Don't come here--we threw everything out. Food was awful, presentation sucked, and positively bad experience. Do yourself a favor and go to CFCF around the corner. I had the deluxe breakfast sandwich. The sausage was terrible: tasteless, egg was that foamy egg beater stuff, and the cheese was basically velveeta, and they microwaved it so the croissant was a soggy mess. It had no flavor at all (look at my photo) and looked like a used diaper. My wife had the avocado toast which used plastic bag guac and also had no flavor. And to top it off: no plates at all, we were expected to eat from an aluminum foil wrap and a cardboard box. We also had a cappuccino and a lavender cold brew. The former was milky beyond belief, couldn't taste the espresso, and served too hot; the latter was incredibly sweet. We threw them both out. Again, skip this place. It's horrible. Clearly they're cutting costs by serving low quality repeatable food in easy cheap packaging. They don't respect their customers. read more

I love their cookies and pastries and usually never have a problem at any Gregory's locations but walked into this one and ordered 2 cookies. When I said the name of the cookies the person behind the counter didn't know what I was speaking of so I pointed to the cookies specifically that I wanted and then went to use the restroom in the meantime (restroom was filthy which is never a good sign in a food establishment especially when this was first thing in the morning and they had just opened) on the way out I grabbed my 2 cookies and noticed one of them was wrong. We visited on a Sunday afternoon. Frankly the people working here didn't seem interested in the customers very much, and were having a grand time chatting together. That being said, once we ordered, it was easy to get our drinks. My flat white gave me the buzz I was looking for, though the foam was a little closer to a latte. Today for national espresso day I tried to use the app to order a latte and the coupon on the app wasn't working and the staff didn't even know what I was talking about and couldn't help me get $1 off LOL. I got an $8 latte plus tip anyways it was biscotti flavored with mascarpone and it was really good. . There was also a homeless man sitting in the coffee shop for the entire time we were there and looked like he'd been there for quite some time, walking in and out of the the bathroom. and unfortunately he smelt like urine and BO really badly which I feel bad to say but made our coffee date not as enjoyable so we left. Soooo stinky. No one could use the bathroom since one was out of the order and the other most often was occupied by this man who never locked the door so multiple people awkwardly walked in on him and whatever he was doing. It's very hit or miss even during the same visit .. ... one employee will be very nice and helpful and the next will give you serious attitude. It's an odd experience.
