Drive Thru was extremely slow and I was car #2, but I think Car #1 were those type of people that are two in a car and then make phone calls or get phone calls asking or ordering more drinks after you have placed your order. Two door car and 6 drinks later Car #1 moves on and I get my Latte that was on the side by the window probably looking at me from behind the tented window asking why she was not in my hand. A small mix up happened this afternoon with my green tea latte and this specific beautiful human being went out of his way to give me the "quality of drink" my drink deserved and he didn't have too! I'm not from the Palmdale area, and come to visit relatives. Unfortunately, this Starbucks location has some work to do. Recently, they have been out of stock of many critical items, such as my favorite Tazo Tea "Refresh" and the proprietary green plastic cup toppers. While this is understandable, they seem to not restock frequently, which can become annoying. Also, the blended expresso beverages are not on pair with other Starbucks locations. The foam in my latte this morning was not fluffy and blended properly. Also, the drip coffee tasted burnt, and the staff always seems rushed. Lastly, it's a little annoying that they sometimes prioritize drive thru orders. Customers ordering inside should receive the same customer service. Great stop if you are traveling on Highway 14 though. read more

I ordered the green tea matcha frappe. Weird most watered down frappe I have Ever gotten from the Starbucks at any location. Usually they're nice and thick like milkshake consistency not this one. It was very thin like a green colored skim milk with ice cubes in it. When I asked him he said they don't blend them anymore they shake them. A frappe is not shaken it is blended. And in spite of ordering extra macho powder is still just taste like milk with a bit of green tea flavor. Very disappointed at this location this product. read more

Love the employees who work here very polite. They make sure u happy with your drink if they made it right or if they made a mistake they apologize n remake ur drink it's very clean n nice n big so if u like to study at a coffee spot it would be here free WiFi n they have a nice outdoor patio too. This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the Antelope Valley. The baristas they have now are friendly and accommodating, but the ones they had in the past had an attitude. Thankfully they are gone now. I always feel like I'm talking to friends when I order from this Starbucks, and it's convenient to the 14 freeway South to Los Angeles. read more

The service is pretty quick and I've been here several times, but for some reason this week (after a week of the drive-thru being closed for renovations) the coffee has been horrible. I've ordered a trenta iced coffee with caramel syrup and half and half (cream), which they repeat back to me correctly. I get an iced coffee that seems much darker than usual and tastes really bitter. I ordered the same drink 9-17-18, 9-19-18 and 9-20-18. I don't know what's up, but I think I'll start going to the Starbucks on I since it's close to the freeway. read more

Starbucks is always a go to for me. I love the teas, and the service. I can count on one hand the amount of not so pleasing Starbucks experiences, and this was not one of those. Very friendly, fast, efficient and helpful. Clean location, and again friendly service. Highly recommend the white iced tea, so refreshing. If you want some extra flavor without adding the sugar, you can infuse peach tea into the white tea. Super yummy!!! read more

I am a frequent Starbucks shopper, but not at this location and now I know why. On 2/23/18, I visited the store and I needed to reload my card. I proceeded to use my credit card, when that machine asked for a pin number. I have had that happen at other places and I know that you can choose not to put in a pin number if you do not have one, which I do not. I asked the cashier, an older lady with blond hair, about not using a pin number. She had no idea how that worked, but I did, so I cancelled the pin and proceeded with the transaction. She said I couldn't proceed without a pin. I then looked at my Starbucks app on my phone and there was the money that I had loaded with my credit card, so I proceeded to show her that the money was there and I would use my app to purchase the drink. She voided the transaction saying that it didn't work and said I now owed the balance because my app did not have enough money to cover the purchase. I tried to show her my app where it said I had the money and she stated that it didn't matter what that said because her register said I owed money. Since I had already ordered, I chose to pay for it using a different card and believe it or not, no pin was needed. I let her know and she stated it was because it was a different card. She then continued to discuss this with the other employees, who also don't have a clue because none of them explained how credit cards work. Starbucks needs to work with this lady on either a retirement plan or update her on new technology. Needless to say, I'll stick with my other store. read more

This Starbucks is the closest to my job so I was going there almost everyday. Every single time without fail something was wrong with my order. I am very patient and I can certainly understand that the mornings are very busy but with that said I finally had enough. I placed my order via the mobile app and when I arrived my order wasn't ready but that wasn't the worst part, I felt that there was no sense of urgency to solve my issue so I asked for a manager and I let her know of the constant issues at this store but she didn't seem to care or be receptive to anything I was saying. I asked for my money back and she did refund me plus one extra beverage. I was very disappointed in her lack of interest to actually resolve the problem. My boyfriend and i ordered at the drive thru today and when I got my iced macchiato, it was a tall and i ordered grande. Upon getting it I asked if that was a grande, and the barista said yes. I said it looked like a tall and he told me that probably Starbucks changed their sizes and closed the window. I go to Starbucks enough to know what a Grande and a tall look like. I come here almost everyday thru the drivethru But i would say %50 of the time my drink is made wrong. Coffee is either way bitter. Or they dont put in all the ingredients into my drink. Bought a mozzarella tomato panini and asked the person at the register to double toast it. the sandwich was not hot nor double toasted, as I've asked when I paid for it. In fact, it was saggy. I took it back to a person named Jessie. He asked if the sandwich had been ordered " A WHILE AGO." I responded that I didn't know what he meant. I told him that I had just bought it and it was not double toasted. He said that he didn't had to re-toast it, but that he would be nice this time and he would do it. My question here was: why would I have to buy another sandwich, when I had already paid for the one to BE DOUBLE TOASTED, AND WHAT I HAD PAID FOR WAS NOT WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR? The guy was very rude, almost as if I was not paying for the goods and service. It is aggravating to patronize a business, where you spend your money, which pay Joe Blow's salary, and get treated like a leper... or worse!!! I did call corporate office at (206) 447-1575 and reported the incident. A regional manager is supposed to call me back within 48 hours to see what can be done to stop this vexatious behavior. read more
