I stop in here from time to time to grab one of those caramel espresso drinks that I probably shouldn't be drinking lol But once in a while when work is tough- you need a boost! I love the fact that they are 24 hours. That's extremely helpful for someone who works the night shift. The staff is always friendly and prompt with the orders. I also end up getting breakfast sandwiches here sometimes which are always tasty. Oh also- I've gotten many icecream cakes from here which are always good too! Another good thing about this location- they have a parking lot out front. It's not very large but people are constantly coming in and out of it so you get a spot fast. It's very helpful since it's located on busy northern Blvd. You can't go wrong with this location if you want to stop and get some coffee or have breakfast. A quick run inside the local DD IN FLUSHING turned into an uneventful visit and that's ok as my cuz and I just wanted a few cups of coffee and some donuts before leaving the area . Decent selection of donuts and menu items , service is quick , good amount of seating if you are staying in a bit and nothing more to add . My car DAMAGED there because their stand sign fell to my car. BUT the general manager Abdul said he can't do anything about it and he said "I don't fxxkung care" while we had arguments. I went there to buy coffee but got damaged my car from their property and they don't care about it how does it make sense!? He want to clam my car insurance first but you know getting claims is not good for my insurance policy. Food is good. Service is quick, although when you use the bathroom and there's something unexpected on the toilet make sure you let them know. Otherwise, they'll accuse you for it, like they did to me. I went, saw what I saw, I stepped out for a bit to look for the lady that was near the restroom but she wasn't there. I couldn't hold my need any longer and went seeing that disgusting toilet. The lady claimed the toilet was clean before me, but that's not what I saw. I decided to let them know, yet the lady decided to accuse me for something I didn't do. Top of it all the lady still chose to accuse me. How convenient! Blame on the target. Ambience is typical, nothing to it but maintained. Overall it's okay, regardless of the lady accusing me for something I didn't even do. Still that wasn't nice of her. Went here earlier this week. They have a few parking spots. One of the best DD places I've been to lately. The bacon egg and cheese wasn't cooked in triple fried grease and the everything bagel was fresh and tasty. As a member, I've gained enough points for a free beverage of my choice. Its a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins cobranded store, so if you are looking for your fix of sugar you have found nirvana. Service here was unusually friendly and fast. I gave up on this DD for almost two years when I went in to grab a cup of coffee before work and came out to see my car hitched up to a tow truck. Granted, I was parked illegally, but I don't think I got my $111 worth out of that particular cup of coffee. The four stars don't reflect that outlier, but instead the general quality of service. The staff is friendly and quick and, being that this is the most convenient DD for my commute, I was happy to finally break my self-imposed ban. Quite possibly one the busiest meeting spots in Flushing, yes there is a parking lot but good luck finding a spot, there are constantly people waiting for parking. It can be pretty busy in here but the workers generally do a good job with managing the lines. Just remember to wait on the Dunkin Donuts line even if you plan on getting ice cream. There are usually a lot of people just sitting around and talking and drinking coffee. its nice that they are open 24 hours a day. although there is usually a shady element hanging out on the corner over here... especially late at night some drunks passed out. This is my go-to Dunkin Donuts in the morning. I know that this place has been here for years, but I only started frequenting them around Fall of 2015. They tend to be busy in the morning, but the staff is always nice and friendly, and they always remember my order for coffee so I don't usually have a long wait unless I am waiting for a breakfast sandwich or a toasted bagel. Granted 3/5 times the coffee is usually burnt, but when I'm short on time, you bet I am coming here to get my fix. Also, thanks to the lady that works the morning shift who told me about the DD perks & rewards and that really helped saved us some money, and thanks to the guy that informed me of the new mobile app to order in advance so I don't have to wait too long. Every body needs to check there credit cards. This store is double dipping. Several people have been charged a 2 dollar tax on a 2 do wrap. Northern Blvd Duncan donuts should not be trusted. The female manager was asked and she said They charge 2 dollar tax in a 2 dollar order. Talk about low IQ. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD. I would check for any fraud. Out of all the dd's nearby this spot probably has the best coffee. I just drink black coffee and it tastes really good, maybe because its really hot and stays hot for awhile. Ive tried couple other dd coffee in the flushing and bayside area but they all taste different(only black coffee) This place does get busy but line goes pretty fast. Parking lot can probably fit 8-10cars max, thats probably the bad part. In the morning if you're driving and need parking there, it could get annoying at times. The five stars is generally based on the quality of service, the friendliness of the staff and the freshness of the beverages/food that's here. The staff is friendly and quick and, being that this is the most convenient DD for my commute. I love their hazelnut iced coffee with half -n- half, lightly sweetened. YUMMY!!!! I'm rarely disappointed with my coffee. Sometimes their donuts can be stale. Their flat bread sandwiches are pretty good. And for a limited time they have any size iced tea for 99cents. The raspberry is my favorite. The Wi-Fi signal strength stinks in this place. It might as well not show up on the wifi scan. It's that weak and usless. The staff are not very helpful at all. I would not recommend this place if you need to get work done through your laptop AND phone that requires Wi-Fi. read more

I have always come to this location throughout the years since I feel like the main thing I come for (lattes) is made with consistency. 2 days ago after placing my order with cashier and moving to back area for pickup, I noticed 2 of the order prep employees filling orders with bare ungloved hands.I Immediately started to feel some doubt about staying for my order, but squelched the feeling since they were wearing masks. A woman then walks in from the street handing over the cup of coffee she drank from asking for more milk and sugar to be added to her cup. I watched as that employee removed the lid from her cup. That pretty much did it for me. I went back to the cashier, told her what I saw, and asked for my money back. By that time, the employee came over to ask what happened. Since I had to explain what I observed and how unsafe this was amid these times, they dn seem fazed at all. Got my money back and left!!!Still questioning the cluelessness there. Since I am always on the move this review is solely focused on the Drive-Thru Experience. One of the first things you'll notice is that this location either needs a new intercom system or the order taker needs a hearing aid, because every order starts with them asking "WHAT" three times. The breakfast sandwiches here are adequate but I advocate avoiding the bagels at all costs. If you do order a bagel they will automatically toast it for you, whether you ask for it or not. This is because the bagels are always stale, no matter when you get there. That goes for most of the baked goods, but at least the sugar helps to distract you from noticing it too much. The coffee here is decent, but I am not much of a caffeine connoisseur, as for the other beverages, the White Hot Chocolate tastes and looks like dishwater and they have no idea what "easy on the ice" means. You will get a cup packed with ice cubes and about an ounce and a half of liquid, so just go with it. This location also features Baskin-Robbins ice cream but if you order anything more complicated than a scoop of vanilla ice cream, bring a book because you will be waiting for quite some time. One last note, do not order anything new advertised on the drive thru menu or the posters on the windows, the crew there will have no idea what you're talking about and they get confused easily. I once made the mistake of ordering a new type of sundae and they had to send someone outside to walk up to the menu and study the picture so they could reverse-engineer it. read more
