This is definitely my favorite Dunkin location! The fact that it's open 24 hours is such a huge plus, especially because no matter the holiday, they're always there when you need a coffee run or a late night treat. I also love that there's a Baskin Robbins inside, because if I'm not stopping for a quick iced Americano, I'm usually grabbing some mint chocolate chip ice cream instead.The drive thru is one of my favorite parts since it's always so convenient when I'm in a rush or just don't feel like getting out of the car. On top of that the service here has always been great. Everyone is friendly, quick, and gets the order right which honestly makes such a difference. I ordered a Carmel Craze latte with Almond milk on the mobile app. When I picked up I can tell by the color of the drink it was whole milk. Then I took a small taste and it definitely was whole milk. I am lactose intolerant. I nicely informed that it was made with whole and not almond milk. The counter person snapped and said that I ordered whole milk. I pointed on the label it says almond milk. I understand the mishap I have been running restaurants for over 20yrs I was told to drive to the next window. The next person handed me the drink. You ever call tech support for your computer issues and get some incompetent person on the phone from India you can't understand? Well, this was my experience tonight. Went in for an ice cream, and after waiting 10-15 minutes in front of the counter watching this employee struggle to scoop an ice cream out of a tub, he finally looks up and says yoo most peay at the counter before yoo order. He couldn't tell me that when he first saw me there 10-15 minutes ago? When I finally ordered, I couldn't understand a single word he was asking me. I was thinking to myself, does this guy think I'm Indian that he's talking to me like that? Not only did he get my order wrong but he was a nasty person with no customer etiquette whatsoever. Hey buddy, if you hate your job so much, go work at a gas station and pump gas, where you spend half your time sitting on your ass. This disgruntled employee should be fired. Oh and another thing that they do - if you're sitting in their seating area and 10:000pm is approaching, they will yell from the counter that everyone must finish by 10pm and GET OUT! The few people seated were asked to get up and LEAVE!. You will not be even be allowed to finish your cup of coffee and they don't care that you were just treated like a piece of sh#t. Nice visit to this updated DD. Lots of cozy seating, with more of a Starbucks flare but more lighting than Starbucks. The seating areas were clean and there were employees consistently coming out to check the tables, taking out the garbage and sweeping the floor. This DD has a soda station with Coke products. The soda station was clean and the napkins, sugar, straws, etc. were fully stocked. The employees behind the register were very efficient and handed the order to the preparers very well. Thus location has a large kitchen area. This is great for the employees because they don't trip all over each other trying to make coffee and sandwiches in such a small spot. This location also has a bar seating area with lots of charging outlets for all you computer people who need to be somewhere in public doing your business. High chairs are available to contain your children. ATM is located inside the dining area. Even being a large location with a lot of seating, the restaurant is relatively quiet, or I may have missed the loud talker hour, but it was very pleasant. Rude to customers. Ordered large ICED coffee with almond milk. I pull up to the window and he's holding out a hot coffee. (I don't drink hot coffee ever nor do I ever order it that way) So I said politely I ordered iced he says no you didnt. And you have to tell me iced or hot. I repeated myself again...I said "what??? no. I ordered ICED." He took it back with a mug on his face seemingly annoyed he had to make a different coffee. Maybe you should listen the first time. This dunkin donuts is one of the cleaner and friendlier ones around. The staff is quick in getting your order processed. The drive thru is also pretty quick. I guess it differs by location, but this one has all the napkins, stirrers and sugars out for your taking. Apparantly the honor system works well here. I have been to other locations where it is strictly dispensed by the cashier as requested. The coffee, donuts and sandwiches are always fresh. I go to many many DD locations & I must say this location is by far the worst service. The inside is nice & spacious dont get me wrong but I'm not there for that. The manager doesnt even know whats on their menu when asked a question. Furthermore, one of their signature drinks (dunkaccino) which is a blend of coffee & hot chocolate comes in hot & cold (frozen). This is one of the upgraded locations of Dunkin Donuts where there is great lighting, great seating, and good atmosphere. The food is consistently good and the service much quicker and efficient than most Dunkin Donut locations. I have always been able to get a seat and have used the drive-thru for years. A woman at the register motions me to go up and order, simply ordered a coffee with 2 half&half cream no sugar...then she proceeds to tell me "oh, I don't know" and gestures me to talk to another lady who understood me and tells that lady in another language to make the coffee. Just go if you're going to dine in. The drive-thru will always mess up your order. Honestly, the only reason I go here is because it is the only store that's open late selling ice cream. If it wasn't for that reason, I would NEVER go here. First of all, the service is terrible-especially at the drive-thru. The workers never get the order correctly even when they tell me to repeat the order like a thousand times (and this did not happen just once with one worker. It's literally every time I come here). Last night, for instance, I asked a worker if they still sell blueberry muffin flavor ice cream. She asked me five times, "Which flavor?" So I got all the patience that I have to repeat to her "Blueberry Muffin flavor ice cream. Do you guys still have it?" She said "Yes, come to the next window." So I go to the window, anticipating to get my ice cream, but then find out she got me an actual blueberry muffin not a blueberry muffin ice cream. Another time, they told me the flavor of the month is strawberry cheesecake so I got it, but it happened to be chocolate chip cheesecake. By then, I already drove pretty far away so I didn't feel like going back to tell them. But seriously, they have to do some kind of staff training so that the drive-thru system is more organized and less mistakes are made. I noticed that they don't have a separate worker for drive-thru, cashier, etc. Everyone just does whatever and I feel that because they don't have a specific task assigned to them, they just kind of wait around for another person to do the work. Parking might be tight if it is busy after all it is Northern Boulevard. They have a drive thru which is a plus and a small parking lot. read more

My bro and I had a craving for our favorite Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream, and lo and behold, a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo. My brother shouts out, "Dunkin Donuts got sandwiches now"? I looked to my left, sandwiches, salads and soups? Wow, I must have stumbled upon a gourmet Dunkin because this location even had carpeting. I never ever order food here but I had to try one of these sandwiches. We shared a Chicken Bruschetta and it was actually pretty good. I cannot believe no one has written a review about this location yet. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in New York I've visited. Like many other DD, it is a combo Baskin Robbins/DD. The coffee and donuts are the same as any other location as well. But the similarities end there. There is a larger selection of lunch items than the average DD. I believe it's called DD Deli. I've only seen one other that had such selections but the DD on Sixth Ave. and 42 St. has since closed. At this deluxe location, you can order from Italian, pastrami, and chicken bruschetta sandwich selections among others. You can order a regular for 4-5 bucks or a large that will run you 2-3 bucks more. They also serve two or three types of salads for less than 6 bucks; I tried the Chicken Caesar once and it was surprisingly fresh. They also serve soups but I've never tried them. This location has a lot of foot traffic but is still relatively clean. There's window seats facing Northern Blvd. for single eaters and several tables for those lingering awhile. There is also a drive-thru window if you're on the move and need a quick coffee fix. I love that this DD is close to my parents' home and it has been my little-known secret until now. read more
