Extremely rude when I was having a baby emergency and needed water. The lady with the red hair cut me off while I was explaining my baby was having an emergency to tell me it wasn't company policy and I had to make a purchase. Happy birthday to me as a Starbucks rewards member. I was gifted a free Frappuccino of my choice on my birthday and I also use my five dollar gift card from Christmas to treat myself to a birthday cake pop a super indulgent treat. The cake pops are so moist on the inside, but the right amount of sweetness and the outside is so crunchy with that pink shell. The Frappuccino itself was very good. I honestly prefer a little bit sweeter, but it was so enjoyable the employees working that were super kind to me and wish me a happy birthday, which made me feel very special. Used the app to order "In -store pickup" I get to the "store" and the doors are closed. No signs of them closing early, employees acknowledged me outside. At least 3 of them looked at me and turned their head down, I can see my hot drink on the pickup counter. Every day I order the same drink and every day is more or less fine. Today the lid wasn't properly attached to the cup so when I took my first sip half of the venti iced coffee spilled down the front of my sweater and soaked through to my shirt. They remade my coffee but literally NOBODY said anything about my shirt. The manager was right in front of me and didn't apologize for the lid not being on properly, no customer recovery card was offered, in fact he asked me to move as i was standing in the puddle THEIR mistake caused and he wanted to mop it up. I waited in the store for about an extra minute and not once did the manager approach me to apologize or make it right. I'm embarrassed and soaked through and confused why I continue to pay $5 for a cup of coffee when it doesn't even come with basic human decency. Don't bother asking any questions about ingredients. I just wanted to know what vegan options were available, and the bearded man behind the counter, told me "I honestly wouldn't be able to tell you, I have no idea" and then proceeded to stare at me... Today I went in to get a Starbucks double shot, a very berry drink and an orange juice. The Starbucks double shot was poorly made and the "lady" who made it had a poor attitude and lack customer service. On top of she lied about not having a cup holder just to be a hating a** b**** You guys use a ton of ice and on top of it the coffee isn't all the way full to the top missing a big portion. Every time I go to this drive through I have a disappointing Customer Service Experience at Starbucks on Lake I recently had a frustrating encounter at this Starbucks, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Today, at 2:10 PM, I called to address and spoke with a new manager about an issue with a drink that was prepared with regular milk instead of oat milk. While I understand that they may be busy, the manager's response was less than satisfactory. When I asked for his name, he abruptly hung up on me, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. This particular Starbucks, though convenient with its drive-through service, seems to lack the level of customer service and the dismissive attitude and the reluctance to address a simple request for a drink exchange were disheartening. It's disappointing to see such behavior from a place that many rely on for their daily coffee fix. I believe there's a need for better training or possibly a reconsideration of the staff at this location. Customer service should be a priority, regardless of the store's location or clientele. The slowest drive-through ever, consistently! Waited close to 30 mins in the drive-through line just to be told, we don't have what you want. Vanilla syrup is a basic ingredient for Starbucks, how can a store be out of it on multiple occasions. Other times there's no almond milk, no oat milk, no butter croissants or no tea to make a London fog drink. Then having to drive to another location father away is too much. I stop by this location because it's local but it usually turns out to be a hassle and wasted time. In the past they use to give a "free drink on us" card for the inconvenience. Now all you get is a lame, "sorry for yah, have a nice day." I have been an avid customer for many years with weekly visits now it's no longer an enjoyable visit. I get in the drive-through line with the feeling of , I hope I don't get disappointed again, especially when caffeine is necessary or a routine part of your day...going inside to place an order is just as bad. I have never had such a different and lasting customer service experience. I taken back when she said, "will pwelcome to Starbucks, how are you?. and what is your name?". Please take note of the reviews about the long wait times and customer service here. It took over 20 minutes for me to receive my one standard, non-customized coffee. This was not during a peak time. Other Starbucks have acknowledged wait times (e.g. thank you for waiting) that were much, much shorter than the wait time here, but there was nary a peep from staff here. Every morning before work i go to get my emperors cloud tea and my everything bantam bagels and a pumpkin bread. She is always there at the drive thru window with a full smile and full blown warming and infectious personality. She makes my day before work every single time!
