Great friendly service. My coffee was delicious. No food was ordered but I'm sure they serve it well. The in and out was easy.

Less enthusiastic Starbucks employees and my latte was more oatmilk than coffee. Unfortunate.

I have been coming to this locations for years however lately the service is terrible. If you go thru the drive thru at times it takes you 15 minutes to reach the window. To top it off they give you the wrong order... I will no longer go this location and since the other Starbucks is to far I guess Dunkin or Donut Delight will be my next choice. read more

Parking lot a total bummer here. The best is when you are doing drive thru headed south, then you get to turn right into drive thru and right back onto Route 7 and/or the connector to get to either highway. Staff is pleasant. We are staying at the hotel across the street, and every morning we are subjected to this Starbucks because it's the only coffee shop nearby. As a loyal SB customer, this has to be the slowest and busiest location i have seen for such a small area! Either it's short staffed, or the employees are not efficient enough... it's just really a bummer to wait over 20mins for our 2 lattes to come out. Thankfully we aren't in a rush, (and I'm practicing patience these days) but we have seen plenty customers give up and leave, or keep asking baristas where their orders are. It seems a little chaotic, and I feel for the staff who are also trying to keep up. For those saying "just order on the app", that's not always an option for some, but a good suggestion for locations like these if you can. read more

I've been here twice. The first time the line was so long and slow that I left without even placing an order. Now today I tried to give them another try and I've been in line for 15+ minutes with 3 cars in front of me. This is insane. Last time I'll be here. Had to make her drink over a few times and all the employees just looking a me, noone asked or came over to help me. This is the closest Starbucks to our new home. There is a drive thru option at this location. It's a Starbucks chain, but service is friendly and compared to the lines in New York, the wait is next to nothing. I cannot complain. Their menu is as extensive as the one in Astor Place, which is triple the size. I get a latte, but I've noticed a few times that Starbucks can be a little burned, totally dependent on who is making it. read more

I usually like this Starbucks because it's spacious and the service is always great. But today, there was one guy behind the counter, who seemed to not understand he was at work. He was talking extremely loud and in a negative way to one of his coworkers telling her to "Just shut the F up and do it". This is not the kind of things customer should be hearing at an establishment. Staff should be more mindful of their volume and words while there is a store full of customers. read more

Abigail at this location is the nicest, sweetest Starbucks barista I have ever met. Every single morning around 6 AM she is always happy, chipper, and taking my order with a smile on her face. I only met her a couple times until I would pull up to the window and she would know my exact order without even asking me first. This woman should be in a management position if she isn't already. She's a wonderful employee and is the reason I come back to this location almost every single day! read more

I worked at Starbucks for three years so I am simultaneously a sucker for Starbucks and a snob with high standards for how a store should be run. This Starbucks is okay and the reviews already here are spot on. Location is great but the store was not clean when I came in. Currently I'm sitting in a comfortable leather chair but hear crumbs crunch under my feet since the floor in this seating area is covered with crumbs from various pastries. I doubt it has been swept all day and it is 12:15. Looking at other tables I see the same crumb piles under each table. This is an easy fix so the if the manager is reading this please make a change here. Drink quality is great. I ordered a complicated drink and it came out just how I like it. Employees were nice enough for me. Not stellar but fine. All in all, I'll be back because it is conveniently located next to a customer for work but I wouldn't go here otherwise. read more

This location seems to handle morning volume horribly. The wait times for orders and the confusion among staff is just unreasonable. Also, the location is frequently out of items (Trenta lids, shortbread cookies, chocolate croissants, etc). There may be an issue with supplies ordering. And twice my soy chia latte has been made with regular milk, but caught too late once I had already left the drive through. Overall, poor attention to detail and low customer service. read more

Consistently good. Staff super friendly and love how they remember my name every morning. For those complaining about slow service, mobile order ahead so you have your drink ready, waiting and paid for when you arrive. Also in Starbucks' defense, all of their drinks are made to order and most require use of an espresso machine, steamed milk, etc etc., all of which take a little TIME. If anyone has ever made a cappuccino or latte before, you'd understand it's not just a "tilt and pour from a coffee pot" type of drink. Wow....don't think I've EVER waited 12+ minutes in a Starbucks drive-thru line with only four cars ahead of me. Even when I finally got up to the window to pay, it took another solid 3 minutes to receive an iced coffee. Two weeks in a row my wife's coffee spilled all over her because of a damaged lid that wasn't put on properly. When I brought the coffee in for a replacement the staff cracked a joke about one of the employees who "always puts the lid on wrong" while my wife was sitting in the car covered with coffee. read more

I was very upset at the Starbucks in Wilton. Because of the Coronavirus situation you can only order/purchase at the drive through which is understandable. We order and and drive up to the window to pay with a credit card and the person at the window has no gloves on. Really? That is the only interaction that you have, but no gloves. If you want your drink done right, you absolutely /have/ to go inside. Going through the drive through, I'd say I get around 65% accuracy on my drink (Double Venti Soy, No Water, No Foam, Chai). Typically it's either the double shot of espresso that's left out, or the soy. This is consistent enough that I try to go in if I have the time, otherwise I just cross my fingers and hope for the best... read more

I am forced to go to this Starbucks because it's the only one around. I make sure I have at least 20 minutes to spare in order to wait for one coffee. Service is friendly, but they are CONSTANTLY understaffed, and it's beyond frustrating. Wanted to write an update because this Starbucks improved a LOT over the past year. Staff full of kids has been largely overturned to include more experienced staff who provide better customer service. The interior is cleaner than it was before. They've also been getting my drink orders right, and the drinks don't taste terrible anymore. Still, they're not an out of this world Starbucks or anything (though what Starbucks is?), but they're definitely a Starbucks worth visiting if you're looking for a Starbucks in the area. No need to avoid this one and go to the others, feel free to grab your coffee at the drive through, or grab a coffee, plunk your computer at a table here, and sit for awhile. read more

We went through the drive through on a Sunday at 9AM . I will sum it up. A pleasant bubbly barista took our order. One tall (small) black coffee. One coffee grande with creme and sugar. It took forever for the three cars in front to get their orders. When we arrived at the window the coffees were not ready. The window person took the money and quoted a number I thought was too high fir what we ordered. He returns with the grande with creme and sugar. He asks me again what my choice was? Grande he says? I said no a small. He goes to get it and I said did you overcharge? He said yes.. I need to refund you the money. It was taking way too long for him to make the refund! He was on his headset. I think a newbie or not able to multitask. My friend that was driving took off from the window in a huff after we were running out of time and patience! This Starbucks often gets simple orders wrong. This is the 5th time I've ordered a black coffee and they've messed it up. Very inconsistent.

When it's slow it's painfully slow. I'm here every afternoon and from my observations it seems they use this location for training purposes. I see new people every few months although there are a few consistent employees. Drink taste consistently has gone down hill over the past few months as well. read more
