First time, loved it! Went yesterday randomly around 330pm to try it, so glad we did! They have daily happy hour from 2pm-4pm, we paid almost $3 for two drinks which was a great deal. We got a Ryan Palmer and a half sweet coconut and half unsweetened watermelon, it was a delicious combo. We were very impressed with our drinks and prices. read more

Well obviously they need a review because they are due for a new one! Found this place floating around Tik Tok, and had to go try. When something is so niche, it just piques my interest! Menu is very self explanatory, but the staff, when asked, answered some specific questions with confidence and ample information. They knew what teas they used and how they got their flavors, as well as educating their customers on how they produce them along with sugar content. Very cool! Cup sizes are MASSIVE. Plenty of great tea options...sweet, unsweet, seasonal...whatever you like. The one star rating has nothing to do with the actual product. I just visited for the first time and am quite irritated. When I went in, I spoke with one of the employees and explained that this was my first time. I noticed several tiny cups in her hand, so I asked if they allowed you to sample flavors? She showed me where the sample cups were located and explained the different cup options for the tea (to purchase). I informed her that I did want to use a separate cup for my ice, and she replied 'that's fine'. I chose my tea, got my ice and proceeded to the register to pay. The cashier rang me up and I noticed that there was a charge of $.95 for my ice. I said...'I didn't know y'all charged for ice? I told the lady that I wanted to get my ice in a separate cup'. She just replies, well yes we do charge. Cool, cool. I'm obviously annoyed and she doesn't seem to care one bit, that's fine. In my opinion, customer service goes a long way. When you don't provide all the information and allow the customer to decide which route they want to take (put ice in the cup with my tea or pay $1 to separate it), that causes unnecessary frustration. Two simple reasons why I like my ice separate - I don't like my drinks watered down and I'm also pregnant and crunch on ice all day long. This could have been easily avoided by simply saying, oh yes we do charge for ice...so sorry you weren't aware. I won't charge you for this today, but just know that in the future, a cup of ice is $1. Fair enough. HTeaO, y'all got your $.95. Super easy drive thru experience for some of the best tea I've had in a long time!! Ordering was so simple and I picked up a cup of Sweet Peach Ginger and a jug of Sweet Georgia Peach. I highly recommend the sweet peach ginger! Not too sweet and has a little bit of a kick from the ginger. It would be fantastic on a hot Texas day by the pool. The sweet Georgia peach was a little too sweet for my taste but nothing a little bit of ice couldn't dilute out. There are lots of flavors to try and I'll be back to try something new! read more

Love their sweet mango fresco, not too sweet and nice tea flavor. I don't think there is another tea place like this plano/Dallas so I am super excited that at least one exists. A large will cost about 3$ unless you come during happy hour 2-4 then prices are half off. The staff are really nice and the tea itself is top notch. Tell me why I'm trying to get the zero sweet and the man I'm talking to keeps saying unsweet and mumbling so I keep telling him to please have it be zero sweet (the no calorie sweetened alternative) he started getting annoyed with me and was telling me it's called unsweetened drink name with zero sweet like okay? All that for it to be UNSWEET like no way I just had this whole back and forth with you for you to get the drink wrong and give me attitude the whole time I'm trying to pay too. Went in the Plano store today. I had my pup on a leash. This is the first time I've brought my pup in and I have seen customers with dogs in the store before. An employee came to me while I was making my drink and KINDLY said dogs aren't allowed in your store. She said this time it's ok. I get to the counter and I encounter a new employee I've not seen in there before; man this one was having a bad day and very hateful. I explained the employee had made me aware already. She kept repeating herself at least 5-6 times. Each time I told her I had already been made aware. In the end she refused service. I'll be back but I'll refuse to let her serve me. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone in customer service get this worked up over a dog. read more

My family is addicted to the great tasting teas and wide variety of options. At first we would just drive thru and order from the menu, little did we know the amazing variety that was inside! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and every tea flavor has been so delicious! My personal favorite is the Sweet Blueberry Green. My kids love to mix the Sweet Watermelon & Mint. We also do our 5 gallon water refills here as well and water is amazing. As an added plus, they always offer to carry my filled water jugs to the car for me! Such a cute little place! I have never been to an exclusive iced tea place ever (except a Tea lounge in NYC) and this was pretty cool! There were soooo many selections and choices to choose from! I ending up getting the blueberry unsweetened iced tea with no caffeine because it was later on the day. I will definitely be coming back when i can. We really needed a place like this. I grew up with an artesian well that made Folgers coffee taste gourmet. I can't make good tea without one. Water is the key and this place knows it. They have so many great tasking flavors it was hard to choose but I settled on Watermelon Tea. I love that they have both sweet and unsweet on tap so you can mix them. They have several cup sizes as well as take home jug sizes (Quart, Half Gal, Mini Gal, Gallon.), and everything is priced very reasonably. Happy hour from 2pm-4pm you get half off all cups of tea! This place is awesome! They have a lot of different tea flavors (see their website for listing). The sweet version of any tea is very sweet (which is not a bad thing by any means). However, if you don't like your tea to be that sweet, I would stick with unsweet. Their place is very clean and employees are very friendly! They also sell filtered water and other miscellaneous items. I was never a huge fan of tea until I tried this place a few years ago on a road trip! I would recommend the tea to anyone! read more
