First time ordering delivery from here. The order was handled exceptionally with care! I was scared my reindeer cake pops might've gotten smushed on the way here, but they came perfectly!!! The chestnut praline latte was still super hot when I received it, with minimal spillage. Would order from here again!

It was my birthday today so, I ordered my free Starbucks drink (has to be on the day of your birthday FYI) The store adhered to social distancing, required mask on entry, allowed one customer in at a time, and even had taped grounds to guide you where to go. When I held up my starbucks app and told them I wanted to redeem a free drink (you have to tell them ahead of time that it's a free birthday drink otherwise when they scan they will charge you for the drink), they gave me smiles and cheered happy birthday. It felt very special and personable as I was the only one in the store. They also set up speakers so customers who ordered and waited outside or mobile-ordered could be contacted when to come in and grab their orders. Really like the experience as they made me feel welcomed. to those three ladies who held down the store in these hard times and were still able to deliver excellent customer service. Also peep the personalized happy birthday writing on the cup.

Thank you Starbucks team for ruining one of the simple joys of my life. I work 16hr days and I survive throughout the day with my coffee. Not only did you ruin my 12oz nitro (clearly can see I'm lucky if it's 5oz) but my day with this sad excuse of a coffee. I'm writing this review because this has been the 2nd time at this location. Either your manager is trying to cut costs and cheating the customers of their coffee that we pay $5+ or your baristas need to fix their game.

The food was good. The service was fast. The place is medium size with a mobile pick up by the window.

Come back here every time I am in the area. Was here 8 months ago and nothing has changed since my previous reviews. Staff are very friendly! Drinks are accurately made. No long wait. Still very clean location. Always busy! Conveniently located near the bus stops! Super great location!

This is my new "Neighborhood" Starbucks; - Parking is Terrible; but the Starbucks Staff makes up for it with their great "Starbucks Attitudes" :-) Thanks guys! - Drinks are always tasty and great! Place is always packed with students; Seems like everyone from Queensborough Community College is there studying for the next Anatomy & Physiology Class. Don't see so many USMLE and/or Bar People hanging out. Hoping to "Test Out" the Internet Strength; The place seems pretty spacious! I like it so far!

I asked for Egg white souves, but the crew made bacon. So I was given me both pairs.

Walking in, you see green, lots of it in the form of lush plants and flowers everywhere. There is no over powering scents and the high ceilings do make the space feel open and calm. The counter to order is closer to the rear of the store and there's plenty of cafe style seating and communal seating all around. In warmer months, they put small tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk. The artisanal coffee here is what sets them apart. Bold flavor choices, robust and velvety varieties. Many options to choose from, check out the menu pics. I had the Americano and loved it. We also ordered hot food while hanging out. As they are popular for brunch, Jo and I shared the lemon curd blueberry pancakes as well as the savory salmon lox pancake. We likely over ordered but didn't mind, as we're always open to trying more dishes. The lemon curd blueberry was our favorite. I liked that there was extra lemon curd on the side and the blueberries were fresh. They were lightly dusted with powered sugar and thankfully not bathed in syrup. It was a light and satisfying dish even though it was pancakes. Didn't feel heavy at all. The ice cream was a nice touch so you could consider this as a dessert. The lox and eggs were really good as well. Those pancakes were topped with tomato, greens and avocado. Like a full meal on a plate. So glad we shared everything. I'd totally recommend a dine in experience so you can try the food once it's prepared. We both bought sandwiches to go for our family and those held up well considering it needed to be transported home. I recommend the ham and cheese croissant sandwich.

There are plenty of 2 topper café tables, but if you have a bigger party, they will park a bunch of them together for you, if it's not too busy. If you get here before 8pm, tables are readily available, but it can get crowded as the evening progresses. We were surprised recently, when they sat 6 of us with no wait. They are open before the crack of dawn at 6am until 1am on Friday & Saturday nights. I imagine that the ovens never cool off and the bakers are there on the overnight shift to bake plenty of cakes ready for the next day. It's not unusual to still have a line to order out at 10-11pm and the display cases are still packed with cakes & pies.

Despite them being younger, they were incredibly respectful, attentive, and welcoming, carrying the same warmth and hospitality we experienced from the owner. That consistency really stood out to us. Our usual to-go order is the black sesame latte, which is perfect for those cold days, and the strawberry mint ade, which is perfect for the hot ones. The black sesame latte is smooth, rich, and not too sweet. It has that comforting warmth that seems to warm you through and through. The strawberry mint ade, on the other hand, is fizzy, crisp, and incredibly refreshing. That first sip instantly cools you down! We've also tried several of their homemade pastries, including their cookies and scones, and we've loved them all. Everything feels thoughtfully made, which adds to the charm of the place.
