So far so good. This place use to be a bank that now turned into Starbucks. Great location for the neighborhood. Good size parking lot in the back and good sized store. The presentation of the place is super clean and organized. The staff are all super friendly and upbeat. Nice music playing all the time. There are a couple others in the area from where I am and this has now become the go to spot. I really enjoy this Starbucks location. Every staff member is nice, accommodating, and efficient. There are 3 Starbucks in my area including this one but this location is the only one where the employees seem genuinely happy. You can tell because sometimes they dance to the music. The waiting area is big so social distancing can be practiced. They have a sizeable parking lot (2 entrances) which is nice. Came here on 12/27/19 for holiday pop up party 1-2 pm free coffee. Everyday from 12/27/19 to 12/31/19 at different locations. Limited locations only. Yes. Free tall drink ( hot or ice, latte included but not frappe) per person. No app necessary. Just walk up to order. We got there 1:55pm and there was a long long line. Well management of the crowd. Pink hair staff ( manager?) handled it well. Free drink extended to 2:15 pm due to crowd. All registers were opened. Line moved fastly. Took us 10 min to get to cash register. I am writing this review to especially praise the efficient handling of the crowd. Seating is comfortable. This used to be a bank before Starbucks. It has its own attached outdoor parking lot, may fit 20 cars or so. There is a back door entrance via the parking lot. Francis Lewis Blvd is not an easy parking area. Having a parking lot is definitely a plus. A cleaning staff walking around spraying and cleaning frequently. Not my first time there but my first review about it. Definitely will go back. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. The workers here are so welcoming and efficient. I remember this one time I didn't like my drink so I mentioned it to the barista an hour after I initially ordered it. He was really sweet and he immediately made me another one. So accommodating. Ok so it's been a while since they've opened and they now have mobile ordering. If you plan on placing a mobile order, do it 15-20 minutes ahead. This is easily the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Even when it's not busy, it's incredibly slow. I ordered a decaf coffee through the app and waited 15 minutes before asking if my drink was being made. Turns out that instead of telling me that they didn't have decaf (and never have since they've opened), they left the cup with my name on it on a counter and just decided to completely ignore it. If you've never had decaf, why make it available on the app? I'd rather wait on line at a Target Starbucks than wait for my coffee here. read more

I don't know how this place keeps getting 5 star reviews. I've tried this place three times based on the positive reviews and each time it has not lived up to the reputation of 5 star reviews. First time, I ordered a kids warm chocolate for my kids at kid's temp, they failed to make it three times and then got angry when I asked them to taste it because what they made was coffee with 3 pumps of mocha not warm chocolate milk. Second time, I gave this place another try and ordered a chai tea latte, they failed to make it and they gave me attitude when I brought it back because it tasted like they used spoiled milk. Third time, I ordered a chai tea latte and they didn't know how to accept the starbucks app promotions and on top of that when the drink was finished, they just left it on counter while I waited for them to call my name. The barista literally looked at the drink, spun it around like it was a marvel infinity stone and set it down and walked away. I guess it was too dangerous to say my name (I am not Thanos). Compared to all of the starbucks including ones located in Macy's and Barnes and Noble in the nearby area, this place doesn't compare to their standards. Not sure if the employees are new to this location but I had ordered a large and a medium drink and received two small drinks, normally they don't give you the receipt if you don't ask for it. The employees gave me a hard time, letting them know I ordered a large and a medium drink, on top of that letting me know I need to pay a little extra when I pay the exact amount that it supposed to be nothing less.
