tea I come by almost everyday and miss it when I am gone. The staff is so kind and friendly. I recommend unsweet coconut and unsweet watermelon mixed it is the perfect refreshing beverage no matter what time of year.

Bestie and I walked down to HTea0 after spotting them and me saying I'd like to try them one day. Upon our visit we were both totally impressed. This place is SO much fun!!! We had a blast trying all the teas, creating our own yummy drinks and learning about their secret menu combos. If I weren't the only single person in this town other than the minors, what would immediately come to mind is, what a cute date spot! I'm not sure a single soul is "dating" here, so that'll be a completely non applicable tip. It is however just a really fun spot. I imagine going for a workout and ending it here with a yummy iced tea. I love that they offer sweetened and unsweetened versions of the teas. I'm not typically a sweet tea person, but I do appreciate a little sugar now and again. It's nice to mix in just enough to give it a hint of sweet without being overwhelming. The little condiment bar to add citrus, cherries, limes etc was also such a nice touch. I'm definitely eager to return, with this weather HTea0 is such a nice treat. The small size with ice was plenty for me and the prices from what I recall were totally reasonable. Service was great! read more
It's aight.... This is my third visit here. I've gone back three times because i love sweet tea and I really wanted this place to hit. My first time visiting i tried the sweet Georgia peach tea and it was just ok. I thought the peach flavor was light and it could stand to be more pronounced. My second visit, I kept it simple and ordered a sweet iced tea, no additional flavoring and again it was on the bland side for my taste. Last visit I ordered the Cotton Candy from their secret menu which is the watermelon tea with sweet coconut syrup added. The Cotton candy was by far the best, perfectly sweet. HTeaO does offer various add-in options to spruce your drink up so that's cool. Now, i do like my sweet tea pretty sweet and HTeaO tea is just not sweet enough for me so when I asked for extra sweetener my second visit, I was told they can offer me sugar packets. Not sure why of all the extra flavoring you can add to your teas, they don't have a plain simple syrup to add to the drinks on deck. I recently learned some locations offer coffee but not this one. It's not bad, but there's no reason for me to return again. read more

They have so many flavors to choose from, and I'm a big fan of sweet teas, especially late at night or throughout the day when I'm craving something refreshing. First time here trying this place and I was not disappointed. I got the sweet wild raspberry tea and it was hands down amazing! The menu was great and lots of choices. The drive through was very clean no trash all over the place. The wait time for my tea was unbelievable and fast! The cashier at the window was very nice and professional. Definitely will be coming back for the tea again for sure! read more

I love that HTeaO offers many different flavors of brewed teas which include caffeine free and unsweetened. If you are looking for a tea that is sugar free, caffeine free and/or artificial sweetener free, HTeaO has it. Usually if you need sugar free AND artificial sweetener free, you're drinking water. It's hard to find a beverage that's healthy but also a treat when you're outside the house. Long live HTeaO and their drive through. Prices are reasonable. And they sell Yeti products inside their store! read more

Where have you been all my life!?!?! I'm so glad I found you! I love that you can try all of the teas and then decide which flavor you want to buy! They have happy hour everyday from 2-4 and drinks are half off! My favorite is unsweet wild Raspberry. I also picked up a gallon to go. Sign up for the app to earn free drinks. They also offer a free gallon as a birthday reward! This place is great! read more

Recently discovered this place off of tik tok and i am obsessed!!! I'm not a huge sweet tea fan but the green almond, wild raspberry, and sweet coconut have me in a chokehold!! You can get a cup or whole gallon. The price seemed very reasonable to me $3 for a large. It is self serve and you have the option to mix, add fruits, or even choose between a plastic or styrofoam cup. They also have the perfect crunchy nugget ice. The service was also amazing, the workers were so friendly and immediately greeted us when we walked in. If you like your tea extra sweet i would recommend adding extra sweetener. read more

What an incredible place - who knew that iced tea was so much fun?! HTeaO is an incredible experience - don't just drive thru, go into the store and you can sample all the incredible flavors and combinations of flavors. My favorite right now is some sort of mix of Sweet mint, Texas Chai and Sweet Coconut. So many different flavors - sweet and unsweetened - it's insane! Happy Hour from 2-4 pm is half priced drinks - what a deal! Oh, and for you ice snobs, they have the best ice, too! The rest of the store is snacks and hiking/camping products to keep your drinks and food cold and fresh. read more

I came here because I've driven past it many times, and I thought it was boba place. I was sadly mistaken, but pleasantly surprised after ordering. I got a large Ryan Palmer, which is essentially an Arnold Palmer. It was absolutely wonderful! Great portion size, and not too much ice like other drink places do it. The drive-thru service was friendly and informative as it was my first time visiting. It was also inexpensive. I think this jumbo, delicious drink was about $3. Although I didn't get the boba I originally wanted, I'm super satisfied and WILL be returning with friends! read more

If you love any form of sweet (or unsweet) tea, this place is a game changer! Gone are the days when your only options for a refreshing iced tea drink were those two big chains that have a convenient drive thru. HTeao also has a convenient drive thru! Although with soooo many amazing flavors to choose from, I prefer to go inside and make my own tea concoction. And you can add in fruit at no additional cost! Reasonably priced and options for personalizing your own endless variety of drink mixes? I'm sold!! read more
My family and I were invited to the VIP Soft opening for HTeaO in Plano today! Upon walking in you are greeted by a friendly staff with smiling faces and a impeccable store setup! It was awesome to be able to try all of the tea flavors and also mix flavors to make your own personal tea! You were able to try sweet and unsweet teas! You are also able to purchase the Osmosis water they use to brew their tea, ice, healthy versions of chips and other snacks. There is also a fruit bar to add fruit to your water and tea. (Fruit is prepackaged so no one is touching them) We each left happily with our favorite half gallons and a personal cup of tea! They officially open tomorrow BUT I was told if you show up in the drive thru they would be open until 5 today so you can get your tea fix early! read more

This place is awesome! There are so many flavors, both sweet and unsweet and they are all so good! There are little cups available so you can sample any and all of the teas which is super awesome. The coconut one is sooooo good, I also loved the watermelon, blueberry, and peach! Huge cups, soft ice, and you can mix it any way you want to. The workers were super nice, the place is very clean, and tip- download the app and get a free large tea! read more
